In this paper, we propose a less complex algorithm based on a mixture PLL-based loop for estimating and tracking parameters in non-linear model. The algorithm can work with both the physical channel model (assuming time delays information) and the equivalent discrete-time channel model. In the algorithm, we combine two techniques the PLL-based loop and the Sequential Monte Carlo Sampling in order to track the channel complex gains and unknown carrier frequency offset (CFO). Afterwards, the channel matrix can be simply constructed, and then the data symbol can be estimated with free intercarrier interference (ICI) by using MMSE equalizer. It is shown that our algorithm has a good performance in terms of MSE and BER and approaches the BER of the ideal case for which the channel response and CFO are known. The data were gathered using a qualitative approach. This includes conducting interviews and discussion groups among 40 respondents who are mainly staff of the hospital (doctors, nurses, administrative, IT personnel). The study was conducted based on the outcome of an earlier study, which indicated that the adoption of ICT at Saudi Arabian hospitals was affected by many factors. Moreover, end users of ICT are believed to have encountered many challenges while using this technology. At the same time, there are many benefits which can be gained from the use of ICT, such as improvement in the quality of work, productivity, and educational tools for both users and patients. In addition, the use of ICT can lead to more accurate diagnoses, help solve health-related problems, and reduce medical errors, apart from helping ICT users to evaluate themselves. Mid-InfraRed (MIR) spectroscopy reflects fundamental molecular vibrations whereas Near-InfraRed (NIR) spectroscopy exhibits the overtones and combinations of fundamental vibrations and bonds. In most applications, the samples are mixed with potassium bromide (KBr) powder, or simply unmixed. Two technics are investigated: IR absorption on mixed samples and Diffuse Reflectance IR Fourier Transform (DRIFT) on unmixed samples. IR spectra are collected in either MIR or NIR regions. However, the preprocessing of IR spectra, the choice of the spectral band and the combination of MIR-NIR information are important factors that could substantially influence analyses. This study investigates these factors while attempting to retrieve three different genotypes of maize roots via a Fuzzy C-Mean (FCM) classification of IR spectra. A bootstrapping procedure is used as the number of samples is limited. Results show that KBr spectroscopy is better than DRIFT spectroscopy for MIR region; MIR provides equivalent information as NIR for DRIFT spectroscopy; combination of MIR-NIR information gives preprocessing independent results. Several distances are tested in FCM classification. This behavior creates traffic profiles that differ from those typically seen in the traditional network in less dense areas where less uplink traffic and less frequent packet transmission will be experienced. Thus planning for these dense network conditions must consider the uplink capacity and control plane dimensioning. Reducing the cell size has always been the best way to increase capacity. But smaller cells introduce the cost of more interference control, capacity and mobility management. This paper will compare the access types of femtocells in case of dense area networks and present the related challenges in terms of femtocell interference, offloading and mobility management. DC motors are configured across a large range of powers and different levels of speed. The simple techniques for controlling them, such as pulse width modulation, and the high performance of the DC motors functioning will yield to an increasing growth of the applications number and their varieties in the future. On the other hand, wireless communication is widely adopted in communication and information interchange, particularly with the spread use of cell phones. This article presents a wireless DC motor speed-control system by using PIC 16F877A microcontroller. An electronic circuit is coupled to the motor to provide the control-speed signal serially from distant microcontroller. A control panel is designed as an interface for the user to select the appropriate speed. The used commands are sent wirelessly to the control circuit driver. The microcontroller of this circuit regulates the DC motor as required using the pulse width modulation technique. Our approach is achieved by implementing a hardware prototype system constituted of two DC motors of a toy car. One of the most basic parameters for network structures is the degrees of nodes and their distribution. Depending on the type of degree distribution (Poisson, power-law, exponential, etc.), various types of network structures are formed with varying disease outbreaks. Behavior of two competing diseases on a contact network of individuals is most affected by this parameter of degree distribution. In this article, the spreading process of two competing diseases and their impact on each other is presented using numerical simulations and analytical results on various network structures by MATLAB software. For each disease to be transferred from a person to another, it needs to have transmissibility greater than a threshold, which is called the epidemic threshold. However, the high Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR) of transmitted signals is a serious disadvantage for OFDM communication systems. The focus of this paper is to propose a distortion-less PAPR reduction schemes for multi-carrier system. We laid out Partial Transmit Sequence (PTS) and Selected Mapping (SLM) fundamentals as the building ground for the proposed schemes. The performance of the new schemes is measured using the Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function (CCDF). The simulation results show that the new proposed schemes have a better PAPR performance as compared to PTS and SLM. Nowadays, mobile software applications are widely available as preloaded, embedded and online where they may be easily downloaded by users. One of the biggest challenges for mobile networks operators and mobile devices manufacturers is how to deal with constantly changing content of the third party providers. Typically, content is hardcoded within the software application and updating the content may require in some cases flashing the devices using special tools that may not be easily available to end users. In addition, services activation or de-activation may be needed due to operators' restriction or country special regulatory measures. Then, we present the detailed communication protocol and the microar-chitecture of central controller.
