The subjects of this study were education and training providers, widyaswara education and training programs for improving pedagogical competencies, training participants for improving pedagogical competencies in 2019. Data collection techniques used non-participant observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data validity test is done by triangulating methods and  data sources. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis of Miles and Huberman's model. The results of the study show the following. (1) The context of the Medan PPPPTK education and training program has fulfilled the existing requirements in government regulations regarding the implementation of education and training. The training provider needs to analyze the training target (participants) in accordance with the training objectives. (2) Enter the training program, that the curriculum is relevant to the needs and objectives of the training. The training organizer has analyzed the level of training needs of Pedagogical Competency Improvement participants according to the participants' interests. Education and training facilities available are able to support the implementation of education and training. (3) The process of the education and training program, which is related to the learning media used, has not yet fully supported the implementation  of the training. Teaching methods applied by teachers have not been implemented as planned. The implementation of the training was in accordance with the training schedule, but the material had not been conveyed to the fullest so there was a need for additional training time. (4) the quality of graduates from PPPPTK Medan can implement their pedagogical competencies. The subject of this research were the students of grade X at SMA Negeri 1 Sei. Balai in academic year of 2015/2016. The population of the research were 105 students in three classes while the sample were 27 students. This research was conducted in descriptive research and the method in taking the sample was random sampling. The instruments for this researchwere observation and interview. The result of this study was that most students did errors in the word form. 11 students did errors in their construction in word form in writing report text and then followed by the errors in word choice. 10 students did errors in their word choice. Next, followed by error in punctuation. 9 students did error in the punctuation. This study aims to determine the relationship of the development of Macromedia Flash-assisted mathematics learning media related to flat material. This research method uses research and development (Research and Development). The 4-D device development model consists of 4 stages of development, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate or adapted into a 4-D model, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. In the field trials the average pretest score is 68.24 while the average posttest score is 86.76. An average increase of 18.52. The minimum gain value is 0.62 while the maximum gain value is 1.00. In the test of the spread of the average pretest value is 60.33 while the average posttest score is 81.33. An average increase of 21. The minimum gain value is 0.77 while the maximum gain value is 0.83. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of Indonesian language learning by using Outdoor Study learning model and conventional methods learning in Writing Essay rhymes.The study was conducted at SDN 023905 Public Elementary School in Binjai utara on juli , 2019. The population of this study was all fifth grade students of SDN 023905 Binjai Utara, which numbered 64 people and at the same time became research samples divided into two parallel classes. Data collection tool used tests and data analysis consisting of testing hypotheses using the two average difference test. From the data analysis obtained the description essay writing skills of students using Outdoor Study model learning gained an average of 80.85 and the conventional learning method gained an average of 70.70. The types of research is experimental research with true experimental design method (Prates-Postes Control Group Design). The approach of research was quantitave. The population used in this study were 117 students of Elementary School 064025 in Medan Tuntungan Subdistrict. The research sample were the 60th students fifth grade A – B classes. The sampling technique in research is cluster sample. Data collection techniques using tests namely pre-test and post-test. Tests are used to obtain student learning outcomes data. The analysis techniq ue used is by using Microsoft Exel and Statistic Program For Social Science (SPSS) ver. 21.0. The result showed that there was comparised about result study from application Think Pair Share with Teams Games Turnamen model. The results of the calculation of data analysis showed that the increase in the average value of the pre-post test results in the experimental group I through the application of the Think Pair Share Model was 16.63.While the increase in the average value of the pre-post test results in the experimental group II amounted to 11.86. The difference in the average value of the experimental group II experimental group is only 4.77. Through the acquisition of tcount (4.224) > ttable (1,671), H0 is rejected. The method of this research was a quasi-experimental research with pretest posttest control group design. The experiment sample was 30 students that used make amatch cooperative learning method. The control sample was 30 students that used speech method. The instruments of this research wasobjective learning outcomes test with 15 questions.The technique of analysis data was t-test. Based on the calculation, t-score showed that t-count was 2,127 and t-table was 1,672 at the significance level of 5% which means t-count > t-table (2,127>1,672), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The problem to the result of students learning. Thus it needs to conduct a classroom action research. Classroom action research consists of four steps namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection which conducted into two cycle with one meeting in every cycle. The subject of this research in students of SD Swasta Budi Murni 2 Class IV in the academic year 2018/2019 with the number of the students are 48. The technique of collecting date use lest and observation.The results of the observation skills of teachers cycle I gained an average percentage score of 70.91% with good criteria. Cycle II obtained the average percentage score 86% with good criteria as well. The data showed an increase in the skills of teachers. The results of the observation activities of students cycle I gained an average of 68 with sufficient criteria. In cycle II, increased with the acquisition of a score of 88 with good criteria. Thoroughly of classical results on prates by 29.17% with an average of 67.5 class, on cycle I Thoroughly of classical learning of 47.91% with an average 73.43 class, and in cycle II Thoroughly of classical learning of 95.83% with an average of 95.45 class. Sitanggang","doi":"10.1234/JIA.V2I2.551","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1234/JIA.V2I2.551","url":null,"abstract":"The problem in this study is that student learning outcomes are still low on the theme of the area where I live in class IV 050600 Kuala State Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Quantum Teaching learning model on student learning outcomes on the theme of the area where I live in class IV 050600 Kuala State Elementary School the learning year 2018/2019. This type of research is a quantitative research experimental model with a pretest-posttest Control Group Design research design. The class that becomes the population in this study is class IV-A and class IV B, where the population is 39 students with class IV A 18 students, and class IV B 21 students. Sampling uses a simple random sampling technique, and class IV B is selected as a class given treatment. To find out the hypothesis in this study using a different test independent sample t-test in SPSS ver 22.The results showed that the experimental class experienced a learning increase of 42% from the previous pretest. In the experimental class the pretest results were 58.85 and posttest was 83.61. This is supported by the results of testing the correlation coefficient. It can be seen that the correlation coefficient value is 0.772, which means that it is calculated (0.772) > rtable (0.433) then Ha is accepted. Then there is a strong relationship and there is an influence the Quantum Teaching model on learning outcomes in class IV 050600 Kuala State Elementary School. Can also be seen from the results of testing the hypothesis t-test where tcount> ttable is 33,035> 1,687 so that the hypothesis Ha is accepted.
