Analizirani su i namjenski interpretirani podaci o relevantnim čimbenicima, razvoju tala, geološko litološkoj podlozi - matičnom supstratu, oborinama, poplavama i vegetaciji. Razmatrana je sistematika i prostorna zastupljenost tala. Pedološki pokrov čine Smeđe tlo na vapnencu, Tlo vrtača i manjih depresija, Smeđe tlo na ilovači pseudoglejno, Pseudoglej zaravni i Močvarno glejno epiglejno tlo. Površinu polja većinom pokrivaju livade košanice, a u sjevernom dijelu se nalazi hrastova šuma. Uvažavajući kriterije i načela konvencionalne poljoprivredne proizvodnje, prema stupnju pogodnosti za travnjake to su tla dobre pogodnosti (P-1), umjerene pogodnosti (klasa P-2), ograničene pogodnosti (klasa P-3) i trajne nepogodnosti (N-2), ovisno o vrsti privremenog ili/i trajnog ograničenja. Rastija","doi":"10.33128/ag.82.4.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33128/ag.82.4.1","url":null,"abstract":"In this research there were studied the effects of NaCl-induced salinity and environment temperatures on germination and seedlings growth of domestic poppy. The study was conducted in the controlled conditions in the plant growth chamber. There were applied different concentrations of NaCl (0 mM (control), 50 mM, 100 mM and 150 mM) and environment temperatures (10°C, 15°C and 20°C). The 50 seeds of domestic poppy cultivar (Detkovac) were sown in 4 replicates on the filter paper. The germination energy was determined on the 5th day and total germination rate and seedlings morphological characteristic were determined on the 10th day. At the 5th day germination energy was on average 28%. It was interesting to note that at the 10°C there were no germinated seeds after 5 days at all salinity treatments and also, at the salinity level of 150 mM NaCl at every temperature. The average germination rate (on 10th day) of domestic poppy seeds were 52% and it varied from 30% (150 mM NaCl and 20°C) to 90% (0 mM NaCl and 15°C). Different salinity of water solution had a very significant (p<0.01) influence on stem, root and total length (cm) of seedlings. The average root length was 1.3 cm and it varied from 0.9 cm (100 mM NaCl) to 1.8 cm (0 NaCl). The average stem length was 1.8 cm. The longest stem was found at control (2.7 cm), and between 50 and 100 mM of NaCl the difference was not significant and stem length averaged 1.4 to 1.3 cm depending on the temperature. Average total poppy seedlings length of this study was 3.0 cm and it varied from 4.5 cm at the control to 2.3 cm at 100 mM NaCl. With regard to temperatures, there was no significant differences found in root and total length of poppy seedlings, but the differences were very significant (p<0.01) for stem length. The longest poppy seedlings were measured at 20°C and 0 mM NaCl (4.9 cm), while at 10°C and at 0 or 50 mM NaCl, seedlings were less than 0.1 cm. Seeds were not germinating at all on 10°C on both, 100 and 150 mM NaCl. Generally, salinity reduced germination energy and germination rate and seedlings length. Pendimethalin was applied both as pre- and early post-emergence herbicide (PE and EPOE) and followed by hand weeding at 4 and 8 weeks after sowing (WAS). Number of pods per plant was highest in TVu-9092 treated with 0.125 kg/ha PE pendimethalin (19.33) and 0.250 kg/ha pendimethalin EPOE application (19.00). Highest pod diameter in PE treatment was produced in TVu-16320 with 0.25 kg/ha pendimethalin (7.55 mm) and TVu-16323 with 0.125 kg/ha pendimethalin produced the highest pod diameter (7.74 mm) in the EPOE treatment. Highest pod length in the PE treatment was produced in TVu-9092 with 0.125 kg/ha, while TVu-9092 without pendimethalin produced the highest pod length (30.00 cm) in the EPOE treatment. In the PE treatment, TVu-16265 and TVu-9092 treated with 0.125 kg/ha had the highest (2.99 g) and lowest empty pod weights (1.70 g) respectively. In the EPOE treatment, the highest empty pod weight (3.01 g) was produced in TVu-16265 with 0.125 kg/ha pendimethalin