In the event that the brain and body are really coordinated, instead of one side essentially reacting to the next, then, at that point a more profound body-mind association is key for generally physical and emotional wellness. A more prominent feeling of body knowledge, when figuring out how to manage life's difficulties, identifies with different objectives in the field of good brain science. For instance, instructing versatility to customers, or rehearsing self-care for ourselves, line up with these objectives to really focus on our bodies and psyche. The research design applied was descriptive research design. A non-probability convenient sampling technique is used to select samples. Structured interview was used to collect the background variable and emotional well-being. Data were collected by 60 individuals (30 – Urban, 30 – Rural) at in Mappedu (Urban) and Thirumazhasai (Rural), Chennai. The analysis revealed that in urban area, 16(53.33%) had moderate level of emotional well – being and 14(46.67%) had severe level of emotional well-being among individuals during COVID pandemic. The analysis also shows that in rural area, 29(96.67%) had moderate level of emotional well – being and only 1(3.33%) had severe level of emotional well-being among individuals during COVID pandemic. The analysis revealed that the calculated student independent ‘t’ test value of t=5.007 was found to be statistically significant at p< 0.001 level. This clearly infers that there was significant difference between the level of emotional well-being during COVID pandemic among individuals in urban and rural area. Data was collected by researcher himself by using structured closed ended Questionnaire and Interview methods. Data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics in terms of mean, frequency distribution, percen tage ‘z’ test and chi -square test. Results: The levels of knowledge regarding child abuse among rural and urban mothers reveals that, most of rural mothers (56%) had poor knowledge, 40 percent of them had average knowledge, 4 percent of them had very poor knowledge and there were no mothers who had excellent & good knowledge regarding child abuse.
