Deliberation itself is a joint discussion to decide on solving a problem. This study aimed to determine the implementation of the deliberation method in learning fiqh at Ma'had 'Aly Lirboyo Kediri. The research method used is interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis was developed through qualitative descriptive analysis. While the approach used is phenomenological. In this study, most of the data were obtained directly from informants and primary data, which were then supported by secondary data sources as material for analyzing research results. The researcher aims to determine the response of Islamic boarding school-based formal education during the pandemic. In this study, the type of qualitative research is descriptive analysis. The data collection carried out in this study was using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used is a flow model. It has happened at the Al Fatah Islamic Boarding School, which intersects with the Tablighi Jama'at. This study uses a constructivist paradigm, a qualitative approach, the nature of descriptive research, data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation. The results of this study reveal that the Tablighi Jamaat is no different from the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah; the difference is only in the da'wah method used. In Lirboyo, the students' interest is dominated by memorization, while only a few are interested in enriching their reading. In this context, this research is here to see the phenomenon of Mading Hidayah's role in increasing the reading interest of MHM Lirboyo students, Kediri City. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis method. In the era of modernization, more and more people are doing everything to make ends meet. One of them is buying and selling hair at Alicia Beauty Shop as hair extensions. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of buying and selling hair at Alicia Salon and to find out the perspective of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling hair as hair extensions carried out at Alicia Salon. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study are that the hair used as hair extensions at Alicia salons is obtained from haircuts purchased at salons located around Alicia salons. As for the model, size, and quality of the extension hair, it is adjusted to consumer demand. Buying and selling hair at Alicia salon which is used as hair extensions, that buying and selling like that is prohibited by Islam, because what is used as the object of buying and selling is human hair, where hair is an organ of the human body that is glorified by Allah SWT and should not be used. \u0000  \u0000Jual beli memang diperbolehkan dalam Islam, namun jika terdapat hal-hal yang keluar dari hukum Islam, maka akadnya akan menjadi batal. Di era modernisasi, semakin banyak orang yang melakukan segala hal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Salah satunya yakni jual beli rambut di Alicia Salon sebagai hair extension. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui praktik jual beli rambut di Alicia Salon dan untuk mengetahui perspektif hukum Islam terhadap praktik jual beli rambut sebagai hair extension yang dilakukan di Alicia Salon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus Hasil penelitian yaitu rambut yang dijadikan sebagai hair extension di Alicia salon didapat dari potongan rambut yang dibeli di salon-salon yang berada disekitar Alicia salon. Sedangkan untuk model, ukuran, dan kualitas rambut sambung disesuaikan dengan permintaan konsumen. SMAN 1 Pare, Kediri Regency, has a very strategic location, which is in the middle of the city crowd and facilities owned by the Kediri Regency Government. So that it can have an influence on the ethics and morals of students. So it is necessary to guide and educate Islamic Religious Education teachers in schools in terms of worship, especially discipline in carrying out prayers and other religious activities so that students' spiritual values increase and have noble character. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study reveal that: First, several strategies have been applied by Islamic Religious Education teachers in the form of (a) habituation from Islamic Religious Education teachers; (b) student discipline; (c) setting a good examples; (d) Providing advice and motivation; (e) Routinely invite students to the prayer room. Second, the supporting factors are (a) the spirit of Islamic Religious Education teachers; (b) SKI extracurricular activities; (c) its location is close to the grand mosque; (d) many religious activities in schools; (e) students' self-awareness.
