For this reason, the objective of the research was to know the importance of marketing strategies in companies in this crisis because of coronavirus, since marketing is one of the most representative factors for the success of any company. Within the scope of the research, it was proposed to apply tactics of marketing concepts, as this is indispensable to prevent the disappearance of businesses that do not know how to keep companies in this situation. As for the methodology used for its development, it was characterized as a qualitative and descriptive research, in addition to the collection and analysis of the information, different methods and techniques were used, in which 18 surveys were applied to the managers of the Chamber of Commerce of the city of Loja. \u0000The results identified the importance of marketing as one of the key points in companies to stay in the market, and today it is indispensable to apply and develop new forms of sales and marketing as one of the challenges in business. Finally, it was concluded with this article that marketing in the business sector provides great benefits that must be leveraged by managers as an alternative to their progress, several initiatives that have emerged in companies whose results increase their profitability and can facilitate good future decision-making.","PeriodicalId":41052,"journal":{"name":"Revista 180","volume":"5 1","pages":"45-68"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2021-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42491996","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the analysis we seek to understand two central dimensions of the graphic heritage and the relationship it has with the imaginary of feminine consumption: the formal and the symbolic. In conceptual terms, two areas can be described to understand how advertising develops in these publications. In the first place, the editorial space given to woman, as consequence to cultural changes experienced since the end of the 19 th century, and in second place, the crescent influence of advertising agencies on promotion and circulation of American a esthetic-cultural values, and the existence of a consumption society at international level. From a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the corpus of graphic selected pieces, the main advertised products were identified, which are circumscribed into two thematic dimensions: woman’s physical appearance and her role as a housewife. However, these two dimensions acquire distinctive characteristics over time which translates in how woman’s representation evolves in three different levels: the woman who consumes to be seen and admired for her beauty; the woman that consumes with an objective; and finally, the woman that consumes for her own self.","PeriodicalId":41052,"journal":{"name":"Revista 180","volume":"1 1","pages":"15-25"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44966919","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With this information, it is hoped to advance in data-driven decision making and improve regulations on sustainable construction. Gathering theoretical contributions from Governmentality Studies and Science and Technology Studies, in this article we explore the distinctive mode of government that is activated with ReNaM and the ways to justify and materialize its intervention to households. As we argue, ReNaM is not only a new digital environmental monitoring mechanism but, more profoundly, a unique type of governmentality by sensors. The introduction of sensors in domestic spaces would be transforming the forms of knowledge and government of the State and recomposing the relationship with its population. However, this experimentation is more fragile and ambivalent in practice. Through a qualitative case study following the actors of ReNaM (sensors, users, public authorities, documents, etc.), we will show the tensions between different scripts or ways of imagining and implementing ReNaM and which manifest the complex articulation between diverse political, sustainable, economic or scientific issues and spheres with domestic life.","PeriodicalId":41052,"journal":{"name":"Revista 180","volume":"1 1","pages":"49-60"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45991967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is the best known and most mentioned map of Santiago of the 19th Century. Scholarly literature has generally considered it a representation of the transformation planned and implemented between 1872 and 1875, by the Intendente of Santiago, Benjamin Vicuna Mackenna. Its accuracy as a cartographic representation and its innovative inclusion of urban projects, have also been highlighted. Nevertheless, until now, nor the context of its commission, nor the way in which it was constructed, nor its final outcome, have been taken into consideration. These three major aspects are outlined in this paper, and dependent on them are their analysis and conclusion. As a result, we hold that it was not the main goal of Ansart’s map to represent Santiago’s transformations, it rather developed from the information intended to build a far more ambitious map, which was never completed. Ansart however used the information gathered to elaborate a unique map of the city, with a completely different objective.","PeriodicalId":41052,"journal":{"name":"Revista 180","volume":"1 1","pages":"61-74"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45700161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From this scenario, in the last decades it is possible to observe important problems of residential segregation in main Chilean cities, which aggravates the possibilities of encounters between different groups. Although the theme of social urban relationships has been addressed by many studies, it is clear that the great majority use traditional indicators of residential segregation, avoiding the determinants that make up class position in urban spaces. The present paper describes the processes of socio-spatial mixing in Temuco, one of Chile's intermediate cities with the greatest population growth in the last time. Considering people’s occupational dimensions in the labour market, which theoretically constitute the notion of social class, level and type of social relationships in different areas of the city are compared during the intercensal period 1992-2017. Combining descriptive and exploratory statistical analysis and using the area and censorial entity as a territorial unit, the results indicate an extension of social mixing in large areas, and a consolidation of the highest classes at the west side of the city. Finally, and as shown in this article, the most favoured groups have grown apart from middle and low classes over time.","PeriodicalId":41052,"journal":{"name":"Revista 180","volume":"1 1","pages":"91-105"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43791922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this model poses limited territorial relevance, insufficient connection with local actors and agents, and insufficient recognition and visibility of citizen initiatives based on daily practices and knowledges, which can perfectly be considered as part of a situated type of “urban intelligence\". The former opens the question: How to understand urban intelligence today? Based on ethnographic work carried out at a street market in the San Joaquin district in Santiago, this paper identifies and describes knowledges, practices, and strategies that allow inhabitants to solve daily problems through various forms of informality, self-management and associative networks. These knowledges, practices and strategies express \"situated urban intelligences\" that emerge from territorial use and appropriation of local public spaces and are observed through collection, reuse, and recycling practices.","PeriodicalId":41052,"journal":{"name":"Revista 180","volume":"1 1","pages":"106-117"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45131614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For each case, the main material barriers are identified, whether natural (rivers, hills) or artificial (roads, under/over crossings) and some of intangible barriers (associated with road or crime safety). The maximum theoretical area (Euclidean) and that of the “actual” walkable neighbourhood are compared through network analysis (based on 20 minute journeys), considering the crossing conditions of main roads, quantifying the effects over time and distance, and accessibility to goods and services. In addition, the configuration of the road and pedestrian network is analysed, contrasting their local and global integration, based on axial maps. Finally, the movement patterns of the inhabitants is analysed based on the EOD data. The results showed a clear decrease of the actual walkable neighbourhood area (to one third of the Euclidian area) product of the urban grid and the various existing barriers, which reflects on the accessibility to goods and services by walking. These results allow us also to propose that although a greater average distance is not related to a greater walkable area, closeness to well served centralities associate to in with the prevalence of walking as a transport mode.","PeriodicalId":41052,"journal":{"name":"Revista 180","volume":"1 1","pages":"118-133"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45778090","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"艺术学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it has been found that in many cases the results do not seem to be as expected, currently raising certain questions that would be linking regeneration as a neoliberal production strategy for the city.
