The analysis of electrical machine series development shows that mass-overall dimension indices decrease was first reached due to electrical and magnetic load increase and new materials application. The author proposes a new way of decreasing induction motor material capacity in design and manufacturing-spread decrease of quality indices. Spread influence of quantitative estimation on induction motor mass overall dimension indices has been performed for induction motors IIER-118 with pole number 2p=2,4,6. Now there are many systems of modeling of the electrical circuits functioning. However, for digital elements, only the elements of rigid logic are applied. In this connection the fusion devices of a Tokamak type especially experimental purpose, including KTM, should be equipped with operative diagnostic systems realizing methods of strain measurement. The presence of such a layer on a surface should not result in considerable effects of localization, but at the same time, due to high-density of defects in a near-surface layer in control of homogeneous development of plastic deformation as a whole according to specimen. Low-carbon steel ST3/sup 0/ was used. Hardening the surface was conducted on the one hand of a specimen under conditions of ultrasonic burnishing. Under used treatment conditions the depth of study of a near-surface layer revealed according to analysis of a microhardness, amounted to 180 microns. The tests for single-axis static stretching were conducted on the test facility \"IMASH 20-7\" with speed of stretching of 0.05 mm/min. With the usage of an optical and television measuring complex \"TOMSC-1\", the principle of operation which one is based on computer processing of the optical images of a surface, fields of vectors of displacement were plotted. The analysis of distribution of vectors of displacement constructed at overseeing for a surface of a lateral face was conducted. Now it is an industrial process of chemical air nitrogen fixation. Creation of more effective ways of ammonia synthesis allowing lowering of expenses and carrying out the process in softer conditions, is an urgent problem. It was shown earlier, that in spontaneous process at SFP Al burning in air, there is a nitrogen fixation. Under certain conditions, final combustion products of more than 19.0% wei. are found. The connected nitrogen as aluminum nitride independent phase at hydrolysis in water form the ammonia. But, under field conditions, a source of electrical energy is the welding outfit. There is a problem of conversion of constant voltage of a welding outfit into alternate with given parameters. It is known, that at actuation of an electric tool, there is an impact current, since the braked electric motor has small electric resistance. Such a launch is harmful to the engine, and under conditions where there is an input source of restricted power comparable to power of the electric motor, it is impossible. One solution to this problem is an increase of power of the converter, that results in application of more potent power keys and other circuit components, i.e. increase of weight and overall dimensions of the device. The second way is providing a smoothly varying launch of the engine of an electric tool. One of perspective ways of obtaining a current-conducting material on the basis of alloyed indium oxide is the sol-gel method based on a joint deposition of hydroxides of metals with the following crystallization of oxides at heat treatment.
