The research has been carried out with the usage of the methods of systemic analysis and synthesis, comparative and legal, historical and legal methods. It has been clarified that Ukraine rather effectively ensures the proper organization of courts operation and administration of justice in terms of the martial law considering the level of security in each region. It has been indicated that the organization of remote work of judges and other court employees, as well as the administration of justice online through the use of video conferencing is the positive solution in war period. Such a step contributes to strengthening the security of all participants in judicial proceedings. It has been substantiated that the use of video conferencing during court hearings meets the requirements of a fair and public trial ensuring the compliance with the guarantees of access to justice. It has been emphasized that the use of information technologies within judicial proceedings should have a single approach. Moreover, the concept of personal growth has become prevalent in contemporary society, with influential figures advocating the idea that self-development is an essential objective for every individual, as significant success cannot be attained without it. The present study establishes the significance of the psychology of self-development concerning strategies and factors influencing effective personal growth. The essence of the \"self-development\" concept has been thoroughly examined, and the primary aspects of human self-development have been delineated. Moreover, this work provides comprehensive characterizations and detailed descriptions of various forms of human self-development, including self-affirmation, self-actualization, and self-improvement. The article elucidates the particularities of self-development strategies in individuals, including imitation, the \"twist of fate,\" and purposeful movement towards desired goals. Furthermore, the work describes psychological barriers that impede an individual's self-development. The study characterizes factors that positively influence personal growth, encompassing empathic support, appropriate upbringing, clear goal awareness, developed self-organization, interpersonal interaction, a drive for self-realization, and a creative approach. {"title":"Investigation on author’s concept in the Russian National Corpus","authors":"Kornakova Ekaterina, Ekaterina Tutova, Irina Grekhanova, Lyubov A' Safaralieva, Maria A Nekrylova","doi":"10.7769/gesec.v14i10.2964","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7769/gesec.v14i10.2964","url":null,"abstract":"The data analysis of the Russian National Corpus (RNC) is being carried out by an increasing number of researchers, since the choice of lexical units and their description are now radically facilitated by corpus linguistics, which compiled all available texts in a particular database language based on a computer analysis and presented on the open Internet. The purpose of the study is to identify and describe the conceptual cognitive features and structural modeling of the CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS concept in the works of Ye.A. Yevtushenko, i.e.: (1) based on the RNC data, to determine the place of the CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS concept in the Russian social and artistic worldviews; (2) based on Yevtushenko’s works, to identify the features of the artistic CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS concept in the individual author’s worldview; and (3) to characterize the interaction of the national and individual author’s worldviews in Yevtushenko’s works. To this end, the research involved general scientific methods of observation, description, and generalization as well as the method of conceptual analysis. The analysis of the RNC material shows that the structure of the CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS concept is represented by five classes of features: (1) etymological and denotative motivating signs of the word representative of the concept; (2) conceptual attributes objectified as semantic word components; (3) figurative features; (4) categorical features; and (5) values (examples were taken from the main corpus of the Russian language as well as from the newspaper and poetic corpora). The analysis of the CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS concept in Yevtushenko’s works suggests the anthropocentricity of its figurative component. Its content is revealed in terms of the Russian national worldview and, at the same time, the individual author’s worldview of Ye.A. Yevtushenko. As the analysis of ways of conceptualizing the CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS concept has shown, the most actual characteristics in Yevtushenko’s worldview are conceptual figurative features, including: anthropomorphic, animate and inanimate ones. In addition, categorical (dimensional, qualitative, etc.) and value attributes of the CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS concept were identified. The studies aimed at improving and understanding the connection between management styles and conflicts, strategies for coordinating cooperation, and increasing team productivity are becoming relevant. