This activity is considerably new and does not have a specific methodology developed for the fishing activity. Due to these factors, this ergonomic analysis at work (AET) study was carried out, with the purpose of identifying the causes of complaints of body pain and fatigue caused by this activity. For this analysis, the Ergolândia software was used, which is composed of several ergonomic methods. The method used in unloading was the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), which deals more specifically with lifting and transporting loads, which analyzes the weight of the load, position of hands and feet, inclination of the trunk, height of the load is raised. Collected data and images were also used as assistance. After carrying out the analyzes and verifying that at all stages the Lifting Index (IL) is above the recommended level, some improvement proposals were made to alleviate or eliminate these employee posture problems. All methodologies identified risk levels that require immediate or short-term ergonomic intervention, aiming to guarantee the safety and health of workers who carry out such activity. The implementation of measures designed to eliminate or minimize risk may involve the allocation of significant human and material resources, increasingly necessary for efficient management. Considering the complexity and variability of the tasks developed, it is recommended that such a decision be preceded by a new study using more precise risk assessment methodologies.","PeriodicalId":42091,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Gestao e Secretariado-GeSeC","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135372609","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Some studies have called them the opinion leaders of the age of social media. These people are likely to affect the different aspects of beliefs and/or behaviors of the people who follow them. The current study aimed to investigate the relationships between people’s partner choice criteria on the one hand, and the amount and type of attention they dedicated to influencers on the other hand. A survey was conducted to see if people who pay more or less attention to influencers perceived appearance, wealth, religiousness, culture, and personality as important criteria in their partners. The results showed that there were direct relationships between dedicating attention to influencers and perceiving wealth and appearance to be important. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between dedicating attention to influencers and religiousness but it was an indirect relationship.","PeriodicalId":42091,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Gestao e Secretariado-GeSeC","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135272126","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time, we deal with a special integral metric to determine the distance between points, which becomes Euclidean in the simplest case. We propose a heuristic numerical algorithm based on the construction of spherical Voronoi diagrams, which makes it possible to obtain a locally optimal solution to the problem under consideration. Numerical calculations show the operability and effectiveness of the proposed method and allow us to draw some conclusions about the properties of packings.","PeriodicalId":42091,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Gestao e Secretariado-GeSeC","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135371764","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The implementation of reliability cells plays a crucial role in this context. These cells are multidisciplinary teams dedicated to improving equipment reliability through data analysis, performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, and preventive actions. By adopting this approach, companies can proactively identify potential failures, minimize unplanned downtime, and extend asset life. Furthermore, reliability cells contribute to worker safety, reduced operating costs and increased market competitiveness, making them a crucial tool in the management of large companies. In this context, the implementation of the security cell aims to improve and solve problems in a simplified way, through strategic planning. Through data validation, performance, and disclosure with their pre-determined deadlines for each subsystem of the unit, corrective maintenance was minimized, and preventive and predictive maintenance were improved, generating maximum equipment availability.","PeriodicalId":42091,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Gestao e Secretariado-GeSeC","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135372013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Entrepreneurs are often unable to pinpoint how damaging the disorganization of a production process is, poor programming and development can suck up all the company's profits, and due to the lack of planning and production control this situation can be imperceptible in the final process. All of these points can be resolved with good company organization aligned with good production planning and control. However, every optimization process requires everyone's involvement and commitment, that is, everyone needs to be willing to donate to achieve process improvement that brings positive impacts to both the worker and the company. In this work we observed the importance of developing and implementing Production Planning, Programming and Control (PPCP) software on an online platform called Airtable. With the software it was possible to access the company's entire data history, making the information easily accessible for everyone in the company. As a result, it was possible to see a significant improvement in the company's organization, a reduction in lead time and consequently a significant growth.","PeriodicalId":42091,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Gestao e Secretariado-GeSeC","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135372618","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The healthcare industry is no exception, given the constant difficult situations that occur with patients, medical personnel, and healthcare facilities in general. All risks in medical practice can be divided into different groups according to the object in the risk zone: general risks (economic, financial, environmental, military, etc.), specific risks aimed at the patient (diagnostic, therapeutic, pharmacotherapeutic, etc.), and specific risks aimed at the healthcare employee (working conditions, contact with hazardous infections, etc.). Risk governance is one of the prio rities of healthcare institutions in achieving their goals because there is always a chance that something will go wrong, not as it was planned. In the field of healthcare, as in other industries, to assess and analyze the risks one can use risk matrices. These matrices allow for quantitative, semi-quantitative, and qualitative risk analysis. The latter makes it possible to develop the right strategy for responding to and mitigating those risks. This study aims to conduct comprehensive research of the risk stages in medical practice, as well as to provide detailed recommendations for risk analysis and emphasize the importance of corporate risk governance in healthcare activities. The authors analyzed the data collected since 2013. It has been found that the study of the overall risk level assigned to each incident helps to determine the urgency and degree of control measures required.","PeriodicalId":42091,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Gestao e Secretariado-GeSeC","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135326366","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Also, given the asymmetry of information and the ethical risk raised between the providers of financial information and its users, external users are expected to have the required and sufficient knowledge of the final product of the financial reporting process, i.e., audited financial statements, the quality of financial statements, and the possibility of biased reporting, and also to optimally use the information contained in it for their economic decisions. Financially distressed firms are naturally expected to lose the trust of suppliers, and suppliers are reluctant to grant trade credit to such firms. The statistical population of the present research consists of all the companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange that have submitted their financial statements during the period of 1390 to 1400 (2011 to 2021). The present research, therefore, can also be helpful for standard-setting institutions (auditing organizations) to develop standards concerning the conditions by considering the financial situation of companies such as financial distress as exceptional conditions that may distort the effective implementation of some accounting standards. They can also revise and make adjustments to the stricter accounting rules affecting earnings management, especially in situations where managers are under a lot of pressure.","PeriodicalId":42091,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Gestao e Secretariado-GeSeC","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135928826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A total of 12 American football players with an age, height and body mass means of 22.50±1.62 years, 182.83±5.85 cm., 88.91±18.99 kg. voluntarily participated in the study. The participants were competitive players with at least five years of continuous training and competition experience. Respiratory functions of the athletes were measured with a Minispir hand-held spirometer. Forced Vital Capacity (FVC), Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF), Maximal Voluntary Ventilation (MVV) values were measured. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 package program. Because the distribution of the data was not normal, the Mann Whitney-U test and Spearman correlation test, a nonparametric test, were used to compare the data between the smoker and non-smoker groups. The significance level was accepted as p<0.05. Although numerically positive effects were found on the respiratory function of non-smokers compared to smokers, there was no statistically significant difference or correlation relationship between the data constituting these effects. As a result, it was found that the respiratory function of American football players who smoked cigarettes was lower than that of non-smokers. In line with these results, it can be stated that smoking has a negative effect on respiratory functions.","PeriodicalId":42091,"journal":{"name":"Revista de Gestao e Secretariado-GeSeC","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135929594","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
