The article examines depreciation reforms carried out starting from 1997 up to the present time and makes the conclusion that they only brought the national depreciation policy closer to the countries with the market economy, but the real accumulation of funds for fixed assets was not achieved. Consequently, depreciation allowances are not only unable to stimulate the development of the economic entity, and are not able to even provide simple maintenance of basic (even manufacturing) facilities, which leads to their depreciation, and money for renovation or repair is not.\u0000In the work is stated that the use of a particular method of accrual of depreciation of fixed assets is appropriate to choose depending on the corrosiveness of the management functions, the objectivity, etc. The result will be to achieve the maximum effect from the application of the appropriate method of accrual of depreciation. The end result will be willingness of the subjects of management to the production of products (services).\u0000Examining current amortization policy, which was formed at the present stage of economic development in our state, continues to be ineffective. In our view, the current amortization policy does not fulfill its main function - motivation to the real accumulation of funds for renewal of worn and morally and technically outdated main assets of the enterprise. Today no company is not able during the regulatory period of service of fixed assets to offset their costs for their renewal, but for the need for renewal. We believe that the feasibility of choosing a method of accrual of depreciation must be carried out taking into account the correlation for the management functions, the objectivity and feasibility of use by a particular entity of management.\u0000Our proposed mechanism for selecting the optimal depreciation policy by the management of the enterprise, based on the real accumulation of \"real\" money can be a source of internal investment for renewal and renovation of basic assets of the state.\u0000The obtained results of the research is relevant in an environment where the deterioration of the basic equipment of enterprises is sometimes up to 90%, and the necessary funds for renovation and repair of the basic equipment of the enterprise.","PeriodicalId":412273,"journal":{"name":"Vìsnik Sumsʹkogo deržavnogo unìversitetu","volume":"2637 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127483579","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data of the indicators of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine by organizational and legal forms were taken as a basis. Data from the official report of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine were also taken. The study was conducted in several stages. First, with the help of data from the State Statistics Service, a table of the number of cooperatives in Ukraine to date was constructed with a breakdown into production, service, consumer, agricultural production and agricultural service. However, the percentage of cooperatives compared to the total number of registered legal entities was calculated. After that, a diagram of changes in the number of cooperatives from 2013 to 2021, with a breakdown into production and service cooperatives. At the second stage, according to the report of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for 2019, a table was built with the number of agricultural cooperatives by region, broken down by species and their condition. The results of the study showed that 47.7% of agricultural cooperatives do not actually function. After that, it was considered on the regulatory framework that regulates and regulates the process of creating and maintaining a cooperative form of economy, namely the amendments to the Law of Ukraine \"On Agricultural Cooperation\" № 819-IX from 21.07.2020. In the fourth stage, the problem of lack of professional cooperative managers was analyzed, and the possibility of implementing and using foreign experience in managing cooperatives was considered. In countries such as the United States, the Netherlands and Japan. The fifth stage was the analysis of cooperative financing. To date, 63% of all agricultural cooperatives are financed by grants, 27% by borrowed funds, and only 9% by the cooperative’s own funds. The conclusion summarizes all the problematic aspects.","PeriodicalId":412273,"journal":{"name":"Vìsnik Sumsʹkogo deržavnogo unìversitetu","volume":"123 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129204422","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The role of insurance markets in the economics of each country is extremely significant. In developed countries people actively use life insurance, health insurance, property insurance and financial risk insurance. Considering that a prime purpose of insurance companies is to provide public with insurance services and protection, there is a need to pay detailed attention to the development of insurance market due to the fact that every country has its unique and distinctive insurance market character. The world insurance market can be conditionally divided according to the country’s economic development criteria. In this article we have analyzed world insurance market; the main object of analysis was the amount of insurance premiums. This analysis was conducted in several directions, namely by world regions, by economic development of countries and by economic development in the world. According to the results of the analysis of insurance premiums, there was a considerable increase in the investigated index, which might state a gradual development of a regional insurance market. It was determined that this growth occurred at the expense of the developed part of the American region insurance market, it was also figured out the distribution of shares of dynamic regions and developed regions in the world insurance market. The necessity to research dominant factors, which might deteriorate world insurance market conditions, has been proved . The amount of insurance premiums as a resultant feature was analyzed in the paper. Using the regressive and correlation analysis methods for the insurance premiums data revealed a direct strong dependence of a country’s insurance market on its gross domestic product. The mathematical model under examination was tested for adequacy, significance and reliability using appropriate indicators. The factors, which analyzed in paper , were checked for statistical significance. Gross domestic product and external balance of a country turned out to be influential factors in the process of testing. The study proves that a current condition of a country’s insurance market is primarily affected by the economic development of a country.","PeriodicalId":412273,"journal":{"name":"Vìsnik Sumsʹkogo deržavnogo unìversitetu","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132354813","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of the conducted research, the basic principles that must be observed when developing forecasts are revealed, as well as a detailed description and features of statistical auto-projective forecasting methods are given: random walk models containing a free term or it; models characterizing a deterministic trend with random fluctuations around the trend; moving average models; exponential smoothing models using simple exponential smoothing, linear, quadratic and seasonal smoothing (Brown, Holt, and Winters models); integrated presentation of autoregressive models and moving average models (parametric ARIMA models). In addition, the conducted research confirmed that the significance of the developed forecast and the level of confidence in the obtained future values of the indicators depends on the quality of the developed models. The criteria for checking the quality of the developed forecasts are: the Akaike information criterion, which evaluates the quality of the model compared to each other; the Hannan-Quinn Criterion information criterion, which is used to compare models with a different number of parameters and is an alternative to the Akaike information criterion; the Schwarz-Bayesian information Criterion, which compares the quality of a model relative to each other using a likelihood function; the mean squared error value, the absolute value of the mean squared error and the absolute value of the mean squared error expressed as a percentage.","PeriodicalId":412273,"journal":{"name":"Vìsnik Sumsʹkogo deržavnogo unìversitetu","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126986998","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The need to improve existing approaches to understanding industrial tourism (common term) has been demonstrated because it does not take into account the full range of opportunities associated with visiting abandoned cities, towns and buildings, existing and abandoned machines and industrial facilities, land and underground. engineering structures, exclusion zones and other objects of anthropogenic activity. The article proves that having an extraordinary technological, industrial, engineering potential, Ukraine can create hundreds of additional facilities that will have not only practical significance, but also financial and economic effect. In addition, the launch of facility-tourism in Ukraine will create additional opportunities for the development of related areas of services - hotel and restaurant business, museums, transport, etc., and will be the basis for creating new jobs, which is certainly important for modern Ukraine.