In order to pre-empt any backlash, the authorities put the entire region under strict lockdown and imposed a complete communication blackout including suspension of internet, mobile and landline phone services. The abrogation of Article 370 turned out to be against the very spirit of the Indian constitution, principles of humanity and the democratic norms at a broader level. The mission of the abrogation of Article 370 was in fact mentioned in the manifesto of BJP since 1980. This paper is divided in two parts. In the first part this research paper will try to focus on the situation before the revocation of Article 370 of Indian Constitution which gave a special status to Jammu & Kashmir state. In the second part this research paper deals with the effects of revoking this article 370 and the problems and prospects arising due to the change. This research paper addresses the issue through constitutional, social and political analysis of the facts and examines the challenges arising from the situation. This study is a critical and theoretical analysis to understand the actual myth and reality.","PeriodicalId":410577,"journal":{"name":"ANVESHA-A Multidisciplinary E-Journal for all Researches","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127976402","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Probably a fourth monkey should have been shown with crossing his arms as to convey “do no evil” or “do nothing”. Looking it in other way would mean, refusing to acknowledge it or feigning ignorance. It seems that in the present scenario with reference to Women era, gives us a feeling to have a relook at the three wise monkeys in a manner as shown above. The principles of jurisprudence are not confined to the texts in Sanskrit. Manu attests that custom is the foremost basis of jurisprudence. Customary law delimits Brahamnic legal theory. And customs differ according to districts, towns, castes guilds and corporations. Manu asserts the precedence of provincial custom. The Dharma Shastras are the pre-eminent Hindu legal texts written in Sanskrit, excerpts of which were translated into the early Javanese and Khmer languages. Niti i.e. Justice, is based on Dharma, which is moral law in these works. The term dharma may be traced from the root word dhr which means sustains or supports. The cells that regenerate could be known to cure disease or injury. As a result, they are distinguished from other cell types by their ability to replicate themselves. Stem cells offer the potential to develop cell-based therapies. Such type of research could lead to novel and improved treatments for a variety of disorders, including diabetes, spinal cord injuries, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and heart disease. Stem cell treatment, also characterized as regenerative medicine, induce the repair mechanism of damaged, diseased, or injured tissue using stem cells and their derivatives. Early-stage embryos are used to obtain human embryonic stem cells. Because human embryonic stem cells are harvested from human embryos, there have been various concerns raised the moral and ethical issues in embryonic stem cell research. On the other hand, reprogramming of somatic cells to make induced pluripotent stem cells, avoids the moral and ethical issues that come with embryonic stem cell research. In human stem cell research in addition to moral issues, informed consent to donate materials, critical downstream research, premature clinical trials and oversight all issues occur. To ensure that stem cell research is carried out in an ethically acceptable way, these ethical and policy issues must be discussed along with scientific challenges. This article examines these challenges and how they are addressed in India are explained.","PeriodicalId":410577,"journal":{"name":"ANVESHA-A Multidisciplinary E-Journal for all Researches","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132180493","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The implementation of environment interventions is a mixed bag of achievements, slow progress and a lack of progress. Whereas, the progress on the policy and legal fronts is at the acceptable level, the environmental conditions in the country have not changed much to the better. The importance of environmental sustainability to development was captured in MDG 7. Despite some progress towards meeting this goal, there is still substantial unfinished business and new global and local challenges endanger the development and environmental gains achieved so far. To implement this agenda, a wide range of policies and policy reforms will be needed to promote inclusive and environmentally sustainable growth and improve the well-being of all. The Ministry of Environment would focus on and support its implementation. The policy and legal framework are adequate. Now there would be more attention to action to enhance environmental sustainability. The Ministry of Environment with support of the Planning and Development Division and involvement of its departments and agencies would take a lead and play a stronger role for effective coordination, catalytic action, support and monitoring for ensuring environmental sustainability.","PeriodicalId":410577,"journal":{"name":"ANVESHA-A Multidisciplinary E-Journal for all Researches","volume":"71 Suppl 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129911163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Excess weight is the result of long term and consistent consumption of much more calories than you are able to expand, irrespective of the etiology. Thus the emphasis in treating obesity has shifted from mere weight loss to weight management. For example efforts should be directed towards attaining the desirable weight in relation to overall health. The result of recently conducted study on prevalence of obesity in Delhi by the nutrition federation of India has projected that nearly one third of the male and more than half of females belonging to upper middle class in India are currently overweight with higher prevalence of abdominal obesity. 40-50 million subjects belonging to upper middle class are overweight in India. If this trend continues, the situation can get worse even within a decade and obesity can emerge as the single most important public health problem in adults.","PeriodicalId":410577,"journal":{"name":"ANVESHA-A Multidisciplinary E-Journal for all Researches","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121619853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
