Data comes from two stage expert research with CLIL and ESL university teachers (N=33). They were asked about the social roles of English language in the nowadays Russian universities and preferable conception for future development of CLIL university program. Four conceptions were chosen by experts: Global English, Russian English, multilingual conception and English as an investment. The features of each concept were identified and discussed in terms of their influence on the process of CLIL education. The «conceptions-leaders» were determined by ranking. {"title":"Análise da criação de valor por meio do eva® e o retorno das ações das companhias real estate no brasil","authors":"M. Vasconcelos","doi":"10.21710/RCH.V17I0.272","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21710/RCH.V17I0.272","url":null,"abstract":"EnglishIn the last years, the real estate industry in Brazil grew and consolidated, causing the opening of capital of several companies in this segment. This scenario raises the need to evaluate the financial and the value creation of this sector. Faced with this situation, the present study aims to verify what is the relationship between Economic Value Added (EVA®) and stock return of the construction industry that make up the Indix BM&FBOVESPA Real Estate (IMOB). As for methodological procedures, it is a bibliographical research, descriptive and as well as a multicaso study, contemplating nine companies that compose said index in 2015. The ability to generate value of this sector was analyzed through the Economic Value Added (EVA®), in which information was collected from the companies analyzed for the financial years 2010 to 2014, with the purpose of obtaining Return on Investment (ROI), Economic Value Added (EVA®) and Stock Return. In general, the results of the survey that the average performance of companies, in those years, represents the destruction of value, provided by the impact of the cost of capital, which was higher than the net results of the Companies. Lastly, nominal EVA® and stock return are negatively correlated. On the other hand, residual ROI and stock return are Positively correlated significantly. portuguesNos ultimos anos, o setor de real estate do Brasil cresceu e se consolidou, ocasionando a abertura de capital de varias companhias deste segmento. Esse cenario faz surgir a necessidade de se avaliar o desempenho financeiro e a criacao de valor deste setor. Diante desta situacao, o presente estudo tem o objetivo verificar qual a relacao entre o Valor Economico Agregado (EVA®) e o retorno da acao de cada empresa do segmento de Construcao Civil que compoem o Indice BM&FBOVESPA Imobiliario (IMOB). Quanto aos procedimentos metodologicos, trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliografica, descritiva e como tambem um estudo de multicaso, contemplando nove empresas que compoem o referido indice em 2015. A capacidade de geracao de valor desse setor foi analisada por meio do Valor Economico Agregado (EVA®), em que foram coletadas informacoes das empresas analisadas referentes aos exercicios de 2010 a 2014, com o proposito de obter o Retorno sobre o Investimento (ROI), o Valor Economico Agregado (EVA®) e o Retorno da Acao. De forma geral, os resultados da pesquisa que o desempenho medio das empresas, nos referidos exercicios, representa a destruicao de valor, proporcionado pelo impacto do custo de capital, que foi superior aos resultados liquidos das Companhias. Por fim, o EVA® nominal e o Retorno da Acao estao negativamente correlacionados. In this aspect, this study aimed mainly to observe in the students’ perception what forms of learning are favorable for them to acquire knowledge about Accounting. The research was carried out by means of a field research in 4 renowned Universities of Brazil, located in Curitiba, Pernambuco, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. A questionnaire containing questions with positive and negative statements was used. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), version 20.0 was used to process the obtained data, whose analyzes were submitted to the Mann Whitney test. The results show that in students’ perceptions, learning in accounting is most effective when teaching is associated with exercise resolution and practical activities. portuguesO Ministerio da Educacao (MEC) institui as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais do Curso de Graduacao em Administracao, as quais determinam que essas graduacoes devem possibilitar a formacao do profissional, com pelo menos competencias e habilidades em equacionar solucoes, pensar estrategicamente e exercer, em diferentes graus de complexidade, o processo da tomada de decisao. Sob esse aspecto, este estudo objetivou, principalmente, observar na percepcao dos discentes quais sao as formas de aprendizado que lhes sao favoraveis para aquisicao de conhecimentos alusivos a Contabilidade. