The bureaucracy in Indonesia currently faces several issues, such as administrative personnel not being entirely clean and accountable, administrative inefficiency, poor quality public services, and quantity falling short of expectations. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze the implementation of the policy on developing integrity zones towards corruption-free areas and clean-serving bureaucracies in the Manokwari District Court. This study utilizes a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory used in this research is Edward III's policy implementation model, consisting of four variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research findings indicate that the development of integrity zones has been implemented in the Manokwari District Court but has not yet received the predicates of a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy (WBK/WBBM). This is due to several obstacles, such as bureaucratic culture and mindset, insufficient human resources, budget limitations, and facilities. Based on these findings, it is recommended that all employees participate in the implementation of bureaucratic reform towards WBK/WBBM and integrity zones in the Manokwari District Court. This effort should be continually maximized, not only to obtain the WBK/WBBM predicates but also as a means to enhance services to justice seekers and eliminate corrupt behavior.","PeriodicalId":424088,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Syntax Admiration","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130551204","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many studies primarily focus on postpartum depression in mothers. The prevalence of fathers experiencing postpartum depression is approximately 15.7% in the period after 1 year of childbirth compared to 3.6% in the period after 9 months postpartum. Several factors that predict the occurrence of postpartum depression in fathers include the relationship with their partners, lack of support from both family and friends, the pregnancy period, and sociodemographic factors (age, education, income). To examine several pieces of literature related to factors influencing the occurrence of Postpartum Depression in fathers. The method used in writing this article is a literature review found in health journal databases, such as PubMed. Articles selected are based on being full text, open access, and in the English language. A total of 158 articles were obtained, and out of those, 10 articles that met the criteria for factors influencing postpartum depression in fathers were available in full text and free access. Postpartum depression in fathers is a mental health disorder that cannot be ignored. Similar to postpartum depression in mothers, postpartum depression in fathers also needs special attention from healthcare professionals, family, partners, and the surrounding environment. In this regard, we will analyze several factors related to the causes and consequences of postpartum depression in fathers, as well as interventions that can be provided by healthcare professionals.","PeriodicalId":424088,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Syntax Admiration","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130145537","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is due to the low bearing capacity and small shear force, large compression, and very small permeability. To address this problem, one method that can be implemented is soil improvement using preloading and Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). The aim of this research is to find out the magnitude of consolidation settlement by using analytical methods and by using PLAXIS 2D modeling at reclamation project locations besides CPO tanks between Belawan Islands based on Bore Log BH-02 data. It is also to compare coarse mesh, medium mesh, and fine mesh in PLAXIS 2D modeling, and to obtain the amount of land subsidence using preloading only and preloading with a combination of preloading and Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) based on Bore Log BH-02 points. From the analytical results obtained a decrease of 1.254 meters. While the PLAXIS 2D modeling uses a medium mesh that has been combined with a PVD of 1.268 meters. This means that the results of the settlement by modeling using PLAXIS 2D are closer to the SP-02 settlement plate data of 1.270 meters. The settlement uses PLAXIS 2D with a coarse mesh of 1,266 meters and a fine mesh of 1,282 meters. While modeling using preloading only obtained a decrease of 0.340 meters. It can be concluded that the results of modeling using PLAXIS 2D in using medium mesh that has been combined with PVD are relatively closer to settlement data in the field with a percentage difference of 0.142% settlement plate SP-02 settlement.","PeriodicalId":424088,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Syntax Admiration","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127276161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The readiness of symptom evaluation instruments for classroom teachers is an important job to assist in working on the nature of the school, in particular to provide an understanding of demonstrative evaluation, especially to action members, to be specific educators. This article discusses how authentic assessment activities for self-paced curriculum are implemented. The Seven Stages Model Theory of Program Planning and Development is used in service implementation, and qualitative analysis is used in service analysis. The method of reviewing articles and reference sources becomes a supporting instrument. The implementation of the independent curriculum, the introduction of diagnostic assessment, the manufacture of diagnostic assessment instruments, and the analysis of question items are the four topics discussed in the technical guidance material. The advantage that members gain after taking this special assistance is that they can build their insight into the demonstrative evaluations carried out in learning in the learning space; Learn the technical details of diagnostic assessment tests so that they can be used in daily learning, and at least the references are clear enough; Able to understand ongoing curriculum modifications and obtain teaching strategies based on the applicable curriculum.","PeriodicalId":424088,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Syntax Admiration","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132150389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
