Karpinski","doi":"10.23939/istcmtm2022.02.017","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23939/istcmtm2022.02.017","url":null,"abstract":"To study the metrological characteristics, there were studied manufactured based on the Ti-Cu-Co-Si alloy, obtained by quenching from the melt, the sensitive element of the resistance thermotransducer. The instability of its metrological characteristics as a function of temperature up to 350 oC and operation time up to 3000 hours was investigated; it does not exceed 0.025% under the worst operating conditions. In addition, the methodological error of measurement caused by heating of the sensitive element by the measuring current was examined. It was shown that the recorded changes in electrical resistance were outside the value of the methodological error. The analysis of charging modes of electric vehicles showed that four internationally standardized modes are used, three of which use alternating current with single-phase and three-phase switching and only one – direct current. When charging on direct current, the fastest charging is provided. There are four standardized cases of connecting charging stations to electric vehicles. Three cases of cable connection can be used on alternating current, only the third case – on direct current, and the fourth case – when wirelessly charging an electric car. Analysis of the principles of use of charging stations showed that they classify portable, wall, and stationary stations. National standards introduce road signs for electric vehicles, and a European standard establishes harmonized identifiers for the power supply of electric vehicles. There are some standardized protocols for the interaction of the charging station and the control server, which are designed to optimize energy resources and energy production systems. A comparison of existing types of connectors for charging electric vehicles has shown that the standardized interface between the charging station and the electric vehicle remains one of the most acute problems. Recommendations on approaches to metrological support of charging stations are formulated. The issue of international and regional standardization of electricity meters of direct current for use in charging stations remains relevant. International standards are transformed into relevant European standards without changes. The study object is the methods of predicting the indicator of the cybersecurity global index in Ukraine based on the trend extrapolation methods using one dynamic sequence. The purpose of the work is to apply predicting methods to build a prediction of the global cybersecurity index in Ukraine. The tasks of the job are to build a global cybersecurity index prediction based on average absolute gain, building a prediction of global cybersecurity index based on the average growth rate, building a prediction of global cybersecurity index based on flowing average, assessing the quality of prediction of each method and comparing them with each other to choose the best one. There was selected an indicator to characterize the state of cybersecurity development in Ukraine - the Global Cybersecurity Index, and a feature of using the global cybersecurity indicator and all the components on which it is built and which form it was described. Also, different values for Ukraine's five-year global cybersecurity index were formed by using official reports generated by the International Telecommunications Union located in Switzerland. Based on data of 2014-2018 years global cybersecurity index projections in Ukraine for 2019 and 2020 years have been developed. The qualitative Global cybersecurity index predicting was considered using the database of simple trend extrapolation methods. This database includes the following methods: a trend extrapolation method based on the average absolute gain, a trend extrapolation method based on the average growth factor, a trend extrapolation method based on flowing average. Also, the method of ex-post predicating to qualitatively and quantitatively compare the results of each method and determine the best of them was implemented and obtained values and made a diagram of possible future events were compared. The speed of execution of several implementations of the algorithm is compared: sequential implementation on the CPU and two parallel implementations – on the CPU and GPU. A description of the public key algorithm is presented, as well as properties that allow it to be parallelized. The advantages and disadvantages of parallel implementations are analyzed. It is shown that each of them can be suitable for different scenarios. The software was developed and several numerical experiments were performed. The reliability of the obtained results of encryption and decryption is confirmed. To eliminate the influence of external factors at the time of execution the algorithm was tested ten times in a row and the average value was calculated. Acceleration coefficients for message encryption and decryption algorithms were estimated based on OpenMP and CUDA technology. It has been shown that the signal path of such devices, in particular, sensor nodes in the concept of the Internet of Things, must meet the requirements of embedded systems using a mixed analog-digital front end. The analysis of the signal transformation of photovoltaic sensors, in particular the problem of a significant parasitic influence of extraneous non-informative optical radiation and electromagnetic interference, has been carried out. SPICE models of photovoltaic sensor signal circuits providing frequency selection on bandwidth filters have been synthesized. The main approaches of hardware-software implementation of the built-in system of frequency selection with the mixed-signal transformation are considered. The signal path of the embedded system includes a gyrator, a software-controlled amplifier, a synchronous demodulator, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital filter. The implementation is carried out on the platform of the programmable system on a PSoC chip. The research results of individual samples of alcohol solutions and horilkas of different brands by the method of admittance spectroscopy were also analyzed. Based on this, methods for detecting falsification of horilka products by the method of admittance spectroscopy are proposed. The reactive component of the control object's ad is selected as an informative parameter. Two types of falsification are analyzed. The first is the falsification of the original horilka by replacing it with an aqueous-alcohol solution. The second - by replacing one brand of horilka with another. The analysis of the obtained results of researches of two types of objects on reactive components of their admittance in the frequency range 100 Hz100 kHz showed the following: characteristic features of dependencies of reactive components on frequency are revealed; they have been found to have extreme values at different frequencies. The reactive component of the admittance of aqueous-alcohol solutions reaches an extreme value at the beginning of the range. The same component of the original horilkas of different brands has extreme values at the end of the range. With the civilization development the quality of the medical services acquires a key value. Nowadays providing the medical services in Ukraine causes the number of contradictory and debatable questions, does not meeting the world standards. It is necessary to revise and analyze the existing processes of providing the medical services, and bring them in conformity with European standards. For this purpose, it needs to analyze the expectations of patients, herewith providing the optimality of branch resources application. Along with improvement of the quality of medical services, evaluation of their processes encourages adjustment and optimization of work of a medical establishment. It also helps the doctors to become determined concerning the directions of optimal granting the medical services. Ability to conduct the monitoring of quality of granting these services is an inalienable constituent of evaluation of its efficiency. The analysis of the processes of granting the medical services is carried out in the article. Here, the basic criteria of medical service quality are certain for medical establishment and patient, as a consumer of the service. Coming from the axiom that the interests of the provider and the consumer of the service should intersect, it becomes clear that the greater area of crossing, the better analysis and prognostication of necessities of population in a certain medical service can be provided, and thus, the competitiveness of medical establishment rises and the patient’s trust to the clinic increases. Therefore, to make more efficient the work of a medical establishment, it is necessary to coordinate the criteria of quality of granting the medical services and the similar set by a consumer. The elements of a function of medical services quality are considered in the article, and the mathematical model of quality of medical services is represented. This function is determined through the relationship between the major criteria of quality of processes of granting and receiving the medical services. The analysis of components of variance was carried out by applying presented relations for the direct calculation of the dielectric dissipation factor. The accuracy of presented relations for the calculation of variance components was verified.
