The visualization method was used to visualize the results of the study. The study was conducted in VOSviewer.\u0000Publications from the scientometric database Scopus for the period 1645-2020 were taken for analysis. The search query was formed from the following keywords: \"migration\", \"human mobility\", \"econom *\", \"security\", \"safety\". In addition, for a more accurate search, the query was limited to the following areas of knowledge: Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural and Biological Sciences, Economics, Econometrics and Finance, Arts and Humanities, Business, Management and Accounting, Multidisciplinary, Decision Sciences. A total of 1,781 documents were processed, of which 1,192 were scientific articles. The article analyzed the sharing of keywords in publications using VOSviewer.\u0000Analysis of scientists' publication activity has shown that there is a growing interest in studying issues related to the relationship between migration, economy, and security in the scientific community. The largest number of publications on the researched issue during the analyzed period was recorded in 2020 and amounts to 179 documents.\u0000The publications' geography showed that scientists made the most significant contribution to the development of research on this issue from the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Germany, Australia and China. An analysis of scientific cooperation on the research topic showed that the United States and the United Kingdom have the largest number of relationships with other countries to conduct joint research in this area.\u0000Keyword clustering has made it possible to identify four clusters, including words grouped by the most common areas of research. Inaccuracies in this matter lead to the decline in development of business entities and, as a consequence, the economy in general, which should be stable to face today's challenges. Therefore, the purpose of our paper is to investigate the aspects and problems of the enterprise capital formation and management in the context of ensuring the effective production and economic activity of the enterprise in conditions of economic instability.\u0000The research reveals the presence of financially unstable enterprises in Ukraine , taking into account both the dynamics of their profits and the indicators of autonomy, which is exacerbated by the economic instability and leads to a decrease in business activity in the state. It determines that an important aspect in ensuring the effective activity of the enterprise is the optimal approach to the formation of its capital. The essence of capital and its role in the general system of enterprise management are described. The sources from which it is possible to ensure the process of capital formation and the requirements for its structure are outlined. In particular, it is important to have a variety of sources and prevent the predominance of borrowed capital over own capital, which can be achieved by effective management of working capital as a requirement of the enterprise productive forces development and the achieving of growing economic benefits. An expedient method and indicators regarding the analysis of the effectiveness of enterprise capital formation and management is proposed. There are horizontal and vertical assets and liabilities analysis and an assessment of the enterprise financial condition. It is emphasized that special attention should be paid to the effect of financial leverage, which makes it possible to assess the level of obtaining additional profit on one's own capital due to the use of various parts of loan funds in general enterprise capital structure. Understanding this is an important factor in finding the best solutions for the formation of enterprise capital.\u0000Estimation and regular monitoring of the enterprise capital state, according to the approach formed in this paper, is able to provide economic entities with the optimal volume of the resource base. The purpose of the study is to identify factors that contribute to the market success of innovation, as well as to examine the barriers that hinder the innovation of enterprises and do not allow to achieve the desired effect. To achieve this goal it is necessary to implement the following tasks: to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the relationship of factors of commercialization of innovation, to explore the negative factors contributing to the failure of innovation, to identify obstacles to innovation at different stages, and to determine factors of successful commercialization of innovations. The main research methods that were used in writing the article are comparative analysis of scientific publications and research on the work of commercialization of innovations, synthesis, generalization, and visualization map by VOSviewer software.\u0000With the help of the VOSviewer software product, a visualization map was created in connection with the concept of \"commercialization of innovations\" and related ideas, based on information from the Scopus database. In the process of working on the article, literary sources were analyzed, which are close to the research topic. The results of the analysis confirmed the theory of factor influence on the effectiveness of commercialization of innovations. Both internal and external factors that directly and indirectly affect the results of innovation and opportunities to increase its profitability were identified. Groups of clusters formed as a result of the construction of visualization maps reflect additional factors that are insufficiently studied in the thematic scientific literature. Such factors, when further analyzed, can be the subject of new research and can help determine their specific impact (positive or negative) on the end result of the commercialization of innovation. Smart technologies in energy are a source of diffusion of innovations for various spheres of economic activity. However, when transforming energy networks, it is essential to take into account external and internal factors related to adaptation to new technologies. In addition, there may be technological, economic, social, or political constraints and risks that make it impossible to implement energy network transformation projects. Accordingly, this study aimed to study the transformation of energy networks using smart technologies in enterprises by reviewing and clustering publications in publications indexed by the Scopus database.