It is very important to extract knowledge or information occupies in the vast amount of available text reviews. For these, user's sentiment is also monumental. If any business owners want to take decision on future planning, they must consider their clients sentiment. In this research, we proposed a noble strategy to predict user sentiment from their online reviews given for a particular business by using supervised machine learning techniques. The conventional control topology based converter is not suitable for efficient speed control of induction motor by direct torque control system. The fuzzy controller based matrix converter can be a suitable option for efficient speed control of induction motor by direct torque mechanism. The mathematical model of switching algorithm of matrix converter as well as power and fuzzy logic controller are designed by modified venturini algorithm and mandani rule. The performance of the proposed fuzzy controller based matrix converter drive is first evaluated by simulated model by using Matlab Simulink. A laboratory setup comprising of DSP and FPGA control based matrix converter drive is used to validate the simulation results of the simulated model. People affected by such impairments often use sign language to communicate, which is very different from spoken and written language, often leading to difficulties in communication when a translation medium is not readily available. This leads to heavy struggle in the daily lives of the affected people, especially in Bangladesh. A simple, accurate and portable translation medium is necessary to address this problem, which would allow two-way communication between a normal person and an impaired person. Speech recognition and conversion to sign language is a key part of such a medium, especially since Bangla is a rather challenging language to work with. In this paper, we have described the development of a smartphone application, which provides a two-way communication platform, which employs a speech-to-sign language system and a text-to-speech system. This paper proposes a new demand side energy management (DSEM) system for end user in autonomous micro-grid by load balancing and data acquisition reduce the gap between generation and end-user demand in addition for research works. The proposed control algorithm and system have been designed and examined in professional simulation software. It is also shown that proposed DSEM system is much effective to include more consumers. Power theft can be detected and eliminated in this system. Finally hardware implementation has been done to indicate the results. Some researchers defined it as a web of formal data. On the other hand, ontologies define the concepts as well as the relationships among them to formally represent a specific domain of interest. They are the elementary unit for inference techniques on the Semantic Web. When ontology contains instances then it becomes a knowledge base. In Bangladesh Tourism has become a major area for improvement because often the information found on the web is not organized and consistent enough. This paper presents OnTraNetBD, a knowledge base containing the formal relationship among the tourist attractions and the other complementary elements of traveling. The main purpose of this knowledge base is to present the travel information to any end users or machines which will facilitate both to understand the domain information and use it according to the individual requirements. Ribo is 135cm tall and has necessary actuation in the face to show basic facial expression. The exterior design is especially crafted to make it look more like a social artificial being rather than just a mechanical robot. The robot is optimized by a distributed software architecture which enables modules developed in different programming languages to work in sync. Ribo was presented in several exhibitions in Bangladesh where mass people directly interacted with it. During that time the visitors were asked several questions on the robot's design to rate the social behavior of Ribo. N5 National Highway in Bangladesh is the largest highway, where a large number of accidents occur in every year. In this paper, we have analyzed and found the traffic accident patterns of N5 National Highway in Bangladesh using several decision tree induction algorithms. Decision tree is one of the most popular algorithms in machine learning and data mining. We have analyzed total 892 traffic accidents. The traffic accidents data of N5 National Highway of Bangladesh was collected from Modular Accident Analysis Program version 5, Accident Research Institute, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. We have extracted the informative features from the traffic accident data and generated several classifiers using different decision tree algorithms. In the experimental analysis, we have compared the performance of 12 decision tree classifiers and find the best classifier. In this paper, we develop a traffic-load aware channel allocation mechanism for secondary users with respect to their application Quality-of-Service (QoS) requirements. A historical analysis based channel ranking is also formulated recognizing both availability prediction and transmission quality. Mollah","doi":"10.1109/R10-HTC.2017.8289083","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/R10-HTC.2017.8289083","url":null,"abstract":"The main target of this paper is to demonstrate the aptitude of dumbbell annular ring (DAR) resonators to the enhancement on the ultra-wideband (UWB) characteristics in microwave filter, a key aspect to improve the selectivity of lower and upper passband. A particular characteristics of filter configuration is that the selectivity of the band pass filters (BPFs) can be conveniently controlled due to DAR, while the bandwidth is almost same. The BPF are recognized using open circuited stepped impedance stubs (OCSIS). Furthermore, the proposed BPF with DARs has symmetric selectivity (>96 dB/GHz), wide passband (>6 GHz), low insertion loss (<0.2 dB) and good return loss performance (>17 dB). Moreover, for DAR configuration, the group delay is low (<0.3 ns) over 95% of the passband which results in compact size. Moreover, the proposed filter has many applications in UWB wireless communications.