while the control of TVu-16320 recorded the lowest empty pod weight (2.03 g). The highest of 100 seeds weight (14.91 g) was produced in TVu-16421 with 0.125 kg/ha pendimethalin PE treatment and lowest (9.26 g) was obtained in the untreated control of TVu-16323. In the post-emergence treatment, the lowest 100 seeds weight (8.88 g) was obtained in TVu-16320 with 0.125 kg/ha. Highest weight per pod in the PE and EPOE application was obtained in untreated control with TVu-9092 (10.47 g), while the lowest weight per pod (3.22 g) was in TVu-16265 with 0.125 kg/ha EPOE application. Istraživan je utjecaj tehničkih čimbenika raspršivanja (norma raspršivanja, tip mlaznice, brzina zračne struje), te uporaba ultrazvučnog senzorskog sustava za selektivnu aplikaciju na depozit tekućine u krošnji, zračno i zemljišno zanošenje. Istraživanje je postavljeno prema ISO 22866 normi u četverogodišnjem nasadu višnje, vlasnika Karoline d.o.o. Osijek. Eksploatacijom raspršivača Agromehanika najveći otklon zemljišnog zanošenja između konvencionalnog i senzorskog sustava iznosi 57,77 % i zabilježen je s tretmanom A1B2C2. Razlika kod raspršivača Tifone iznosila je 52,54 % (tretman A1B1C1). Ostvareni depozit tekućine u krošnji nije se značajno razlikovao između dva sustava raspršivanja, te je najveći ostvareni otklon od 1,31 % utvrđen s raspršivačem Agromehanika i 2,17 % s raspršivačem Tifone. Tretmani A2B2C1 i A2B2C2 ostvarili su 100 % smanjenje zračnog zanošenja tekućine (na 5 m udaljenosti od tretiranog reda) s raspršivačem Agromehanika, dok je raspršivač Tifone ostvario isti otklon kod tretmana A1B2C1 i A2B2C1. Također, 100 % otklon između konvencionalne i selektivne aplikacije (senzorski sustav) kod zračnog zanošenja (na 10 m udaljenosti od tretiranog reda) ostvaren je s tretmanima A2B1C1 i A1B1C1 za oba raspršivača. Ostvareni rezultati u ovom istraživanju ukazuju na uspješno smanjenje norme raspršivanja za 20 % bez statistički značajne razlike ostvarenog depozita tekućine u krošnji. This research on the the family farm \"Klica\" in Ernestinovo in the season 2014/2015 is an extension of the research of this culture (the cultivar \"Frankenkorn\") of the previous season in the agroecological conditions of eastern Slavonia on the same family farm. The average grain yield was 3.71 t ha-1, which is 1.08 t ha-1 more than the previous season. However, yield of this vegetable is much lower in Bangladesh compared to other yard long beangrowing countries. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the yield of this vegetable. In the present study, genetic variability, heritability, character association and genetic diversity were evaluated on randomized complete block design with three replications among seven-yard-long bean genotypes. The genotypes were significantly variable for the studied characters. High genotypic and phenotypic coefficient of variation was observed in number of pods per plant and pod yield per plant. Accordingly, high heritability together with high genetic advance in percent of mean was observed in number of pod per plant, pod diameter and hundred seed weight. The correlation studies revealed that pod yield per plant showed significant positive correlation with number of seed per pod, number of pods per plant while significantly negative correlation with days to marketable harvest at both genotypic and phenotypic level. Path analysis revealed days to first flowering, days to maturity, number of pods per plant, pod weight and number of seeds per pod had direct positive effect on pod yield per plant. The studied genotypes were clustered into 3 groups with highest of inter-cluster distance between cluster I and III while lowest between cluster II and III. Primjenom ovih vrsta u gradskim krajobrazima doprinosi se očuvanju biološke i krajobrazne raznolikosti. U nas još vlada trend nedovoljnog uzgoja ovih vrsta. Stoga je i cilj ovog rada bio, putem anketnog istraživanja istražiti percepciju i stavove ispitanika