La escritura de la esquela mural de Arnedo. Una esquina para las representaciones sociales

Abstract

This essay analyzes a traditional practice in the town of Arnedo (La Rioja, Spain) as it is to publicly expose the announcement of the death of an individual through a mural obituary. This type of documentary funerary writing give a strong symbolic value to the space where it is placed and we try to interpret the individual and social sense with which the triple relationship between death, the mural obituary and the corner (the physical space) where it is exposed can be represented and appropriated.
