The greater importance of the deceased, the greater sacredness and legitimacy of the war and of Franco. Jose Antonio was the dead most im-portant of the Civil War. From his memory they were woven all kinds of stories reaching ex-tremes of legend. The identity of Hospitaller women gave rise to claims for and deployment of unique functions and activities, the existence of charismatic women who embodied the aforementioned identity and the recognition of specific spaces. There was considerable diversity among communities of Hospitaller sisters in the twelfth and thirteenthcentury Crown of Aragon, in contrast with the more uniform male preceptories. Also, they were more individualized in the institutional context. Hospitaller women expressed their spirituality and achieved social prominence and visibility thanks to the creation or recreation of Hospital identity. In economic analysis from J. M. Keynes to the «knowledge economy», privilege is granted almost exclusively to the company as the basic unit of the market and the economic life of humanity. The existence of property is virtually forgotten, because it is impossible without the existence of coercive power, which is its basis and guarantee. The idea of spontaneity in the market would be in contradiction with the existence of extra-economic mechanisms in the economic history of mankind. This is a historiographical essay on the relationship between political power, ownership, markets and society in the ancient world historians of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The sources had been picked up from the Trials Subsection of the General Archive of Navarre. The bibliographical references are, because of the target, very especific, only related to the iberian field, as far as the study does not pretend to look into similar cases in other countries, but to show how easily the violence could be inflicted.
