Successful products or services always have a strong or dominant brand in the market. This research aims to (1) determine the influence of brand awareness, brand image, and brand equity on brand attitude and its impact on the intention to purchase a specific motorcycle brand in Ambon City and (2) identify the differences in brand awareness, brand image, brand equity, and brand attitude for each motorcycle brand, determining which one has a significantly positive influence. The research population consists of respondents who own one of the three brands and respondents interested in purchasing one of the three brands in Ambon City. The sample size was determined using non-probability sampling through purposive sampling, with a total of 300 individuals. The research results indicate that brand awareness, brand image, and brand equity have a significantly positive influence on brand attitude, and brand attitude has a significantly positive impact on the intention to purchase a specific motorcycle in Ambon City. The research also reveals that brand awareness, brand image, and brand attitude for Honda motorcycles are significantly more positive compared to Yamaha and Suzuki, while the brand equity of Yamaha is significantly more positive compared to Honda and Suzuki. Extra activities that are not directly related to the formal reward system in place are called OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Based on preliminary research, it is known that permanent foundation teachers (GTY) of PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bogor Regency have relatively low OCB. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to increasing OCB. The aim of this research is to make efforts to increase vocational school teachers' OCB by conducting research on the influence of knowledge management variables, self-efficacy adversity intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation. Protection of women and children after divorce has gained legality since the existence of SEMA No. 3 of 2018. Since the birth of SEMA, women have been able to claim their rights even through divorce, as was the case in the Jember Religious Court decision. This research was conducted to find out 1) How the Judges of the Jember Religious Court considered the post-SEMA no. 3 of 2018. 2) What is the legal protection for women and children in the Jember Religious Court decision after SEMA No. 3 of 2018. The results of this research show 1) The judge's considerations in the decision to clarify post-SEMA No. 3 of 2018 by looking at the reasons/arguments that can be proven to be legal facts. There are three aspects of consideration, namely the first, the philosophical aspect, namely, the juridical aspect, namely and sociological considerations. 2) A form of legal protection for the rights of women and children in the divorce decision at the Jember religious court's ruling, namely that the wife gets mut'ah, madhiyah and living expenses during the iddah, legal protection for children is the right to get decent living expenses. The problem faced is regarding connections that use public IP addresses directly, which are often vulnerable to various security risks and cyber threats. Therefore, this research aims to identify and overcome the main problems that arise in this integration. With a better understanding of these challenges, developers and organizations can improve the security of their hybrid server infrastructure. The research methodology uses Mikrotik IPsec and VPN Tunnel IKEv2 on Google Cloud services. This approach is utilized to increase connection security between onpremise servers and cloud servers. First, the author configures Mikrotik IPsec on the onpremise server and sets up the IKEv2 VPN Tunnel on Google Cloud services. Next, the author carried out practical tests by sending data between the two infrastructures and monitoring the security and stability of the connection. With these steps, we can evaluate the effectiveness of security solutions implemented in a hybrid server environment. The research results show that this approach is successful in securing the connection between the two infrastructures, reducing potential risks such as sniffing, port scanning attacks, brute force, DDOS, and other cyber threats. Moreover, during practical trials, the connection remained stable and performed optimally, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed solution in improving the security of hybrid server infrastructure. These results can provide concrete evidence that using Mikrotik IPsec and VPN Tunnel IKEv2 on Google Cloud services can be an effective step in securing communications between onpremise servers and cloud servers. The research method used is a literature review, which involves the identification, selection, analysis, and synthesis of relevant information sources. The research findings reveal that current trends in digital communication include increased use of social media, the dominance of instant messaging applications, and changes in video content consumption. Social media has enabled us to expand our social networks globally but has also given rise to issues such as digital social isolation and the pressure to constantly share happiness. Instant messaging applications have brought efficiency to communication but also pose challenges such as distractions and privacy concerns. The consumption of video content has transformed how we consume entertainment and art, creating trends like \"binge-watching”. In addition to trends, this study also highlights the impact of trends on social and cultural interactions. While digital communication has expanded social networks and enabled participation in social campaigns, there are also challenges such as \"digital social isolation\" and difficulties in conveying emotions in text communication. Ethical challenges in digital communication encompass data privacy, the spread of false information, digital surveillance, copyright issues, the power of tech companies, content filtering, and the use of user data for advertising. Majalaya in West Java, known as the \"Dollar City,\" has been a flourishing center for weaving since 1920, notably contributing to the production of woven sarongs, meeting 47% of national demand. In this textile-rich region, Namicalung Village has earned its place in history as a center for sarong weaving, notably recognized for its \"poleng\" motif. Namicalung's residents aspire to establish the village as a legendary sarong-weaving tourist destination in Majalaya, complying with Provincial Regulation Number 7 of 2020. In pursuing this development, Namicalung must meet specific standards regarding accessibility, amenities, attractions, and institutionalization. A \"tourism village\" blends attractions, accommodations, and supporting facilities, respecting local traditions and practices. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive feasibility analysis to provide practical guidance for Namicalung's development as a sarong-weaving tourism destination. The research methodology employs an analytical approach to assess various aspects, including tourism potential, infrastructure, economic impacts, and visitor experiences. Dengue fever is a tropical infectious disease with typical symptoms that should have standardized treatment patterns. However, in RSIA Kenari Graha Medika, the treatment of dengue fever cases is considered not efficient and effective enough. This study aims to determine the compliance rate in the implementation of Clinical Pathway for pediatric patients with a diagnosis of Dengue Fever at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika. The method used was qualitative with descriptive observational using Clinical Pathway compliance form data from medical records and hospital information systems from September 2022 to February 2023. Inclusion criteria were pediatric patients who were treated with a single diagnosis of Dengue Fever in accordance with WHO clinical criteria, namely Fever, Malaise, Peripheral bleeding disorders and had laboratory examination results with Platelet values below 100,000 / mm3. The things that are assessed in Clinical Pathways compliance are length of stay, administration of therapy and supporting examinations. Based on the results of the study LOS has no influence on clinical pathway. Meanwhile, pharmacy and lab showed that pharmacy and lab had a positive and significant effect on clinical pathway.
