Evangelism is god’s program, design and work that bring for himself, people to fellowship, worship / praise and serve him in wholeness and harmony. Evangelism is established by god from eternity, because all things are designed by god from eternity in his omniscience and power in evangelism (eph. 1: 4-14). God wants his people to have fellowship with him, become his worshipers and serve him, the true god. The challenge in evangelism is that every religion is different, all religions have objects that are worshiped, therefore it will not be possible to be completely equated between one religion and another. Plural society equates christian faith with other beliefs by looking for loopholes to align christianity with other religions. The duty of the believer is to preach the gospel so that unbelievers hear and believe in the lord jesus and are saved, not compromising the gospel or juxtaposing christian faith with other beliefs. Keywords: Evangelism; Plural Society; Ephesians Letter AbstrakArtikel ini membahasa mengenai penginjilan terhadap masyarakat plural berdasarkan surat Efesus. Penginjilan merupakan program, rancangan dan karya Allah yang membawa bagi diriNya sendiri suatu umat untuk bersekutu, menyembah/memuji dan melayani Dia dalam keutuhan dan keserasian. Penginjilan ditetapkan Allah sejak kekekalan, sebab segala sesuatu dirancang Allah dari kekal dalam kemahatahuanNya dan kuasaNya didalam penginjilan (Ef. 1:4-14). Allah menghendaki agar umatNya bersekutu dengan Dia, menjadi penyembahNya dan melayani Dia, Allah yang benar. Tantangan dalam penginjilan adalah setiap agama berbeda, semua agama memiliki objek yang disembah, oleh sebab itu tidak akan mungkin dapat disamakan secara keseluruhannya antara agama satu dengan yang lain. Masyarakat plural, menyamakan iman Kristen dengan kepercayaan lain dengan mencari celah untuk dapat menjajarkan kekristenan dengan keagamaan lain. Tugas dari orang percaya ialah memberitakan Injil agar orang-orang yang belum percaya mendengar dan menjadi percaya kepada Tuhan Yesus serta diselamatkan, bukan mengkompromikan Injil atau menjajarkan iman Kristen dengan kepercayaan lain. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Changes in education patterns during the pandemic are very large and have important implications for education policy and implementation. During the pandemic, the house became a center for children's learning activities, including Christian religious education. The problem-solving in this article is carried out through library research by discussing several major parts, namely the importance of schools, churches, and families in synergy; the biblical basis of the family as the center of Christian religious education; the challenge of making the family the center of Christian religious education, strategies to develop synergies between schools, churches, and families to make the household the center of Christian religious education for children. Abstrak: Penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 yang cepat telah menyebabkan gangguan pada sektor pendidikan Indonesia di mana sekitar 45 juta siswa tidak dapat melanjutkan kegiatan belajar mereka di sekolah, Perubahan pola pendidikan di masa pandemi sangat besar dan memiliki implikasi penting bagi kebijakan dan pelaksanaan pendidikan. Di masa pandemi, rumah menjadi pusat kegiatan belajar anak, termasuk pendidikan agama Kristen. Eksistensinya sangat diperlukan bahkan dalam setiap bidang kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pemuridan dalam kehidupan bergereja. Itu sebabnya, gereja perlu membekali para pemurid sebagai orang yang akan memimpin orang lain, agar mereka dapat memuridkan dengan baik, salah satunya dengan bekal aspek kognitif. Pada kesempatan kali ini, penulis mengangkat topik “Implementasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Yesus Sebagai Role-Model Dalam Kehidupan Pemuridan”, untuk mengingatkan gereja masa kini agar gereja dapat melahirkan pemurid-pemurid yang berkualitas sesuai dengan teladan Yesus sebagai role-model bagi gereja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, di mana penulis mengambil berbagai argumen dari literatur-literatur yang ada. Yang menjadi kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang pemurid haruslah memiliki empat aspek yang berkaca pada apa yang Yesus lakukan semasa pelayanan-Nya di muka bumi ini: (1) Prinsip dasar memuridkan, yaitu berpusatkan pada Kristus, memperkenalkan Allah sebagai Bapa, dan memimpin dengan hati yang berbelas kasih; (2) Tanggung jawab pemurid, yaitu mendelegasikan tugas serta mengevaluasi murid; (3) Bagaimana seorang pemurid harus bersikap, yaitu melayani dengan hati hamba, menjadi teladan dalam segala hal, dan menjadi gembala yang peduli dengan domba-dombanya; dan juga (4) Pola pemuridan, yaitu penerimaan, penemanan dan pengutusan. Leadership is an inevitable thing in life. Its existence is indispensable even in every area of life, including discipleship in church life. That is why the church needs to equip the disciples as people who will lead others so that they can make good disciples, one of which is with the cognitive aspects. On this occasion, the author raised the topic \"Implementation of Jesus’ Leadership Style as a Role-Model in the Life of Discipleship\", to remind the church today so that the church can produce qualified disciples according to Jesus' example as role-models for the church. The method used in this research is the library research approach, in which the authors take various arguments from the existing literature. Itu artinya menggunakan waktu yang ada. Tidak ada yang lebih hebat dari pada kehendak Allah. Kehendak globalisasi berada di bawah kehendak Allah. Even so, it must