Kendala tersebut menyangkut faktor medis dan non medis. Faktor non medis diantaranya seperti adat budaya masyarakat setempat yang cukup kuat mempengaruhi perilaku kesehatan mereka. Adat istiadat yang ada berpengaruh pada cara hidup berdampak pada kondisi kesehatan yang kurang kondusif guna peningkatan status kesehatan masyarakat setempat. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengungkap kendala-kendala adat istiadat masyarakat yang merintangi mereka dalam menurunkan angka stunting di wilayahnya. Studi etnografi dilakukan terhadap 18 ibu balita stunting ditambah informan kunci seperti kepala desa, sekretaris desa, petugas kesehatan di desa serta bapak balita stunting dilakukan pada Juli-Agustus 2022. Observasi dan wawancara dilakukan guna mengungkap pengetahuan mereka terkait stunting, adat istiadat, dan perilaku kesehatan yang mereka jalani. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan sosial budaya guna mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek sosial budaya yang merintangi penanganan stunting. Kuatnya budaya patriarki, kebiasaan menikah usia dini, keterbatasan ekonomi, pendidikan yang kalah dari pesta, relasi gender yang timpang, pemberian makanan tambahan secara dini serta pola pengasuhan anak yang mengutamakan anak asal diam, tidak menangis menjadi deretan penyebab sulitnya penanganan stunting. Perubahan perilaku hidup dan kesehatan harus dilakukan secara komprehensif dengan melibatkan tokoh adat, tokoh agama, stakeholder, serta instansi terkait yang mengurusi KIA (kesehatan ibu dan anak).","PeriodicalId":410316,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora","volume":"683 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116185660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study of state corporatism has been considered obsolete along with the collapse of authoritarian regimes and governments. After authoritarianism in Indonesia, especially after the enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, state corporatism is very strong in gripping village authority. The question posed in this study is to what extent is state corporatism threatening village authority? Wes used exploratory qualitative methods with case study techniques in Bogem Village, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province, to answer this question—data wes collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and document collection. Data analysis uses triangulation techniques, and findings use interpretive and contextual analysis techniques. Wes found that the state carries out two strategies in corporatism toward villages, namely, a bifrontal strategy and a segmentary strategy. Through these two strategies, village authority and autonomy are weakened in the face of strengthening the grip of the state or village government through various supra-village programs and policies towards villages.","PeriodicalId":410316,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134444797","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pengembangan pariwisata budaya di Bali sangat berpengaruh terhadap kedudukan desa adat, mengingat tujuan pariwisata budaya sebagai daya tarik untuk mempromosikan Bali melalui kekayaan budaya, justru berbanding terbalik menjadi budaya Bali untuk pariwisata. Persoalan ini kemudian menyebabkan terjadinya pemaknaan, perumusan, dan pencarian ulang identitas desa adat sebagai benteng budaya Bali, guna merespon dampak negatif pariwisata terhadap budaya Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data tentang desa adat dan historis perkembangan pariwisata di Bali. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan unsur-unsur metodis yaitu, hereustika, interpretasi, dan deskripsi untuk mengungkap makna perubahan dalam identitas desa adat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, identitas desa adat di tengah dinamika pembangunan pariwisata budaya di Bali, terus-menerus mengalami pemaknaan secara ulang. Upaya ini dilakukan pemerintah maupun orang-orang Bali untuk mempertahankan, melestarikan, dan memastikan keberlanjutan tradisi di dalam desa adat dari dampak negatif pariwisata. Perubahan identitas desa adat ditandai dengan perubahan dari identitas desa adat dengan sifat tradisional yang alami, menjadi identitas formal berdasarkan rumusan yang dibentuk, serta perubahan identitas yang jamak dengan ciri khas dan karakteristik masing-masing desa adat, menjadi identitas yang bersifat general atau disamakan secara keseluruhan dalam bentuk yang terorganisir. Perubahan dalam identitas desa adat merupakan bentuk positioning, yaitu diposisikan dan memposisikan desa adat dalam merespon dinamika pembangunan pariwisata nasional melalui wacana pariwisata budaya di Bali.","PeriodicalId":410316,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128092499","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method used is qualitative descriptive with an ethnographic approach; informants consist of laborers and landowners. Data collection techniques are carried out by participant observation, interviews, and documentation; data analysis is carried out by Interactive analysis, namely with three flow processes: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The study results show that labor is the main job for people who do not have land; the selection of work as a laborer is motivated by economic factors, and they do not have land to cultivate themselves. The income obtained by workers is only enough for daily food, so this work greatly supports the survival of people who work as laborers to meet their daily needs, only relying on daily work with wages of Rp.50,000 to Rp.80,000. Women have a dual role in helping the family economy. Women work as laborers to help meet the daily needs of the family. Labor efforts increase income by working in two places, thus increasing family income.","PeriodicalId":410316,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132357523","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aims to analyze the impact caused by mining activities on the lives of local communities. The research location was in Mandiodo Village, North Konawe Regency. This research used a qualitative approach, and data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews with several community leaders and village government officials. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. The study results show that mining activities negatively impact the social, economic, and environmental lives of local communities in Mandiodo village. Nevertheless, a positive impact can be seen from the increase in the income of some people due to the diversification of the community's economic businesses: boarding house rental services, basic food stalls, and the opening of new jobs for local people to work in companies, as well as acculturation between immigrant and local communities. On the other hand, negative impacts are detrimental to local communities: flooding in residential areas during heavy rains and the threat of landslides, air pollution which can cause various respiratory tract infections, siltation of beaches and seawater pollution, decreased fishermen's income, and damaged roads and bridges. Efforts to overcome the company's negative impacts have not been appropriate because the compensation and recognition the company has provided to the community are not commensurate with the negative impacts that are still detrimental to local communities. The conclusion is that the existence of mining companies causes disasters and losses for local communities.","PeriodicalId":410316,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora","volume":"556 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116647332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research focused on answering the following questions about corporate social responsibility to what extent does corporate social responsibility contribute to society in Bali, and how does CSR implement in Bali? This research takes a qualitative case study approach. Data were analyzed by content analysis to the official websites of the top 100 companies in Indonesia in 2020. The findings reveal that CSR has a significant contribution to society in Bali. CSR was implemented in various ways and recipients all over Bali island. Some companies distributed the CSR directly to the communities, and some were collected through local government and then distributed based on a government's list of recipients. There has been good collaboration between industry and government in distributing CSR funds in Bali. The majority of CSR was given in the form of giving free groceries and masks for the poor, personal safety equipment for health workers, and sinks for washing hands in public spaces such as markets, temples, and shops.","PeriodicalId":410316,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124929602","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research was conducted in the literature by collecting primary data from books that discuss morality to both parents from a hadith perspective. Data processing was carried out qualitatively, considering that the data encountered is descriptive in the form of verbal statements. The results of this study indicate that Islam highly values filial piety to parents. However, being devoted to parents has limits, that is as long as the act of filial piety does not violate the provisions outlined by Allah SWT, both of which have been explained in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. For example, if a parent forces a child to commit shirk or commit a crime, the parent's order must be opposed, but remember, it must be in a good way so that they are not offended. Birrul walidain or devoted to both parents has a special position in Islamic teachings. The matter of filial piety to parents has been regulated both in the Qur'an and Hadith. The command to do good to parents was placed by Allah SWT in the Qur'an directly after the command to worship only Him, solely or after the prohibition of associating partners with Him, and there is also a hadith that the pleasure of Allah depends on the pleasure of parents, good deeds. what Allah loves most is serving your parents, doing good to your mother is more important, serving both parents is the way to heaven.","PeriodicalId":410316,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125027310","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
