Ferraz","doi":"10.25112/RGD.V18I2.2445","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25112/RGD.V18I2.2445","url":null,"abstract":"With the amendment of article 3 of Law 8.666/1993 that occurred in 2010, Brazilian legislation effectively started to provide for the holding of so-called positive tenders as an instrument to promote sustainable national development, using the regulatory and economic power of the State. Therefore, in the case of a public policy to encourage the production and consumption of goods, works and services that cause less impact during their life cycle. The study analyzed the laws that deal with sustainable practices and criteria, especially those enacted in the last ten years, and carried out a survey of purchases approved by the Federal Executive branches between 2014 and 2019. The methodology used was bibliographic research and documentary, data were collected electronically (legislation) and on the Federal Government’s Purchasing Portal website (bidding). In the treatment of the data, the Mixed Methods technique was used. The results obtained pointed to the evolution of existing laws in the national legal system and the low rates of sustainable public procurements made, which demonstrates the gap between the legal provision and the assisted in practice. Foram realizadas buscas nas ferramentas Scopus e Web of Science. A busca foi realizada pelos termos em ingles da PIR (Responsible Research and Innovation) adicionada com a palavra emergente (emerging). Foram obtidos 45 resultados na base Scopus e 16 resultados na base Web of Science. Os principais resultados apontam a escassa producao localizada com este escopo. De abordagem qualitativa, com o uso de dados secundários coletados junto a órgãos oficiais, no período de 20 de março a 17 de julho de 2020, relativos à dispersão da pandemia da Covid-19 na região, busca-se identificar possíveis relações dessa dinâmica com a estrutura e funcionamento da rede urbana regional, com a estrutura econômica e a divisão territorial do trabalho regional. Ademais, foram consideradas as interações espaciais intrarregionais comandadas pelos principais centros econômicos e de serviços da região dos Vales, as cidades médias de Lajeado e de Santa Cruz do Sul. In this context, activities related to the teaching and learning processes needed to remodeled, applying TDICs (Digital Information and Communication Technologies), AVAs (Virtual Learning Environments), and tools for the development of video lessons, in addition to specific software for the practice of computer programming. The report involves the activities developed in the discipline of Programming Paradigms, of the Information Systems Bachelor Course, during the first semester of this year. The research aims to analyze the institutional initiatives that reflect the social responsibility of financial entities, in the different regions of the world, directed to their clients and other stakeholders, as support and social investments within the scope of their performance during the pandemic. Quantitative, exploratory and descriptive research, with transversal collection of secondary data. After the tests, it was possible to confirm the hypotheses that there are statistically significant differences between the initiatives of the financial institutions that adhere to UNEPFI, as well as those that worked at Covid-19, depending on whether or not they are signatories to the Principles of Banking Responsibility (PRB), however, these initiatives are not significantly different in relation to their region of origin. For data treatment, the technique of content analysis was used, with interview transcripts and direct observation. The evidence converges to similar aspects between the two countries, with the expression of collective interests through the valorization of benevolence and universalism. Among the convergent characteristics, it is highlighted that the interviewees have a focus on social value and aim to create social value by developing their activities with the purpose of transforming society into a better place. A busca pela valorizacao dos diversos saberes esta se tornando cada vez mais uma dinâmica em todas as areas do conhecimento. O processo de modernizacao da agricultura interferiu no modo de producao dos agricultores que, a partir de uma visao reducionista, buscou homogeneizar a forma de producao, fundamentada nos conhecimentos tecnico-cientificos, desconsiderando-se os saberes tradicionais das comunidades rurais. Nos ultimos anos, estudos tem demonstrado a necessidade de se adotar uma abordagem Inter e Transdisciplinar com a preocupacao quanto ao desenvolvimento sustentavel, envolvendo diversos tipos de saberes. Assim, o objetivo deste artigo foi analisar o processo da gestao do conhecimento local ou tradicional no contexto da agricultura familiar e demais populacoes rurais na perspectiva do desenvolvimento rural sustentavel, a partir de uma revisao sistematica na literatura. As bases de dados utilizadas para busca foram: web of Science, Scopus, Capes e BDTD. Os resultados das buscas foram oriundos dos seguintes Continentes: Asia Meridional, Sudeste Asiatico, Europa Ocidental, America do Sul e Oceania. Os estudos demonstraram que, na literatura e no meio academico, nos ultimos anos, houve uma valorizacao dos conhecimentos local ou tradicional. Considering this context, this article had the general objective of analyzing whether the changes occurred in the master plans concerning the city of Santa Maria / RS were in the sense of approaching the concepts of sustainable and intelligent cities. It can be seen that the city’s Master Plan has made remarkable progress over the years, both in terms of content and knowledge about what the city needs to be sustainable and intelligent and the importance of this transformation for the community and region. With the determination of the guidelines concerning shared waste management, PNRS clarified the roles and responsibilities of society, the public sector, and the private sector within the reverse logistics system in Brazil. This article seeks to analyze the measures adopted in the municipality of Teresina-PI in order to meet the recommendations of Law no. 12.305/10. The general objective of this study is to carry out the mapping and analysis of the private actors involved in the collection, transportation, and disposal of waste from large generators, by addressing the principle of shared responsibility, and in accordance with Chapter III of the aforementioned law. Considering also the importance of the public sector, the research intends to carry out an analysis of the municipal legislation and public policies developed concerning waste management. As the main results have shown, there is a need to intensify the inspection and control of waste management in the municipality. It is noted that the sectors involved face difficulties in the development of efficient reverse logistics systems. However, efforts are still lacking to systematically review the state of the art of this new wave of industrial revolution. In the second decade of the 21st century, the rapid proliferation of technology and the intensification of global competition created a sense of urgency for governments of developed and developing countries to engage in a major industrial revitalization, leading to the global emergence of something generically known as Industry 4.0. These critical government programs are expected to dramatically alter the global structures of major industrial sectors. The World Economic Forum took the lead in discussing the Fourth Industrial Revolution, adding the issue to its 2016 agenda, and found that many governments were concerned about how to support their country's participation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and were pursuing programs to support these efforts. Based on this context, this literature review aims to analyze global government initiatives, making a comparison between industrial innovation policies of Industry 4.0. Prisma methodologies were used to compose the final portfolio, which made it possible to find the most relevant works for the research. This study contributes to the clarification of innovation policies for the development of Industry 4.0, presenting to emerging economies that it is essential to develop policies that guide the direction of revitalization of the development of industry using demand-side policies. Thus, the study presents how through good governance, the Fourth Industrial Revolution can better promote sustainable development that meets the needs of the present without compromising its capacity to meet the needs of future generations.Keywords: Fourth Industrial Revolution. Industry 4.0. Industrial innovation policies. Government initiatives. RESUMO:Nos últimos anos, a quarta revolução industrial atraiu cada vez mais atenção em todo o mundo. Entretanto, ainda faltam esforços para revisar sistematicamente o estado da arte dessa nova onda da revolução industrial. Na segunda década do século XXI, a rápida proliferação da tecnologia e a intensificação da concorrência global criaram um senso de urgência para que governos de países desenvolvidos e em desenvolvimento se engajem em uma grande revitalização industrial, levando ao surgimento global de algo genericamente conhecido como Indústria 4.0. Espera-se que esses programas críticos do governo alterem drasticamente as estruturas globais dos principais setores industriais.
