In order to solve the user level load characteristics of integrated energy system with strong volatility and complex multi energy coupling, a user level load forecasting method of integrated energy system based on CNN-BiLSTM with attention mechanism is proposed in this paper. Firstly, Pearson correlation coefficient is used to analyze the time correlation and multi energy load correlation of user level load. Then, a user level load forecasting method of integrated energy system based on CBLA is proposed. Finally, taking the energy consumption data of the actual integrated energy system as an example, the prediction effect is analyzed. In this paper, an improved nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) is developed to coordinate the EVs charging in community EV charging station. The coordinated charging scheme minimizes both the charging cost per unit electric energy and the grid load variance associated with the constraints of the EVs charging capacity and the distribution transformer capacity. To overcome the traditional NSGA-II’s deficiency of producing initial population subjected to all constraints with difficulty and uneven distribution of Pareto front, a novel NSGA-II is applied to solve the optimization model based on improved initial population generation method and modified crowded-comparison operator. The optimal compromise scheme is selected from Pareto front using technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The proposed EVs charging strategy is evaluated in community EV charging station based upon IEEE 33 node system. A non-isolated DCDC step-up converter is proposed to meet the needs of high-gain new energy power generation. The topology combines the traditional active switched inductor with a Quasi-Z source network, which can improve the converter’s voltage gain without the limitation of duty cycle and the influence of switching stress. The steady-state characteristics and working principle are analyzed, and then the power loss is analyzed and compared with other references. The prototype circuit is designed in the power electronics laboratory, and the performance of the converter is verified under the condition of 200W with the input voltage of 20-30v and the output voltage of 200V. However, it has been found over the past few decades that the great slenderness of pillar-type equipment renders them extremely susceptible to damage during earthquakes. This paper is aimed to comprehensively analyze seismic performances and vulnerability of the loop in DC field and propose improvement recommendations. A 500kV loop in a DC field of a converter substation is taken as the objective to establish a refined finite element model. To obtain the seismic responses, each equipment item of the loop was excited under 30 groups of three-component earthquake records with different PGAs, as well as the loop. The result of simulating process shows that the dynamic responses are relevant to the installation positions. In general, the stress of equipment installed at the end of the loop tends to be higher than that of a single unit, while the equipment installed at the corner of the loop tends to decrease compared to a single unit. Then seismic vulnerability analysis was conducted using the multiple stripes analysis (MSA) method to get the vulnerability curves of the loop and key equipment. The results of seismic vulnerability analysis can be used to predict the failure probability of this 500kV loop under different intensities of earthquakes, and to rank the seismic risk of equipment. The circuit topology, operating mode, control strategy, system stability, and controller design are fully studied. The proposed inverter is composed of two bi-directional isolated flyback DC-DC choppers with inputs connected in parallel and outputs connected in reverse series. Repetitive control accumulates the output voltage error of the past several output cycles to obtain the control value of the current cycle, so the corrected output voltage is obtained cycle by cycle. The previous research results showed that; with conventional types of coupling such as series (SC), parallel (PC), or series-parallel (SPC) when operating under uniform conditions, the characteristics curves do not change in shape. But when the working environment is heterogeneous due to partial shading conditions (PSC) the global maximum power point tracking (GMPPT) meet more difficulties due to having multiple extremes and easy to be trapped in local extremes (LMPP). To effectively solve this problem, the optimal algorithms for MPPT have strongly developed in recent years. This article introduces a Micro DC-DC converter incorporating an innovative MPPT solution for PV systems under PSC. The existence of local load will also affect the analysis of system stability to a certain extent. Therefore, the control model of PV grid connected inverter considering local load and grid impedance is established, including grid impedance and load at common coupling point. The stability margin of the system is described more accurately by impedance analysis method. Based on this model, the tuning of system control parameters under different grid impedances is studied to improve the stability of photovoltaic grid connected control system.
