Solís Galán","doi":"10.17583/RISE.2019.4071","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17583/RISE.2019.4071","url":null,"abstract":"Este trabajo tiene por objeto mostrar algunos de los resultados obtenidos en la evaluación de una experiencia formativa y divulgativa organizadas por el Grupo Promotor de Aprendizaje-Servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura. Las Jornadas iban dirigidas a docentes, alumnado universitario y otros agentes socioeducativos, celebradas en la Facultad de Formación de profesorado de la Universidad de Extremadura. En la misma han participado más de 220 agentes socioeducativos procedentes de la educación escolar y la educación social. Los instrumentos de evaluación utilizados han sido: el cuestionario dirigido al profesorado en activo y la gamificación, a través del cuestionario de la aplicación Kahoot orientando al resto de agentes socioeducativos. Estudiamos la vida escolar en el aula y las relaciones entre alumnos y profesores. Sostenemos que el comportamiento de los estudiantes, y sus expectativas, son creados y condicionados por sus resultados académicos, y que están afectados por el origen socioeconómico y sociocultural de sus familias, por la escuela a la que asisten, por género. y por el lugar donde viven. Veremos una compleja socialización en el aula, a veces conflictiva, con una selección académica ya establecida, donde las experiencias escolares construyen y reconstruyen el futuro de las vidas de los estudiantes cuando los jóvenes comienzan a ser conscientes de las consecuencias de los resultados escolares en sus vidas.El artículo es parte de una investigación más amplia sobre las experiencias escolares de los estudiantes y las interacciones de la vida en el aula. La investigación surge de la preocupación generada con los datos documentales y estadísticas de la Evaluación de Diagnóstico General de 2010 del segundo curso de la educación secundaria obligatoria (8 º escolarización años) de los estudiantes de 13 años de edad o más, con una muestra de 27.961 estudiantes (tomado de una población estudiantil total de 475.010 en toda España). The phenomenon of resilience is particularly important in the educational process because, after the family, the school is a key environment for acquiring the necessary skills to get ahead thanks to the ability of people to overcome the difficulties of life. Through empirical study, we intend to establish relationships between the perceptions of burnout and resilience measured in the participants. The invited sample is composed of the high school teachers of the twenty-four Institutes of the province of Huesca (N=1.268) belonging to the public education network in the 2014 academic year. Through voluntary participation, the final sample is formed with n=167 teachers (13.17%). For the measurement of burnout, the adaptation to Spanish (MBI-GS) of Salanova, Schaufeli, Llorens, Peiró and Grau (2000) is used. Resilience is evaluated through the Resilience Evaluation Questionnaire of Serrano-Martínez (2010). Para ello se ha generado un sistema de indicadores que pretende ser una herramienta de medicion en dos aspectos fundamentales: primero, la adquisicion de habilidades personales y la potenciacion del autoconocimiento; y segundo, el rendimiento academico y la mejora de su potencial personal. However, most of the African countries including Mozambique still lag behind with regards to higher education placement in the international ranking and competition. Funding strategies for both knowledge generation and research incentives are considerably seen as key factors that enhance university performance and success. For most of African countries the insufficiency of both political and economic independence has led to a sharp marginalization of higher education and reliance on external donors. Drawing from the above captioned evidence, this paper aims at investigating the development process of Mozambican higher education. It argues that experiences from Brazil concerning maximization of research funding agencies for strengthening higher education can be contextualized as a means of revitalizing universities after decades of depreciation.Key words: Higher Education. Sin embargo, en las ultimas investigaciones sobre origen familiar y rendimiento escolar ambas estan desapareciendo de forma progresiva, incluida el numero de libros en el hogar. Tanto es asi, que la OCDE posee un indice especifico para las posesiones culturales en el hogar, pero no lo incluye ni una sola vez en el Informe PISA 2015. En este articulo comprobamos si el capital cultural sigue prediciendo el desempeno escolar. Y si es asi, que peso poseen las posesiones culturales y los libros en el hogar.