\u0000As a result of the bibliometric review of 608 publications on energy network transformation published in leading journals in 2017-2020, the main trends in the energy sector were identified. The vast majority of energy network transformation projects were devoted to the renovation of existing electricity networks, developing micro-networks, and introducing energy storage and consumption systems. Most of the projects were described in documents in 6 thematic areas: energy (26.7%), engineering (23.0%), environmental sciences (11.3%), computer science (11.2), mathematics (7.1%), social sciences (4.1%).\u0000Analysis of the geographical distribution of authors of scientific works studying the transformation of energy networks showed the most significant number of publications published by scientists from the United States, China, and Germany. When transforming energy networks, companies use a wide range of solutions. Based on the analysis of non-life insurance market concentration indicators, the authors concluded that there is no clear\u0000leader in this market, the level of market concentration is negligible. Based on the analysis of non-life insurance market leaders by volume of gross insurance premiums in the whole market and by main types of non-life insurance (CASCO, motor vehicle liability insurance, property insurance, fire and catastrophe risk insurance, CARGO, health insurance) the authors found that the leadership of insurance companies in the market does not mean their leadership in all types of non-life insurance; some insurance companies specialize in certain types of insurance and not being leaders in the insurance market at all occupy leading positions in certain segments of non-life insurance market. In order to provide a general assessment of the competitiveness of individual insurance companies in the non-life insurance market, the following indicators were selected: the volume of gross insurance premiums, gross insurance payments, insurance reserves and the amount of equity. In order to assess the size of market share of an individual insurance company in a more objective way, it is suggested to calculate the average share of the insurance company. The calculations made it possible to identify the leaders of the non-life insurance market in 2018 and to\u0000explore the dynamics of changes in their competitive position during 2016-2018. For the three insurance companies that have been identified as the leaders of the Ukrainian market non-life insurance in 2018 (“UNIKA”, “AXA Insurance” and “PZU Ukraine”), the authors analyzed the main indicators of their financial condition, namely the \u0000profitability of insurance services, profitability of sales, return on assets, return on equity, overall liquidity, absolute liquidity and autonomy. In particular, the methods of counteracting the shadowing of the national economy in such countries as the USA, Great Britain, France, Poland, Germany, Austria, etc. are summarized. Among the most common and effective tools of de-shadowing of the economy in the studied countries, the following are identified: property liability for committing an economic crime, prohibition of economic activity for persons or business entities that have violated tax legislation or carried out export-import operations with companies located in offshore zones. The administrative and organizational structural stages of the national economy de-shadowing state policy have been developed, which include the collection of statistical information about the level of the economy de-shadowing, analysis of existing methods of combating it and determining its level, as well as factors of influence, consequences of existence and losses from the de-shadowing of the national economy. The final structural stages are the state policy of combating the shadow economy foundations formation and the practical implementation of the planned measures. The necessity of not only finding new tools for combating the shadow economy, but also the implementation of measures tested by world experience has been determined. The formation of an effective system of tools to combat shadow activities, comprehensive monitoring of combating tax evasion and obtaining illegal profits, creation of favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activity, and others are identified as promising vectors in the state policy of de-shadowing of the national economy. It is emphasized that the implementation of international standards in enterprises stimulates their competitiveness and development of innovative potential. It is proved that making a decision on the formation of a quality management system by senior management should be a strategically important area of ​​activity of the enterprise, based on the use of effective methods, measures, methodology, quality management tools. The essence of logical-structural analysis, analytical phase and planning phase and their stages are revealed. A practical toolkit for the application of logical and structural analysis in the formation of quality management systems of enterprises in the engineering sector is developed, in particular: the context of the company (internal and external factors influencing the activity) with the use of SWOT analysis is determined; stakeholder analysis; a tree of related problems of the engineering enterprise and a tree of goals were built; algorithm for determining assumptions and risk factors has been formed. Recommendations are given on the development of a logical and structural matrix, a timetable for action, provision of resources and control over the implementation of the action plan. Data is a new economic resource of the 21st century. The era of big data requires a high-quality organization, presentation for logical understanding and interpretation of queries according to certain criteria of filtering, constant updating and relevance of data, monitoring of use, protection against unauthorized interference. Data protection of economic agents is especially acute. The development of the digital economy also has negative consequences in promoting various sophisticated fraudulent machinations, money laundering schemes, data theft of certain individuals, citizens, and government data, which can lead to global political and economic conflicts and disputes. Therefore, a quality organization, comprehensive design of a database that provides composed monitoring of financial transactions by economic agents at the internal level are essential and relevant. The article develops a scheme of databases of economic agents, which are based on internal and external regulatory information for financial monitoring.