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of training professionals in conflict management and resolution strategies within a team, enhancing productivity through cooperation and project effectiveness. Also, the authors present a study of how team effectiveness depends on the ability to manage conflict by mediating the level of team coordination. The study employs various methods. The experiment method is the main one in this paper. The study results were evaluated using a survey and observation conducted by stages. The research hypothesis asserts that studying conflict resolution principles and employing various conflict avoidance strategies are positive components of contemporary management practices. The research results indicate that conducting a conflict management training course based on cooperation positively impacts project team productivity and managerial preparedness. O Censo do IBGE de 2010 indicou que, aproximadamente, ¼ da população brasileira é constituída por pessoas com deficiência, representando o público-alvo demandante dessas tecnologias. No entanto, trata-se de uma área de conhecimento ainda de pouca difusão no Brasil necessitando de incentivo à pesquisa e desenvolvimento. O objetivo foi realizar uma prospecção bibliométrica sobre tais recursos voltados para a deficiência motora. A pesquisa bibliométrica envolveu a busca, seleção, mapeamento e avaliação de artigos que abordam o tema da Tecnologia Assistiva relacionada à deficiência, disfunção e reabilitação motoras. Adotou-se, como metodologia, uma abordagem mista, com pesquisa exploratória e descritiva. Os resultados mostraram a crescente evolução do número de publicações sobre o tema, as áreas de conhecimento que manifestaram interesse nessas discussões, dentre as quais, o destaque para a área de Reabilitação, os países com maior produtividade, a exemplo da liderança dos Estados Unidos, Itália e Brasil, bem como os autores e os periódicos que mais se destacaram na produção científica relacionada ao tema. Conclui-se que as bases teóricas apresentadas e as evidências observadas durante o estudo concordam que o uso de recursos de Tecnologia Assistiva é relevante no processo de reabilitação motora. {"title":"An evaluation of biomotor characterstics according to biological maturation level in 11-12 age soccer players","authors":"Serkan Aydin","doi":"10.7769/gesec.v14i10.2961","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7769/gesec.v14i10.2961","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this study was to evaluate the biomotor characteristics of 11–12-year-old soccer players according to their biological maturation level. The participants in the study were divided into 3 groups according to their peak height (PHV) values which determine their biological maturation levels. The mean age, height and body mass of the participants were 11.22±0.42 years, 163.56±9.30 cm, 54.37±10.05 kg for the PHV1 group, 11.46±0.55 years, 152.45±5.22 cm, 41.32±4.84 kg for the PHV2 group, 11.10±0.31 years, 148.60±4.42 cm, 39.21±4.59 kg for the PHV3 group. The participants were competitive athletes with at least 2 years of continuous training and competition experience. The maturation level of the participants, was determined by Mirwald equation. Biomotor characteristics of the participants were determined by hand grip strength and back leg strength, standing long jump, flexibility, yo-yo intermittent recovery tests. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 package program. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used for comparison between groups and Tukey HSD test was used for Post Hoc comparisons of significant relationships. As a result of the evaluation made according to the biological maturation levels of the participants, numerically positive effects on biomotor characteristics were found as the biological maturation level increased. A statistically significant difference between the data constituting the positive effects was observed only in the hand grip strength data. According to the Tukey multiple comparison analysis, it was determined that this significant difference occurred as the biological maturation level increased. As a result of the data obtained as a result of our research, it was concluded that the biomotor characteristics of 11-12 age group soccer players developed positively according to the level of biological maturation. It is aimed at educating and training a professionally competent, proactive, creative specialist with highly developed personal and creative skills. Such a specialist should be endowed with a sense of duty and responsibility to society. Moreover, he or she must be able to quickly adapt to the modern world, characterized by an increased role of the individual, and intellectualization of his or her activities in the face of rapid changes in the development of science and information technology. The article aims to identify the patterns and clarify the main vectors of higher education development, given the conditions and current requirements. In the course of the study, the analytical method was applied to study the scientific literature on the development of HEIs. To study and process the data, the authors employed such methods as analysis, synthesis of information, induction, deduction, systemic and structural, comparative, logical, and linguistic methods, abstraction, and idealization. Moreover, the authors of the study conducted an online survey to clarify the most important issues related to the peculiarities of the development of HEIs practically. This involves assigning a monetary value to the technologies to enable their negotiation for transfer to the productive sector. The objective of this study was to evaluate the main methods or valuation models of technology applied to intellectual property as a means of supporting the commercialization and technology transfer processes in TLOs. The research methodology used to conduct this study on valuation methods applicable to TLOs was a systematic literature review. As a result, a guide was developed, consisting of a few questions, which allows for a quick review to select, in a clear and objective manner, the most appropriate technology valuation method to be applied, taking into account the interests of the evaluator.