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de uma pesquisa de campo em 4 renomadas Universidades do Brasil, situadas em Curitiba, Pernambuco, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro e Sao Paulo. Foi utilizado um questionario contendo perguntas com afirmacoes positivas e negativas. O programa SPSS - Statistical Package for Social Sciences, versao 20.0 foi utilizado para processamento dos dados obtidos, cujas analises foram submetidas ao teste Mann Whitney. The mystery shopper research became one of the main ways used by companies to assess the quality of its service delivery, which outsource these surveys with specialized research agencies. However, hiring the investigator may be critical to the research success. The aim of this study is to understand how companies select the mystery shoppers and how is the results validation to minimize errors. It was developed a qualitative survey with 20 companies belonging to the Brazilian Association of Research Companies (ABEP) located in different Brazilian states. It was observed that the study main results are that companies can not be completely sure that the selected researcher is ideal for research and to avoid errors, they incorporate procedures to researchers selection process as the results validation. portuguesA busca pela qualidade tem levado as empresas a se preocuparem com o atendimento ao consumidor. A pesquisa de cliente oculto se tornou uma das principais formas utilizadas pelas empresas para avaliar a qualidade da sua prestacao de servico, que terceirizam essas pesquisas com agencias de pesquisa especializadas. No entanto, a contratacao do pesquisador pode ser fundamental para o sucesso da pesquisa. O objetivo deste estudo e listar como as empresas que realizam as pesquisas de cliente oculto selecionam os pesquisadores e como e feita uma validacao dos resultados para minimizar erros. Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa qualitativa com 20 empresas pertencentes a Associacao Brasileira de Empresas de Pesquisa (ABEP) localizadas em diferentes estados brasileiros. Se considero pertinente la utilizacion de un estudio de tipo descriptivo bajo un enfoque cualitativo. Descriptivo porque se determinaron los elementos que conforman la responsabilidad social universitaria, y cualitativo, porque contrasto las percepciones mas relevantes que se prescribieron en la investigacion. Luego de conocer la acepcion de RSU en una poblacion academica se concluyo que las universidades, antes de adelantar practicas de responsabilidad social hacia afuera, primeramente, se deben revisar si este concepto se esta aplicando correctamente. EnglishThis paper is derived from an investigative process whose purpose was to obtain an approach to the meaning of university social responsibility (USR) perceived by its stakeholders, especially domestic customers. The utilization of a descriptive study of a qualitative approach was considered appropriate; descriptive due to the elements of university social responsibility, and qualitative because it contrasted the most important insights that were prescribed in the investigation. After decades of low investment in infrastructure and in housing, the country rediscovered your rote of progress. This new scenario demonstrates that there are great challenges, the main one, in the trajectory of continued growth, is the productivity. This is the context, in which this research aimed at analyze the productivity of labor of civil construction in the housing sector of the city of Santa Maria (RS), as well as analyze which was the profile of employees more used in buildings. To meet the objectives, this research has reference data of the Syndicate of Construction of Santa Maria – RS between the years of 2009 and 2014. There was, in the period analyzed, advances in productivity induced by the very dynamic of growth and investment in training of the builders of the city. It was found a strong correlation between constructed area and labor used by construction companies. We also find an increase in stocks in 2012, followed by a high of built area in the months of 2013, bringing this year at the peak of the number of employees in construction in the series under study. portuguesA construcao brasileira retomou nos anos recentes o seu importante papel na receita do desenvolvimento. Apos decadas de baixo investimento em infraestrutura e em habitacao, o pais reencontrou sua rota de progresso. Nesse novo cenario evidenciam-se grandes desafios, o principal deles, na trajetoria de crescimento continuado, e o da produtividade. E neste contexto que se insere o presente trabalho, objetivando analisar a produtividade da mao de obra da Construcao Civil no setor de habitacao na cidade de Santa Maria (RS), bem como analisar qual e o perfil de funcionarios mais utilizados nas construcoes. Para atingir os objetivos, este trabalho tem como referencia os dados do Sindicato da Construcao de