Lack of physical activity is a common source of work-related stress, and furthermore, low levels of physical activity are associated with daytime sleepiness and fatigue in pilots, which can have a negative impact on flight safety. The article focuses on professional-applied physical training of civil aviation pilots. The effect of professional-applied physical training of flight personnel on pilots reaction rate, i.e., their performance, as well as on their ability to eliminate nervous and mental state, which is especially important in critical situations, is evaluated. The author has analyzed the sources and identified the most common diseases in civil aviation pilots. The article also highlights the method of evaluating professional and important qualities of civil aviation pilots, which was carried out with the help of a survey among active pilots of AirBridgeCargo Airlines LLC. The survey indicators are presented in the form of a table. According to the survey, we can conclude about the significant professional and important qualities in civil aviation pilots, which are necessary for the successful mastering of the profession. As the issue of professionally important qualities as a model of an ideal image of a civil aviation pilot remains relevant regardless of time, this paper is also not irrelevant, as it is necessary to identify and understand the most important qualities for the pilot job, which should be paid attention to when passing the selection process in the airline. This article may be useful for specialists in the aviation industry.","PeriodicalId":426710,"journal":{"name":"Current Issues of Sports Psychology and Pedagogy","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131028149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the work was to develop and test a program to improve the psychological and pedagogical competence of young football players’ parents and evaluate its effectiveness in terms of psychological training of young football players. The experiment involved young football players at the age of 10 to 11 years, and 34 parents of young athletes. All participants were divided into a control and an experimental group. The study revealed that the work carried out by the coach to educate parents contributes to improving the psychological and pedagogical competence of parents, which was reflected in higher results in assessing their knowledge. It was revealed that in the experimental group, young football players have higher confidence indicators regarding their readiness for competitive activity, they also have higher ratings regarding the positive perception of their capabilities by the coach and parents, that is consistent with lower indicators of personal and competitive anxiety. The data obtained indicates the possibility of improving the psychological training of young football players through improving the competence of their parents.","PeriodicalId":426710,"journal":{"name":"Current Issues of Sports Psychology and Pedagogy","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128161419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors substantiate the demand for modern solutions based on digital technologies using artificial intelligence in the athletes’ preparation. The results of the literature review showed that for the development of information and analytical systems for psychological support of athletes, as one of the promising solutions for the systematization of scientific and practical knowledge, in accordance with the state policy of the Russian Federation on the development of physical culture and sports using digital technologies, it is advisable to use chatbots. The presented review of existing developments allows us to state that despite their rapid development in our daily life, they are less represented in the field of sports. The existing solutions at this stage of development are far from perfect and need serious refinement both from a technical point of view and synthesis of interdisciplinary scientific knowledge.","PeriodicalId":426710,"journal":{"name":"Current Issues of Sports Psychology and Pedagogy","volume":"159 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129361664","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors analyzed the essence and structure of adaptation mechanisms to stressful situations, as well as the role of resistance to stress during the learning process. The purpose of the study is: to evaluate the effectiveness of martial arts classes in comparison with physical education classes. The study was conducted in the form of a survey among two groups of students of the Northern State Medical University: those who regularly attended elective martial arts classes, and a control group (students attending regular physical education classes). In total, 64 students of the 3rd and 4th courses of medical and pediatric faculties aged from 20 to 22 years took part in the study. To conduct a survey among students, the Lemur-Tessier-Fillion \"Psychological Stress Scale\" (PSM-25) was used, which helps to assess stressful feelings by various indicators. As the results of the survey presented in the article showed, students who engage in martial arts on a regular basis have low and medium levels of stress, whereas students of the control group are more characterized by a high level.","PeriodicalId":426710,"journal":{"name":"Current Issues of Sports Psychology and Pedagogy","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115274041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These studies revealed, on the one hand, positive trends associated with the preservation of the optimal level of motor activity in the majority of IFC students, due to various forms of physical exercises. On the other hand, more than 20 % of respondents noted a decrease in physical activity under the influence of the isolation regime, and also noted negative changes in their physical and psychological health. The paper concludes about the important role of regular physical education classes in preventing the negative impact of the isolation regime caused by Covid-19, as well as the important role of the commitment of IFC students to physical activity. The data obtained require further research in terms of the formation of students' attitudes to the use of motor activity to improve their physical and psychological health and reduce the negative consequences caused by the new Covid-19 virus.","PeriodicalId":426710,"journal":{"name":"Current Issues of Sports Psychology and Pedagogy","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132264894","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the empirical study was to research the severity of mental self-regulation skills in young hockey players (n=19) and to compare the data of the hardware method of GSR with the subjective feelings of athletes. The results of the study present significant discrepancies between the indicators of hardware diagnostics and subjective assessments of the psycho-emotional state of athletes, according to «background» indicators (p≤0,001), according to «relaxation» indicators (p≤0,01). Moreover, the data obtained made it possible to identify the need to introduce an additional indicator «concentration» during relaxation and activation of athletes and take it into account for the formation for comprehensive assessment of the mental self-regulation skill severity.","PeriodicalId":426710,"journal":{"name":"Current Issues of Sports Psychology and Pedagogy","volume":"228 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133313914","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
