To achieve this target, there are several policies implemented by the government, one of which is by intensifying agricultural mechanization. The purpose of agricultural mechanization is to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the agricultural process. However, the mechanization of agriculture also has a negative impact on several aspects such as the lack of agricultural laborers. This study aims to find out how bawon as a traditional wage system is still used in this era of agricultural mechanization. This study uses a qualitative method using interviews, observation and documentation as a means of collecting data. This study uses the theory of Alfred Schutz in which there are two motives behind the action, among others, in order to motive and because motive. The results of this study found that there were 2 \"due\" motives and 1 \"agar\" motif that underlies the selection of bawon as a wage system. Where can be concluded that farmers / landowners who still use pawon prefer social benefits over financial benefits. This study aims to analyze social changes in the structural dimensions, namely roles, social classes, and social institutions in Tegalcaringin Hamlet after the inauguration of the Geopark by UNESCO using Himes and Moore's theory of the dimensions of social change. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The researcher found: First , social changes in the aspect of roles consist of the existence of new livelihoods, and changes in status and roles. Second , changes in the aspect of social class are changes in the social class system and shifts in social class. Third , in the aspect of social institutions, there is a change in terms of quality. The positive impacts of these structural changes are improving people's welfare, increasing employment in the service sector, reducing unemployment, gender equality, increasing individual quality and accelerating social class mobility. This research was located in Tengger Village, Pasuruan Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic design. This model is able to study cultural events, which present the subject's view of life as an object of study. The research findings show that Bethek Sinoman has a strong contribution to the establishment of the pillars of tradition. The spirit of mutual cooperation flourishes because it is nurtured by tradition; on the contrary the tradition that continues to grow has provided a space of existence for the spirit of mutual cooperation, both in the form of helping in personal celebration in the celebration of village ceremonies. Besides mutual cooperation, the value of Anjangsana is also rooted in this tradition. Furthermore, Anjangsana is able to maintain a spirit of tolerance in an increasingly diverse Tengger society. Some of the identities of the Tengger people who are represented in the Bethek-Sinoman tradition are shy, right on the promise, and totality. These three attitudes indicate that the Tengger community respect each other without discriminating against indigenous people or not, native or not religion. When this mutual assistance-tradition is rooted in socio-cultural life, the identity of the Tengger community increasingly finds an area of existence. Tujuan lainnya adalah menghitung indeks toleransi agama masing-masing dimensi tersebut, dan keseluruhannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena dalam suasana pandemik, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan secara online dengan subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Pasundan, Cimahi. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural (PPS). Perhitungan indeks digunakan pendekatan American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Hasil pemeriksaan tingkat reliabilitas dan validitas memperlihatkan bahwa untuk dimensi ‘persepsi’ dari sepuluh butir pernyataan yang disusun terdapat enam yang memiliki tingkat keandalan dan validitas yang dipandang layak, terdapat tiga butir pernyataan dari sepuluh yang memiliki reliabilitas dan validitas yang dianggap layak untuk dimensi ‘sikap’, dan untuk dimensi ‘kerjasama’ terdapat enam butir pernyataan dari sepuluh yang memiliki reliabilitas dan validitas yang dianggap layak. Hasil lain memperlihatkan bahwa sekitar 53% butir-butir pernyataan yang dianggap layak untuk dimensi ‘persepsi’, sebesar 77% untuk dimensi ‘sikap’, dan 75% bagi dimensi’ kerjasama’. In studying it the researcher uses Coleman's rational choice theory which is almost in line with the theory of value-oriented social action. This research is a descriptive research. The data collection technique used interviews with 18 informants consisting of 3 santri families from class 1 to grade 6. Within the scope of the Baitul Hidayah boarding school, grades 1-3 were of the same level as junior high schools and grades 4-6 of the same level as high schools. Conclusions show the family has a rational goal to be achieved in educating their children with family resources owned. Family resources in the form of cognitive resources, affective resources, time resources and material resources. In the current era of globalization which is full of challenges, the family as an actor who acts to choose by mobilizing the resources he has to achieve the goals he wants. By examining the stunting case in Trenggalek, it indicates that the institutionalization of mandatory governmental health affairs by the government at the local level as a result of the division of central and regional authority in Indonesia does not work in a value-free area, and is often carried away so that there is no strong health institution at the local level . The absence of institutionalization of the health problem of stunting is inseparable from the neglect of knowledge about stunting in the community which is gradually infiltrating the state's logic at the local level. The data in this paper were searched using in-depth interviews with policy makers, parents of stunting children, health service providers for stunting children, and village officials in Trenggalek Regency. The result is that there is a logical change in thinking from stunting as a health problem to stunting, a social problem that must be resolved by various sectors. This is due to the instinct of women wanting to protect their families and children, which often makes them neglect their safety. This article aims to reveal the readiness of women in Besakih Village to face the eruption of Mount Agung in Karangasem Regency, Bali. Through ethnographic methods with data collection techniques such as participant observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies, this study found several potentials of Balinese women when facing disasters. Balinese women who are independent, tough, and adaptive are key to survive in disaster situations. In addition, women from Besakih Village claimed to actively seek information about the Mount Agung disaster through social media, such as Facebook and WhatsApp, as a form of self-2. SOSIOGLOBAL : Jurnal Pemikiran dan Penelitian Sosiologi, Vol. mitigation before the disaster occurred. Research recommendations are directed at the need to increase skills for women living in disaster-prone areas on the island of Bali in order to remain economically and socially empowered.
