This research used a quantitative method with a population of teachers at SMPN 1 Soppeng Riaja totaling 37. Data collection used observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis used simple regression. The result of descriptive data analysis showed that teacher's responses to industrial revolution 4.0 were in the medium category with 23 respondents with a percentage of 62.2% and teacher performances in the medium category with 21 respondents out of a total of 37 respondents with a percentage of 56.75%. The results of inferential statistical analysis showed the value of = 195.712 > = 2.030. The main objective of this is to identify and analyze character building for class V at SDIT Al-Madinah, to determine and analyze the effect of student SOP management on character building for fifth-grade students at SDIT Al-Madinah Maros. The method used in this research is an associative quantitative method, with data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. the authors use a simple regression formula with a sample of 48 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it was proven that the character of fifth-grade students at SDIT Al-Madinah Maros was significantly and positively influenced by Student SOPs. These results were obtained from testing the hypothesis using the t-value, which shows that the t-count of Student SOP is 4.234 higher than the predetermined t-table value of 2.021. Student SOP variable (X) affects student character variables, according to a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05.(Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination, the effect of applying Student Standard Operating Procedures on student character is 28% or R2 (R Square) of 0.280 (0.530). The research method used in this study is quantitative, therefore the data collection technique uses observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. \u0000Based on the results of the study, it proved that teacher creativity in PAI subjects at SMAN 2 Makassar was in the good category, namely at intervals of 31-35 with an average value of 32.92, while the learning media in PAI subjects at SMAN 2 Makassar were in the sufficient category, namely at intervals of 19-21 with an average score of 22.14, as well as student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar are in the good category at intervals of 26-28 with an average score of 22.97. From the results of the test, the count of teacher creativity in developing instructional media is 2.701 which is greater than the predetermined table value of 2.021. While the significant value is 0.029 <0.05. In addition, it is known that the regression equation with the formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 = 13.606 + 0.069X1 + 0.316X2.
