Para lograr esto, ha sido analizado el periodo de la Historia correspondiente a la Transicion espanola, epoca que coincidio con la reforma politica en China, llevada a cabo por Deng Xiaoping, y con la apertura internacional de ambos paises despues de anos apartados de la primera linea de la politica mundial. La utilizacion de fuentes primarias, tanto memorias de los protagonistas y testigos de sucesos historicos como las noticias en prensa, nos ayuda a conocer que 1978-1982 fue un momento en el que Espana y China tuvieron un desarrollo significativo de sus relaciones bilaterales. EnglishThe present article poses the possibility of achieving a better knowledge of the History of International Relationships between Spain and China. To achieve this, it has been analysed the period of the History corresponding to the Spanish Transition, a period that coincided with the political reform in China, conducted by Deng Xiaoping, and with the international opening of both countries after years isolated from the first line of the global politics. Desde su perspectiva, el duelo ayudaba a controlar el egoismo materialista y la falta de civismo de las clases ascendentes, a la vez que insuflaba en la sociedad unos principios morales en trance de desaparicion. El objetivo de este trabajo se centra en el analisis de los argumentos esgrimidos por estos autores para ver hasta que punto responden a una reinterpretacion del concepto del honor en cuyo centro se hallaria una vision elitista de la sociedad. EnglishThroughout the nineteenth century some writers and jurists defended the duel because they saw in it a mechanism to maintain the respect for the individual in a changing society with egalitarian tendencies. From their perspective, the duel helped to control the materialistic selfishness and the lack of civility of the ascending classes, while also inflating into society moral principles that were being lost. The period from the middle of the thirteenth to the middle of the fourteenth century in Castile is characterized by an increase in anti-Jewish sentiment, as mirrored in the legal, doctrinal and mental spheres. The accession of the new Trastamara dynasty to the thrown did not produce a significant change in the legal approach towards the Jewish minority. However, the analysis of war practices in Castilla-Leon during that period does not present any clearly discernible transformations. Nevertheless, on the organizational level it is possible to detect some phenomena that demonstrate the existence of a long and slow process of centralization and reinforcement of military resources in the hands of the monarchy. He was the author of El suelo de Arequipa convertido en cielo (ca. 1750), first important historiographical work in that Peruvian region.
