The period analyzed in the study was from May 24, 2012 to May 24, 2017, with a sample of 12 announcements about the creation of new joint ventures, in which at least one of the shareholders was a publicly traded Brazilian company. Subsequently, the event study methodology was employed. Expected returns were estimated using the market model, and then abnormal returns (AR) and cumulative abnormal return (CAR) were calculated during the event window. Finally, statistical tests were performed for the average of the abnormal returns in order to verify if the values were significant. The results of the work showed a strong downward trend in the ARs throughout the event window, consequently the CAR was strongly negative, reaching a value of -4.17% at the end of the event window. This fact indicates that the creation of a joint venture was seen as negative by the market. Regarding the statistical significance of the results, it is noteworthy that, only in the two days prior to the announcement of the creation of the joint venture, the AR was significant, in the other days the market behaved efficiently, with the AR not being statistically different from zero. One of the ways to innovate is to achieve projects that seek to renew themselves in the market. Nevertheless, the management of these projects is necessary for the development of knowledge that can be used in risk management in projects developed by companies. In this context, the following research question was formulated: What are the theoretical relationships between project risk management, knowledge management and decision-making processes? In order to answer this question, we studied the theoretical relationships between project risk management, knowledge management and decision making through the analysis of academic production on these three elements. An exploratory applied research was performed. Firstly, the structures of the three constructs proposed by the main authors were analyzed to identify the relationships between the constituent elements. Then, a bibliometric study was performed to confirm the relationships identified in the academic production. As a result, we identified theoretical relationships gathered in a conceptual model that presents the main variables and respective components of the researched theme. In addition, the proposed model also groups the variables and their components, providing a comprehensive view of the interrelationships between the hitherto independent and focused themes. The Laboratory of Reading and Analysis of Flight Recorders Data (LABDATA), a sector belonging to the Center for Research and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents, retains all the knowledge of a Brazilian aeronautical sector that provides services to different countries, requiring practices that allow the externalization of tacit and explicit knowledge of its members. This study aims to understand and analyse knowledge conversion practices within LABDATA. It is justified by the high added value to the knowledge of LABDATA's technical staff, the only sector in Latin America responsible for the extraction, acquisition and analysis of flight recorder data. The objective of the study was achieved through a qualitative approach, carried out through a case study and semi-structured interviews analyzed in light of the content analysis technique. The research showed that the modes of knowledge conversion of socialization and externalization favor the creation and sharing of knowledge in LABDATA. However, weaknesses were observed in the modes of combination conversion and internalization. The Lean Production System (SPE) has received great attention worldwide due to the results obtained in large corporations with regard to waste reduction and cost reduction. In this context, the present work has the purpose of proposing the application of Tools of the Lean Production System (SPE), through the analysis of the production process of a metal-mechanic industry located in the state of Parana - PR, Brazil, and specialized in the production of a line of sprayers for agriculture. Based on the bibliographic research of the techniques and tools that structure the SPE, a case study is presented. The proposal of the tools to be applied was developed, according to the conditions found in the studied company. It proposed the implementation of the 5 S Program; the layout adaptation and the Rapid Change of Tools as premises for the subsequent implementation of other SPE tools. However, the use of Light Emitting Diode (LED) was still economically unviable due to the high price and failures of LED lighting equipment in poultry farms due to the farm environment. This study aimed to economically evaluate the investment of the LED lighting system in dark house facilities, after the stabilizing of prices and quality of LED lamps available in the national market. The Incremental cash flows from two LED lighting projects were estimated to determine the economic indicators: net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), profitability index (PI), return on investment (ROI), discounted payback and economic value added (EVA). The LED1 project resulted in added economic value, therefore viable. The LED2 project presented negative net present value (NPV) and consequently the other indicators also pointed to rejection of the investment. Analyzing the energy efficiency of the lamp, without considering the economic evaluation of the invested capital, is insufficient to determine the feasibility of implementing LED lighting system in facilities that already have compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) lighting. The area was chosen because of the importance of the theme, since this model of organization has collaborated for the economic and social development of the country. In this perspective, the use of a good management system guarantees the permanence of the cooperative organizations in the evolutionary process of the economy. Thus, this article aims to present the scenario of research in the international scientific production on the topic Cooperatives and the Management System. The methodology adopted was a bibliometric study. The search carried out by topic and it resulted in 3,034 works found in the period of 10 years (2008-2018). The total number of publications was identified with evidence in the data per year, thematic areas, document types, year of publication, authors, funding agencies and institutions, nationality, languages, index h and index m. Finally, the Vosviewer software was used for the creation of textual maps and co-citation clusters. There are operational difficulties in the process of regularization of organic production by these farmers. Thus, this study verified the main obstacles faced by members of the Organismo de Controle Social (OSC) Agroecologia, Terra, Pampa e Fronteira of Santana do Livramento Family Farmers. In addition to a broad review of the literature and regulations governing organic and agroecological production, a case study was undertaken with the seven families that currently make up this organization. Organic certification legislation provides for a descriptive (written) record of the entire production process and mandatory certification forms are a real obstacle for most organic producers. The objective of the present study was to study the main operational difficulties of family farmers registered in the National Register of Organic Producers. Through visits and interviews, it was possible to understand the main problems faced in the recording of productive activities, to verify the alternatives found by the farmers to comply with the norms related to the field book and management plan and to analyze the contradictory aspects of the organic certification process for the farmers. The results pointed to a necessary adjustment of the rules to the reality in which these families operate. Otherwise, organic legislation, especially in the case of OCS, may represent a barrier to access, or even a factor in the withdrawal of farmers from the process of regulating their organic production. This study aims to investigate the scientific literature on the university theme and the innovation ecosystem in recent years. The research is classified as descriptive and exploratory. The process of selecting the collection of articles for analysis resulted in 34 articles in line with the research theme in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. The bibliometric analysis identified that the articles were written by 92 authors and coauthors, published in 30 periodicals between 2006 and 2018 in 22 countries, 62 educational institutions, and present a set of 69 keywords. It is concluded through content analysis that universities have taken on a more entrepreneurial role as central players within the innovation ecosystems, resulting in new and diverse opportunities. The selected studies also showed that university-industry collaboration is the most important dimension of an innovation ecosystem. However, the literature also points out that there must be greater interaction between government, industry and universities within an innovative context.