o ukrasnim karakteristikama i primjeni odabranih zaštićenih biljnih vrsta koje rastu na hrvatskom kršu (Por. Caryophyllaceae, Iridaceae, Liliaceae i Ranunculaceae). Kroz opći dio rada obrađuje se uvođenje novih vrsta u ukrasnu hortikulturu s naglaskom na zaštićene biljne vrste, kao i opisi odabranih potonjih vrsta s bioekološkog i zaštitarskog aspekta. Kao izvor primarnih podataka provedeno je anketno ispitivanje, u drugoj polovici 2019. godine. Rezultati pokazuju da ispitanici ukrasne karakteristike i primjenu odabranih vrsta uglavnom vrednuju s ocjenom dobar. Prosječne ocjene po vrstama su donekle približne promatrajući ukrasne karakteristike i primjenu. Razlog tome je kontinuirana uporaba alohtonih vrsta tijekom posljednjih decenija. Postoje i izuzetci u pogledu ukrasnih karakteristika i primjene kojima su dodijeljene vrlo dobre ocjene: zvjezdasti ljiljan, vele cvjetni kukurijek i velika šumarica. Način održavanja gore navedenih vrsta u uzgoju ispitanici percipiraju kao osrednje težak. S obzirom da urbani stanovnici provode znatan dio vremena na tim tlima, njihove značajke postale su iznimno bitne pa ih je nužno poznavati i uvažavati, naročito s aspekta potencijalnog onečišćenja i mogućeg štetnog utjecaja na zdravlje ljudi i životinja. Pri tome se postavlja pitanje njihove klasifikacije, s obzirom da se do nedavno u postojećim klasifikacijskim sustavima Republike Hrvatske takvim tlima nije pridavala značajnija pozornost. Cilj ovog rada je predložiti način razvrstavanja tala u urbanim, industrijskim i vojnim prostorima, uvažavajući pri tome postojeću strukturu klasifikacije tala Hrvatske (Husnjak, 2014.). Za izradu ovoga rada korišteni su postojeći podaci istraživanja tala u urbanim, industrijskim i vojnim prostorima Republike Hrvatske, temeljem čaga su utvrđene značajke tih tala. Sva tla unutar navedenih prostora, predlaže se razvrstati u skupinu prirodnih, antropogenih ili tehnogenih i tehničkih antropogenih tala. Prirodna tla nastala su u skladu s pedogenetskim čimbenicima i procesima, dok su antropogena tla meliorirana prirodna tla isključivo u funkciji poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Ova tla bi trebalo razvrstavati prema spomenutoj klasifikaciji tala Hrvatske. Tehnogena i tehnička antropogena tla su novonastala tla isključivo zbog intenzivne tehnološke i tehničke djelatnosti čovjeka izvan poljoprivrede. Predlaže ih se razvrstati u red terestričkih tala, odnosno u razred tehnogenih ili u razred tehničkih tala. U razred tehnogenih tala, pripadaju uz tla deponija i tla flotacijskih materijala, jos dva nova tipa tla: tlo industrijskog kompleksa i tlo vojnog kompleksa. Spomenuta tla nerijetko cine tzv. ,,Brownfield\" zemljišta. U razred tehnickih tala predlaze se uvrstiti pet novih tipova tala: tlo parka, tlo igrališta, tlo zona za rekreaciju, tlo stambenog okoliša i tlo prometnog okoliša. Zbog visokih nutritivnih vrijednosti sve su veće potrebe za heljdom na tržištu. Globalne klimatske promjene ukazuju na potrebu odabira norme sjetve u svrhu ostvarivanja visokih prinosa dobre kakvoće. Tijekom 2019. godine provedena su poljska ispitivanja o visini prinosa i kakvoći sjemena s različitim varijantama norme postrne sjetve. Korištene su sljedeće varijante norme sjetve 88 kg/ha, 106 kg/ha, 124 kg/ha, 142 kg/ha i 160 kg/ha. U pokus je uvrštena jedina domaća Hrvatska populacija heljde s područja Varaždina. Pokus je postavljen po slučajnom blok rasporedu u HAPIH - Centru za sjemenarstvo i rasadničarstvo u Osijeku (N 45°31´, E 18°40´) sa pet varijanti norme sjetve u četiri repeticije uz primjenu standardne agrotehnike za heljdu. Rezultati ispitivanja za prinos (kg/ha) pokazali su kako među ispitivanim varijantama nisu utvrđene statistički opravdane razlike (n.s.). Najveću hektolitarsku masu (kg/hl) ostvarila je varijanta (142 kg/ha) koja je imala najmanji prinos sjemena. Između varijanti norme sjetve na apsolutnu masu (g) nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike (n.s.).
