Nesse sentido, intervencoes taticas recentemente tem trabalhado para minimizar esses desequilibrios, ainda que temporariamente. Esse artigo discute algumas praticas do chamado urbanismo tatico – abordagem emergente que visa a recuperacao gradual dos espacos publicos atraves de acoes alternativas ao planejamento convencional – tomando como caso referencial o Park(ing) Day Rio de Janeiro, intervencao anual onde cidadaos, artistas e ativistas trabalham para transformar temporariamente uma vaga de estacionamento de rua em area de lazer. O metodo utilizado envolve a pesquisa teorica sobre urbanismo tatico e algumas acoes empiricas (intervencoes temporarias) dentro dessa abordagem, que consistiram no projeto e construcao de cinco intervencoes Park(ing) Day no Rio de Janeiro. Essas acoes concretas permitiram vivenciar em verdadeira grandeza o processo de projeto, gestao e construcao material do evento, levando a posterior observacao dos resultados. Atraves dessas acoes recentes, deseja-se discutir as possibilidades de recuperacao gradual do espaco publico a partir de pequenos atores, apresentando desdobramentos dessas taticas na forma de politicas publicas, como a atual legislacao para instalacao e uso de extensao temporaria de calcada, ou parklet , em varias cidades brasileiras. It is the result of urban investigations and has its focus on the interface between analytical and design processes in the territory, understood here as apprehension and design. The problem here is the insertion of the subjective contents present in the narratives about the territory as design operators that express themselves based on possible scenarios. The principal aim of this paper is to present methodological contributions to the contemporary city design, considering that it as an open and complex system, full of conflicts. As methodology we propose to make a theoretic-methodological reflection starting from two thematic fields: the landscape on the basis of narratives, and design by scenarios as a metadesign process of reflection in action. To illustrate the proposed methodology, we have used a case in the city of Porto Alegre – Cais do Porto –, which has been the object of study in an academic experience in a graduate program in urban and regional planning. The landscape is seen as a social construct and a way of looking, and design by scenarios is seen as an open process that introduces conflicts as a possibility of inserting diversity in the design field. A design process that utilizes energy efficiency parameters in early stages can accelerate the creation process and adding value to the design, as well as contributing to user well-being and environment improving. The purpose is verify the potential integration generative modeling to energy efficiency, through the form optimization integrated to Inmetro PBE Edifica prescriptive method of envelope energetic performance. Therefore, an equation of RTQ-C Consumption Indicator for bioclimatic zone 3 applied to study of institutional buildings. Initial parallelepiped form was programming in Rhino / Grasshopper software. The variables was defined according to RTQ-C prescriptive method equation, such as building length, width and height, openings height, glasses solar factor and vertical shading angle. The genetic algorithm used to generate the best form to meet energy efficiency parameters. Other volumetric possibilities were studied, being these: horizontal multiplication, vertical multiplication with rotation and vertical multiplication of unique form. The forms obtained the efficiency level A from RTQ-C traditional method application, which proves a viability of proposed method. It is the goal of the work, to assert the concept of artistic integration in the contemporary architecture by means of solution of the following tasks: study of integral scientific theories the architecture is basing on; study of artistic integrity within the environment context; discovering of dialogue directions of fine art and architecture; analysis of methods of contemporary architects; development of author’s concept of integration “fields”, theoretical model and principles of artistic integration. The hypothesis states, it is the artistic integration which enables to interface diverse conditions, tendencies and approaches in the direction of creation of coordinated process and integral image of the latest architecture. The methodology is based on interconnected studies of architecture, fine art, environment design, philosophy as phenomena of the current world culture. The following theoretical provisions are formulated: artistic integration “field” concept; principles of spatial and temporary integration; interaction principles of fine art and the latest architecture; individual principles of artistic integration in the work of an architect; versatile principles of integration metasystem; a theoretical model of artistic integration in the latest architecture in its multidimensional integrity. The paper is illustrated by author’s diagrams and photos.