\u0000Special attention in the article to the define the prospects and place of international facility-tourism in the tourism industry of Ukraine. A successful mechanism to address the social needs of citizens is the development of an affordable housing financing system for the population. The purpose of the study is to analyze the state of affordable housing financing in Ukraine and determine its relationship to trust in the public sector. The article examines the use of state-administrative mechanisms for realizing the housing rights of Ukrainian citizens. Analysis of the current state of implementation of affordable housing programs is proposed, considering the size of mortgage payments and the volume of housing financing. The analysis highlighted the existence of a housing crisis in Ukrainian society as a result of the extremely low level of funding for the sector. The study provides a comparative analysis of the housing affordability index and the level of trust in government in Europe, according to the Global Value Survey. This has helped determine the place of social housing policy in the system of trust relationships between government, local governments and citizens. According to the sociological monitoring platforms, a dynamic analysis of the balance of trust-distrust of the population of Ukraine to the state apparatus and local government bodies was conducted. Based on a comprehensive and critical assessment of the leading affordable housing programs in the country and trust indicators, this study found that the distribution of powers, incentives, responsibilities, and budget funds within the framework of the decentralization process between the central government and local authorities, contribute to the achievement of the main goals of the state's social policy regarding affordable housing, which positively affects the level of citizens trust in local authorities. As a result, it was determined that during periods of economic and political uncertainty, financing of affordable housing is quite important, because due to such actions the state reduces the level of uncertainty, forms positive expectations of citizens, promotes the increase of stability and trust necessary for sustainable economic and social recovery.","PeriodicalId":412273,"journal":{"name":"Vìsnik Sumsʹkogo deržavnogo unìversitetu","volume":"226 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116846757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

That is why the most important tasks of the formation of business strategies of banks should be considered not only the achievement of internal benchmarks for the efficiency of business processes and compliance with regulatory requirements regarding the stability of operations but also for ensuring the bank's information security, its technological readiness for the challenges of the external environment, which collectively forms a business the bank's strategy. The article aims to research and summarize the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and implementation of the bank's strategy and the development a cyclical transformational business model for banks.\u0000The work determined that in conditions of high turbulence and uncertainty of the environment for the implementation of strategic management influences, the bank's business model should be flexible and adaptive, which may require the application of its transformation regime (implementation of the bank's transformational business model). Under the condition of effective strategic management of the bank, such a business model transformation is possible, which will ensure its viability and stability at each phase of the bank's life cycle, despite the adverse influence of exogenous and endogenous factors.\u0000The results of the study show that the application of the empirical model of the bank's life cycle, systemic, synergistic approaches and postulates of chaos theory allows for substantiation of the model of the cyclical transformative business model of the bank, which summarizes and formalizes the stages of its life cycle with the allocation of phases of development, intensive and extensive implementation, bifurcation, degradation and collapse of the bank's business model; takes into account the multivariate, alternative development of the bank at the bifurcation points when the processes become chaotic, and there is a transition to a new attractor. All these destructive effects, individually and in combination, led to the deterioration of the level of national security of the countries of the world. Since in the scientific literature, national security is usually considered through the prism of social, economic and environmental security (which was confirmed with the help of bibliometric analysis using the Publish or Perish software product), these components of national security were chosen as the object of this study. The main task of the study is to empirically assess the extent of the destructive impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the components of the national security of the state and to determine the pre-pandemic and pandemic patterns of their formation. In order to test the main hypothesis of the study about the large-scale destructive impact of the pandemic on the components of the national security of the state, the growth rates of each of the indicators of the quantitative assessment of the corresponding block of the component of the national security of the state in the pre-pandemic period (2019/2000) and the pandemic period (2021/2019) were calculated. This study was conducted for a sample of 7 European countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine). The assessment of the growth rate of the collected statistical indicators showed that among the determinants of social security during the outbreak of the pandemic, there was a decrease in the birth rate and life expectancy, an increase in the unemployment rate and mortality. Among the determinants of environmental security during the pandemic period, a decrease in CO2 emissions was recorded among all analyzed countries, except for Ukraine. The growth rates of alternative and nuclear energy and electricity generated from combustible renewable sources became incomparable due to their low relevance and prevalence at the beginning of the 20th century. Among the indicators of economic security, in most of the analyzed countries because of COVID-19 foreign direct investment and the level of public spending on education and military spending have significantly decreased, while the amount of current spending on health care has increased. The obtained empirical results based on the conducted statistical analysis mostly confirmed the hypothesis regarding the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the components of national security. The practical value of the obtained results lies in providing an informational basis for the development of short-, medium- and long-term policies that will pave the way for a strong and sustainable recovery of national security.","PeriodicalId":412273,"journal":{"name":"Vìsnik Sumsʹkogo deržavnogo unìversitetu","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132520586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
