This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Jawa Timur Province. The sample in this study was 72 respondents who had gone through calculations using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used in this research uses the component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. 摘要
本研究的目的是以爪哇省的 Dinas Kesehatan 公司为研究对象,解释培训和工作激励对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法。研究对象为爪哇帝汶省卫生局(Dinas Kesehatan)的员工。本研究的样本为 72 名受访者,他们都经过了斯洛文公式的计算。本研究的数据分析采用了基于成分的结构方程建模(SEM)方法,并使用了偏最小平方(PLS)分析工具。研究结果表明,培训对员工绩效有积极而显著的影响,而工作动机对员工绩效有积极而显著的影响。
