To identify the industry, a BMC mapping is initially performed. The results from the BMC serve as inputs for categorizing business development elements. These elements are then divided into four SWOT categories: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Each factor within these categories is evaluated and assigned a value, followed by an analysis using IFE and EFE. The IFE analysis yields a score of 3.045, indicating strong internal capital for industry development. Conversely, the EFE score of 2.636 suggests that the industry's external conditions are moderate. The IFE and EFE results then serve as a basis for formulating relevant strategies using the IE matrix. According to the IE matrix, the industry falls into cell IV, placing it in the Grow and Build position. This position is used to develop detailed strategic specifications in the SWOT matrix, which provides actionable insights for industry growth.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers have been required to modify their instructional approaches and devise novel tactics to promote academic involvement. This study conducted action research to assess the efficacy of Interactive Educational Applications, such as Kahoot!, Quizizz, and Jamboard, in enhancing topic comprehension in Araling Panlipunan (AP) 9. It additionally investigated student contentment and the challenges faced during the integration of these technologies. The study utilized a mixed-method approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methods. The sample consisted of 30 9th-grade students selected through convenience sampling. The results indicated a substantial statistical difference between the pre-test and post-test scores in AP 9 when Interactive Educational Applications were utilized. With 29 degrees of freedom and a significance level of 0.05, the computed t-value of +17.013 was higher than the critical value of +2.0457. Furthermore, the p-value of 0.0000 was below the significance level of 0.05, suggesting a substantial disparity between the two paired samples. The 95% confidence interval, which extends from -8.588 to -6.745, excludes zero. This provides more evidence that the utilization of Interactive Educational Applications greatly improved students' comprehension of Araling Panlipunan 9. An Interactive Educational Applications satisfaction assessment was undertaken through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to gauge student satisfaction. The majority of participants indicated that these applications had a good influence on their ability to master the topic in AP. Nevertheless, children encountered various obstacles throughout the intervention, including inadequate internet connectivity, distractions within their households, and subpar cell phones.

However, despite the popularity of coffee products among the public, many people do not know the contents of coffee which are beneficial for the body. There are many antioxidant compounds in coffee, and antioxidants are an antidote to free radicals, inhibiting oxidation. The post-harvest process of coffee and the fermentation process during post-harvest coffee can affect the content and compounds contained in coffee. Fermentation generally uses bacteria, fungi, and yeast. The type of yeast used in research is Saccharomyces cerevisiae; its metabolic products can influence the antioxidant content of coffee beans. This research aims to determine the effect of Saccharomyces cerevisiae concentration on antioxidant activity in coffee beans. This research treatment consisted of without the adding starter (A), fermentation with a concentration of 1.5% (B), fermentation with a concentration of 2% (C), fermentation with a concentration of 2.5% (D), fermentation with a concentration of 3% (E). The data obtained were analyzed statistically using ANOVA and continued with DNMRT at the 5% level. Chlorogenic acid and caffeine were tested using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to determine how much of these compounds are contained in the coffee beans. The results of this research show that differences in Saccharomyces cerevisiae concentrations significantly affect the 5% level of the degree of acidity (pH) and antioxidant activity. The best treatment was obtained in treatment E, with a pH value of 5.9 and antioxidant activity of 54.72%.

Besides causing damage to the quality of the rubber, it also causes a bad smell which is very disturbing to the people around the place where the latex is processed. The pungent foul odor is caused by bacteria which biodegrade proteins into ammonia and sulfide compounds. OKU Regency is the fifth largest district in the area of rubber plantations in South Sumatra Province. Based on land suitability, plantations are a potential sector to be developed with the superior commodity rubber. The smallholder plantation sector with rubber is the leading commodity in the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency area. This research will be carried out in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency. The location determination was carried out purposively considering that Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency, is one of the rubber producing areas in South Sumatra, especially OKU. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The sampling method used in the research is to answer the formulation of the big problem of rubber farmer income in Lubuk Raja District using income analysis and comparative analysis. Based on the analysis of the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the average income of farmers who use ant acid per hectare per month is IDR 5,093,515.15/ha/month. Meanwhile, the average income of rubber farmers who use alum freezers is higher than the income of farmers using ant acid freezers, namely IDR 20,234,572.46/ha/month. Based on the Independent Sample t-Test in the Equal Variances Assumed section, the sig value (2-tailed) is 0.04 < 0.05 (95% confidence level). So it is concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means there is a difference in the income of lump rubber farmers who use ant acid and alum freezers. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000
