This study investigates the perceptions of organizational climate of the employees working in the sector libraries at the Federal University of Pernambuco, in relation to leadership, communication, motivation and teamwork. Method . To achieve the proposed objective a survey was conducted with a questionnaire being answered by forty employees, viewing information on the organizational climate experienced in the sector libraries. Results . The main results of the survey indicated a predominantly satisfactory organizational climate in the analyzed libraries, considering that the organizational atmosphere proved to be sound, mingled with leaders and their teams, open to dialogue with professionals conducive to exercise a job competently. Conclusions . This paper presents and discuss the concepts, contexts and applications involving information flows in organizations. Method. Systematic review, followed by a bibliometric analysis and system analysis. The systematic review aimed to search for, evaluate and review evidence about the research topic. The systematic review process comprised the following steps: 1) definition of keywords, 2) systematic review, 3) exploration and analysis of articles and 4) comparison and consolidation of results. Results. A bibliometric analysis aimed to provide a statement of the relevance of articles where the authors, dates of publications, citation index, and periodic keywords with higher occurrence. Conclusions. As survey results confirms the emphasis on information featured in the knowledge management process, and advancing years, it seems that the emphasis is on networks, ie, studies are turning to the operationalization and analysis of flows information networks. Research that objective to analyze the scientific production in information technology by professors of biblioteconomy, Faculty of Information Science, University of Brasilia (Brazil), through the Curriculum Lattes Platform of teachers cited. Method. Adopts inductive method, bibliographical research and technical, quantitative research and data collection approach and document analysis from Lattes (Lattes Platform) of the selected teachers. Results. Presents that the areas databases, libraries and digital repositories as that have the greatest production, metadata and library automation system areas as those with lack of jobs published, the most used types of records are the proceedings of congress, course conclusion papers and journal articles, as well the thesis and extended abstracts are little used, besides identifying other areas not listed in the original scope of work such as electronic document management, digital preservation, information security, information architecture, hypertext and applied technologies. Conclusions. This paper attempts to discuss the theoretical issues related to the technological obsolescence, implementation of organizational policies, preservation strategies and computerized systems. Method. It develops the literature previously published materials such as books, theses, websites and articles in scientific journals indexed in Google Scholar and CAPES Journal Portal. Data collection is based on qualitative analysis, and performs a literature review can provide state of the art on preserving and fragility of digital documents. Results. Among the results can be considered the technological obsolescence as consequence of the technology itself motivated by unbridled development. In this way, it has been reaching software, file formats, operating systems and professionals responsible for preservation, and thus a significant part of the memory of contemporary societies is at risk. Conclusions. It highlights the importance of institutional policies, digital preservation strategies and computerized systems. Addresses the complexity of the flow of information as a dynamic and continuous process, noting that there is an exchange between the actors of the organization forming a network of internal interaction, whose activities and operations direct the flow of information in the organization. Method. Describes the elements and influential aspects of the flow of technological information that foster the development of biotechnology products in research and technology center, allocated in the city of Manaus, State of Amazonas. Results. Discusses the exchange of information among researchers and developers embroiled in the construction of information with a view to product innovation, and knowledge sharing. Conclusions.
