One way to obtain pornographic products depicting children and teenagers is sexting. To prevent the involvement of minors in such activities, it is important to know their motivation and understanding of their own participation in sexting. In a qualitative study of a complete sample of 27 girls aged 12 to 18 who were victims of molestation, the main motivational and semantic characteristics related to their sexualized activities on the Internet were considered. Three groups have been identified that differ in the motivational orientation of interactions: those who are actively interested in sexual topics and willingly engage in risky interactions without the formation of interpersonal relationships; focused on communication and friendships; seeking to form and develop romantic relationships. The typical features of girls of each group and the nature of their actual emotional response are described. It is proposed to take into account these characteristics in preventive programs.
","PeriodicalId":426732,"journal":{"name":"Psihologiâ i Pravo","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135352532","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article provides an analysis of the results obtained in several studies on samples of different ages: convicts, cadets, cadets and active police officers (N=281, of which 45% are women). The questionnaires of aggression BRAQ-24, emotional intelligence (EmIn), an abbreviated version of the questionnaire “NEO PI-R”, “Behavioral features of malevolent creativity” were used. Hypotheses were tested: 1. The realization of malevolent creativity in interpersonal interaction is mediated by a low understanding of one’s own emotions (PSE), low agreeableness and high hostility, with hostility playing a predominant role; 2. the combination of high values of cooperation and PSE mediates a decrease in MC; 3. there are gender differences in the components of MC and its relationship with cooperation and PSE. The results showed that hostility is a complete mediator in the negative relationship of PSE and MC. At the same time, the contribution of self-esteem to understanding one’s own emotions is not modest in the implementation of MC in behavior that harms other people. It has been shown that in highly hostile people with a developed trait of cooperation, high PSE can regulate MC. The combination of high hostility and high PSE mediates MC and can contribute to its implementation in deviant behavior in the case of low values of the Cooperation trait. Gender features were identified: in women, the decrease in the realization of MC in harming is mediated by a combination of highly developed PSE and the traits of the big five Cooperation. The conclusion is made about the important contribution of self-assessment of understanding one’s own emotions as a component of emotional intelligence to malevolent creativity and deviant behavior in interpersonal interaction.
","PeriodicalId":426732,"journal":{"name":"Psihologiâ i Pravo","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134944305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Some aspects of step-by-step correction and prevention of destructive behavior of minors in a pre-trial detention facility, taking into account the peculiarities of their self-attitude for the purpose of successful re-socialization, are considered. The pilot study involved 48 juvenile suspects, accused persons convicted of grave and especially grave articles held in pre-trial detention facilities of the penal system of the Russian Federation. The results of the evaluation of the experiment are described, namely, the use of a step-by-step structured psychological program, on the basis of which it is concluded that timely and structured correction and prevention of destructive behavior of minors in a pre-trial detention facility can contribute to positive changes in their attitude to themselves, self-organization of behavior and relationships with other people, predicting the consequences of their actions and emerging contacts with others, reduction of internal conflicts, self-acceptance, development of constructive reflection. Traditional values of Russia are understood as Christian values, first of all, the Christian laws of man’s attitude to man (selflessness, selflessness, mercy). Traditional game is understood as a cultural form in which tradition is realized, i.e. the transfer of values from their bearers. The model of enculturation presents the main stages of ascent to the values of traditional attitudes in the traditional game: free acceptance and implementation of the rules; subjective interpretation of the rules and realization within their framework of individual needs and characteristics of the participants (playing for oneself taking into account the rules); playing for the sake of the Other (playing according to conscience, taking into account the rules).