be admitted that the topic of ecology and all its problems are lacking or not or even not getting attention as they should. Ecological topics tend to be distinguished, not or lacked attention by both churches and Christian theologians and reform theologians in particular with indications of a lack of Christian literature that addresses topics concerning ecology. There is no or lack of studies (seminars, lectures) on ecology both in the church environment, Christian institutions and theological colleges, besides that there is a misunderstanding which feels that ecology does not touch or come into contact with theology. This understanding appears in behavior that is not or less responsible for the environment (not friendly to the environment), for example by littering, spitting carelessly and so on. Permasalahan ekologis (lingkungan) merupakan tanggung jawab semua manusia baik bersifat pribadi maupun kelompok, termasuk di dalamnya tanggung jawab semua agama atau aliran kepercayaan. Meskipun demikian harus diakui bahwa topik ekologi dan semua permasalahannya kurang atau belum atau bahkan tidak mendapat perhatian sebagaimana seharusnya. Topik ekologi cenderung dianaktirikan, tidak atau kurang mendapat perhatian baik oleh gereja-gereja maupun para teolog Kristen dan teolog reform pada khususnya dengan indikasi kurangnya literatur-literatur Kristen yang membahas topik mengenai ekologi. Tidak ada atau kurangnya kajian-kajian (seminar, ceramah) mengenai ekologi baik di lingkungan gereja, lembaga-lembaga Kristen dan Sekolah Tinggi Teologi, selain itu adanya salah pengertian (misunderstanding) yang merasa bahwa ekologi tidak bersinggungan atau bersentuhan dengan teologi. Theology here is not only interpreted as \"knowledge (cognitive) about God\" but also changes in the affective and psychomotor of the church towards the knowledge of God. The Church is responsible for laying the cognitive foundation of God and making changes within himself and having the skills to worship and carry out His will. In this context the term \"Church Theological Model\" appears. The author conducts research based on models of church theology which began from the time of the fathers of the Church to the Church of the XX century. From there it can then be arranged in the direction of development towards globalization which reaches in the direction of the models of Church theology in the Indonesian Churches. Model (bentuk, corak, paradigm atau gaya) merupakan bagian terpenting dalam melihat sebuah perkembangan, khususnya gereja berteologi. Teologi di sini bukan saja diartikan sebagai “pengetahuan (kognitif) tentang Tuhan” tetapi juga perubahan afektif dan psikomotoris gereja terhadap pengetahuan akan Tuhan tersebut. Gereja bertanggungjawab untuk meletakan dasar kognitif akan Tuhan dan melakukan perubahan di dalam diri serta mempunyai keterampilan menyembah dan melaksanakan kehendak-Nya. Dalam konteks ini muncul istilah “Model Teologi Gereja”. Penulis melakukan penelitian berdasarkan model-model teologi gereja yang dimulai sejak masa bapa-bapa Gereja hingga Gereja masa abad XX. Growth functional nerve cells require a variety of educational situations that supports both the educational situation of families, communities and schools. Usia dini merupakan periode awal yang paling penting dan mendasar sepanjang rentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kehidupan manusia. Pada masa usia dini, semua potensi anak berkembang sangat cepat. Some of them also have achievements both nationally and internationally. Some transgender individuals have strong self-esteem that persist in the midst of a society where the majority ignore and even reject them. Others experience feelings of grief and even despair until suicide due to severe rejection especially from the family. The church as a family home that must love and protect each member of the congregation must not be favoritism. The church needs to reach out to transgender people through pastoral care. Counseling services also need to be opened for them so that mental recovery can occur. Keberadaan orang transgender dalam komunitas tidak dapat disangkal. Beberapa dari mereka juga memiliki prestasi baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Beberapa individu transgender memiliki harga diri yang kuat yang bertahan di tengah-tengah masyarakat di mana mayoritas mengabaikan dan bahkan menolak mereka. Yang lain mengalami perasaan sedih dan bahkan putus asa sampai bunuh diri karena penolakan yang parah terutama dari keluarga. Gereja sebagai rumah keluarga yang harus mencintai dan melindungi setiap anggota jemaat tidak boleh pilih kasih. Gereja perlu menjangkau orang-orang transgender melalui perawatan pastoral. Then it cannot be denied that there are differences between one another. That diversity and differences is what is termed pluralism. As well as religion which is an important part of society, even each individual has a plurality phenomenon whose influence in society has a huge impact on the thinking of each individual. The differences between each religion and the truth claims and absolutes of each religion often cause considerable friction in society. In fact, it is not uncommon for many people to judge and make religion a tool of violence. Ditengah-tengah kemajemukkan masyarakat dunia ini. Maka tidak bisa dipungkiri adanya perbedaan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Keragaman dan perbedaan-perbedaan itulah yang disebut dengan istilah pluralisme. Sebagaimana juga agama yang merupakan bagian yang penting dalam masyarakat, bahkan tiap-tiap individu mempunya fenomena pluralitas yang pengaruhnya di dalam masyarakat mempunyai dampak yang sangat besar bagi pemikiran tiap-tiap individu.