Santa Maria – 8RS entre os anos de 2009 e 2014. Houve, no periodo analisado, avancos na produtividade induzidos pela propria dinâmica de crescimento e por investimentos em treinamento das construtoras da cidade. Verificou-se uma correlacao forte entre area construida e mao de obra utilizada pelas construtoras. Para isso, calcularam-se os indicadores de Taxa de Cobertura das Importacoes (TC), de Comercio Intraindustria (CII) e de Concentracao Setorial das Exportacoes (ICS). Os dados foram coletados no Sistema de Analise de Informacoes do Comercio Exterior (Alice Web). Os resultados indicaram que o Brasil tem poucos grupos minerais competitivos na sua pauta exportadora e a mesma e concentrada em poucos setores. Com isso, foi possivel constatar que os setores mais competitivos de minerio foram niobio, ferro, manganes, ouro semimanufaturado, aluminio, cobre e outros. EnglishThis study sought to analyze the pattern of specialization of exports of brazilian mineral sector, identifying the most dynamic productive sectors in the period between 1999 and 2015. For this purpose, the Import Coverage Ratio was calculated, as well as the Intra-industry Trade rate (IIT), and the Sector Concentration of Exports. Data were collected from the Foreign Trade Information Analysis System (Alice Web). The results indicated that Brazil has a few competitive mineral groups in its export basket, and that it is concentrated in a few sectors. To develop this research analyzed 13959 theses and dissertations, which identified 543 titles that deal with environmental sustainability. Developed in the wake of the lifting members involved in Bunkers Examining who identified a volume of 947 actors to which they applied the Analysis of Social Networks supported by the use of specific software for this activity. A collaborative framework, generated from the bonds of participation in Examining Board proved fragmented into three main social arrangements and the occurrence of some isolated stands, not allowing the characterization of this invisible college as a small world. portuguesO presente estudo estabelece o objetivo de identificar a existencia de uma rede social de colaboracao, e a centralidade dos principais atores, em sustentabilidade ambiental no Stricto Sensu, originaria da composicao dos orientadores e membros convidados das Bancas Examinadoras de teses e dissertacoes. Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa, foram analisadas 13.959 teses e dissertacoes, das quais foram identificados 543 titulos que tratam da sustentabilidade ambiental. Na sequencia, foi desenvolvido o levantamento dos membros envolvidos nas Bancas Examinadoras, que identificou um volume de 947 atores aos quais se aplicou a Analise das Redes Sociais suportada pela utilizacao de software especifico para esta atividade. O referencial norteador e a epistemologia da complexidade, de Edgar Morin, e a metodologia multidimensional consiste em pesquisa bibliografica e de campo: observacao, grupos focais, entrevistas e seminarios com estudantes de tres escolas de Ensino Medio, de Sao Paulo. A pesquisa, em fase final, tem duracao de quatro anos letivos e a primeira fase culminou com a apresentacao dos resultados na Conferencia Mundial de Mudancas Climaticas (COP 21), em Paris, no ano de 2015. A partir de abordagens inter e transdisciplinares do conhecimento sobre mudanca climatica, entendemos que a escola pode sensibilizar os estudantes para a ampliacao da visao ecologica da realidade. A intencao deste texto e apresentar os primeiros resultados de observacoes do estudo, cujo objetivoprimordial e estabelecer acoes responsaveis para o exercicio da cidadania planetaria, entre estudantes do Ensino Medio. Que os jovens se tornem cidadaos conscientes em suas escolhas e em seus compromissos sociais, eticos e politicos. EnglishThe text deals with a research project, on international networks, which is concomitantly carried out in schools of Sao Paulo, in Brazil and in twelve other countries. The guiding reference point is Edgar Morin’s epistemolgy of complexity and the multidimensional methodology consists in bibliographic and field research: observation, focus groups, interviews and seminarswith pupils of three Secondary Schools of Sao Paulo. In the final phase, the research has duration of four school years and the first phase, culminating in the presentation of the results in the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 21), in Paris, in the year of 2015.On the basis of an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinaryapproach of the knowledge about climate change,we understand that school can sensibilise the pupils to the broadening of the ecological view of reality. The purpose of this text is to present the first results of observations of this study, the primordial objective of which is to establish responsible actionsfor the exercise of planetary citizenship, among Secondary School pupils.
