Based on this study, we propose a novel sensing method for Multi-Level ReRAM Cell without area penalty or read time degradation. By applying an increasing stepwise voltage to the gate of the nMOS switch that connects the sense amplifier with the cell array, the level of charge sharing between these two elements can be adjusted to a desired level. The proposed scheme achieves linear increase in reading time according cell resistance instead of the exponential in the conventional method. As a result, the reading time is improved by about twice as compared with the conventional method with applying the constant voltage.","PeriodicalId":413646,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115280852","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We show that the output errors on NWP have spatial and temporal properties, which is collinear with meteorological data. The correction model reflects these characteristics by encompassing the latitude and longitude coordinates as direct inputs to RNN. Examined with the NWP data in Korea, the proposed RNN-based correction reduces the humidity prediction errors by 4.8% and 4.2% compared to the predictions without correction and with simple linear correction, respectively. The overall result highlights the promise of our approach.","PeriodicalId":413646,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114350516","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the other hand, non-volatile memory such as Flash memory or Ferroelectronic Random Access Memory (FRAM) has been commercially produced for power reduction in micro control unit (MCU). In this paper, the MCU based on the Flash and FRAM are compared and analyzed in terms of power through IoT implementation. For practical analysis, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) is implemented and measured based on MCU. The E-TUBE has 20GHz bandwidth and exhibits a frequency-independent lossprofile. A single-sideband transmission, enabled by the inherent frequency response of the E-TUBE, allows double data throughput. The stochastic RF phase synchronization system recovers the baseband data by synchronizing the received RF signal and the local oscillator signal without analog-to-digital converters, digital signal processors, and quadrature phase clock signals. Up to 14.3-Gb/s signals can be transferred over a 1.2m E-TUBE using 73GHz carrier frequency with a BER<10−13. Although, IV supports a better convenience for the society, but it also suffers from some concerns. Security is the major concern in Intelligent vehicle technology, due to its high exposure to data and information communication. The environment of the IV communication has many security vulnerabilities, which cannot be solved by Traditional Security approaches due to their fixed capabilities. Among security, trust, data accuracy and reliability of communication data in the communication channel are the other issues in IV communication. Blockchain is a peer-to-peer, distributed and decentralized technology which is used by the digital currency Bit-coin, to build trust and reliability and it has capability and is feasible to use Blockchain in IV Communication. In this paper, we propose, Blockchain based crypto Trust point (cTp) mechanism for IV communication. Using cTp in the IVs communication environment can provide IV data security and reliability. cTp mechanism accounts for the legitimate and illegitimate vehicles behavior, and rewarding thereby building trust among the vehicles. We also propose a reward based system using cTp (exchange of some cTp among IVs, during successful communication). We use blockchain technology in the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) for the data management of the cTp. Using ITS, cTp details of every vehicle can be accessed ubiquitously by IVs. We evaluation, our proposal using the intersection use case scenario for intelligent vehicles communication.","PeriodicalId":413646,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132982343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
