A relatable Instance was the devolution of property among the coparceners, where the only male coparcener of the Hindu joint family reckoned to be natural heirs to the ancestral property. It was the ipso facto gender-biased and unjust. The devolution of property under Hindus is governed by the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, which is with the due course of time change the status of a female coparcener and their right to coparcenary property. This is a journey where a female from nothing to getting equal status as to the male coparcener by reforming the patriarchal laws which were prevailing before the modern Hindu law. The Indian Constitution also enshrined the concept of equality and gender justice. By the virtue of Constitutional morality, the Indian judiciary preserved the right to equality and justice for all without any discrimination. For learning, an inclusive school welcomes students of all races and backgrounds. This study aims to explore the lived experiences in inclusive practices and challenges to implementing inclusive policy in community school Nepal. For this purpose, we have applied hermeneutic phenomenology which studies the lived experiences of participants. Purposively five community school teachers were selected as participants from Palungtar Municipality Gorkha district. The in-depth interviews were conducted for the data collection. The study found the inclusive education approach was not practiced well at the school level. However, teachers and students preferred this approach due to the diverse nature of the community such as social, cultural, economic, and religious, etc. It is the best approach to address the diversified nature of the participants that address the capabilities of the diversified nature of the participants. This study contributes to addressing the concerns of minorities and underserved groups in education by using primary streams. Similarly, it promotes a sense of belonging and respect. The court has to follow certain set principles which have emerged through various interpretations done by the courts in order to fulfil the intentions of the legislature. Over the period of time, there are several rules and principles of interpretations of statues that have emerged. Here for the purpose of analyzing the case of Shilpa Mittal v/s St. of NCT of Delhi 1 , we will be discussing the Golden Rule of interpretation. This Rule is applied in order to determine the legislature’s intention from the terms used in the enactment through their ordinary/natural interpretation, and only changing the meaning to a certain degree in order to prevent absurdity, repugnance, difficulty or unfairness. The given case discusses questions regarding how should a juvenile be treated under a category of a crime that is not in the Statute but is asserted by the appellant to be included as a “heinous” offence. The case is significant in understanding how the court interpreted the statute, in order to clear the ambiguity regarding the fourth category of offence that is an offence prescribing a maximum punishment of more than seven years imprisonment but not providing any minimum punishment, or providing a minimum punishment of less than seven years. India is not in a position to meet needs of an old age population and to provide a quality life through existing care facilities with more than 100 million elderly. We do not have a particular scheme and policies for providing health facilities for old people. Older people usually suffer from health conditions that are predominantly chronic in nature and are basically different from those of adult and young populations. The health status of aged population becomes particularly perplexed as they are prone to get multiple illnesses. Present paper is related to Aging population and their problems. The first part of the paper deals with International guidelines, national legislations. The second part discuss problems during pandemic and senior citizens. The third part of the paper explores judicial prouncements related to senior citizens. So that she/he can maintain their life as when they lived together. Generally, Maintenance is the amount which the husband pays to his wife after divorce or the amount which the family member of the husband pays to the widow of their son. Maintenance includes basic necessities like: Food, Shelter, Clothing etc. The necessary thinks and comfort which a rational man expected to get. The maintenance is given by the person on whom the other person depends on. The amount of the maintenance is dependent on the earning of the person and the necessities which other person required and the necessities which a rational man needs to live a normal life. In ancient period of India the woman was superior than the man.
