The method is intended to makes the bandwidth becoming wider without affecting the pulse width to be shorter. Here, the bandwidth equals to the step frequency and the number of generated pulses. The simulation is performed in Matlab® and GNU Radio to measure range detection and its spectrum. It shows that the wide bandwidth of 1.25GHz can be achieve with the range resolution of 0.125m at start frequency of 1.5GHz and step frequency of 10MHz. Moreover, the SFCW radar simulation is also simulated with audio frequency in voice spectrum by using the speaker as transmitter and the microphone as receiver. Meanwhile, to realise modular abstraction of a crosscutting functionality, an advice must contain the crosscutting functionality only. A state-dependent crosscutting concern is an aspect whose applicability of its advice at a matched join point is state-dependent, and call graph-based AOP approaches are insufficient for a state-dependent crosscutting concern because they do not allow specification of the state-dependent applicability condition in the pointcut definition. Thus, the state-dependent applicability condition has to be embedded inside the aspect's advice, and as a result, the intention of the pointcut definition is not clearly defined and the modularity of the advice is broken. The PV system was a grant from Indonesia State Utility Company (PT. PLN), included with the propietary inverter. Although it has supplied the energy to the laboratory, but detail study has not been conducted due to proprietary feature of the inverter unit. In this paper, an attempt to construct model to accurately represent the 1.6 kWp PV system of EECRL is presented. This modeling is useful to examine the performance of the 1.6 kWp PV system. Proposed modeling consist of PV array, DC-DC boost converter with maximum power point tracking (MPPT) feature, full-bridge DC-DC converter with galvanic isolation, and utility interactive DC-AC inverter. This approach is comprised of three metadata interoperability techniques: Language Mapping, Crosswalk, and Instance Transformation. In this paper, a prototype of the three metadata interoperability techniques are implemented in object-oriented environment. The output's interoperability is checked to determine whether the goal is achieved by referring to the scenarios that can be applied to interoperable metadata. Data loss on the Crosswalk process is also evaluated. In this paper, we propose the new scheme to increase the robustness and retain the invisibility as good. Through the experiment, we get the linear curve relationship between QP values and watermark strength values, and using that relationship, we get the better detection rate increased by 7%~14%. In the presence of the database technology there is a growing need to develop efficient storage and querying large repositories of XML documents. Numerous researchers proposed various mapping approaches using Relational Database (RDB) to store and query XML documents. These approaches are categorized into two: structure-mapping and model-mapping approaches. Various query mapping techniques (Edge-based, Node-based, and Path-based) are proposed and applied on the existing model mapping approaches. These techniques translate XPath query into Structured Query Language (SQL) statement with less number of join operations and reduce the search space, and improved the XML query processing. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to compare these query mapping techniques in terms of their advantages and limitations. The implication of these query mapping techniques on the existing model mapping approaches are also discussed. The discussion is focus on the complexity of translated SQL and query response time, which affect the efficiency of the XML query processing. However, current open data in fishery SMEs are scattered in different sites with different status and lack of strategy to integrate and utilize them efficiently. This paper proposed a top-down model as a strategy to identify problem, opportunity and challenges of integrating and using open data for fishery SMEs. Denoising image is considered as the key factor for minimizing the functionality for piecewise smooth image intensity. Efficiency of various denoising techniques depends on frame rate and finally computation time for overall object detection mechanism. Moving object detection is the first step of image denoising as well as object detection. This technique uses segmentation, motion detection and feature extraction technique. The main goal of this paper is to compare various noise reduction techniques incorporated with various moving object detection methods along with various features like edges and corners based detection. We have built our solution which is called IntelligEnSia (Intelligent Home for Energy Sustainability) that is focused on the prediction analytic using Web and Android technology platforms. In this case, to predict the energy consumption we applied three regression models: simple linear regression, KLM a and KLM b. All models can be applied to predict the next period of energy consumption based on the independent variable of X = day and dependent variables of Y = current, voltage, and power. It can be concluded that KLM a, has the smallest error accuracy among the proposed models. It means that, processing the data of similar period and category in a history, has bigger influence to the prediction value. Based on the testing, it is find out that the biggest error percentage among the models is relied on power, while the smallest is relied on current. Autopilot implemented by using classical gain-scheduling method that designed to work within certain velocity and angle-of-attack (AOA). Input command for the autopilot is provided by guidance system which processed kinematic and dynamic of the rocket, so it could follow the desired trajectory. Guidance and autopilot were implemented together with the navigation system and nonlinear model of the rocket using Hardware-in Loop Simulation (HILS) on PC/104. Results showed that the designed gain-scheduling autopilot is stable on nonlinear model tests and also on delay effect and digital implementation tests, with acceptable transient and steady state performance.
