Abstract

The influence of Italian Fascism was instrumental in shaping the illiberal and authoritarian dictatorship of Primo de Rivera. Similarly, relations between the two dictators were intense and had as an inducement the possibility of changing the foreign policy of France to the danger of constitute an anti-French partnership between the two countries. Culturally fascism tried to impose his ideological ascendancy over dictatorship to counter somehow, cultural action of other nations despite the limited means for this purpose.
