The content is divided into requirements, each of which deals with the study of a selected example from the chapters of Purity and Prayer. The study led to numerous findings most notably: that al-Tirmidhi was a contemporary of the era of narration, so he was familiar with its realities and circumstances, sitting with imams and learning from Sheikhs of the time. So, like them, he became famous for his imamate, his inductive approach, his compiling and detailed investigation. However, Ahmed Shaker lived in the 14th century after the sunnah was compiled, narrations were selected and authenticated, judgements were settled, and books were written. So, it is believed he chose an approach based on selection and transfer from previous scholars. His efforts are undeniable for those who are familiar with his investigations of narration and hadith books like Musnad Ahmed and al-Tirmidhi’s Al-Jami’ as well as his explanation of Ibn Kathir's 'Uloom al-Hadith. He agreed with al-Tirmidhi on most comments and disagreed with him on some others. To avoid any misunderstanding and exploitation in society, these hadiths need to be understood precisely through the method of ‘illah analysis contained in these hadiths. The ‘illah debate has been explained in detail by past and contemporary scholars from both theoretical and practical points of view. Thus, through qualitative methods, the researchers refer to the main sources of fiqh, uṣūl fiqh and prophetic medicine to discuss the debate of 'illah and Prophetic medicine in more depth while utilizing current scholarly writings, articles, newspapers, magazines and websites that touching on the topic of study. Overall, based on research on the hadiths related to the black seed, honey, and camel’s urine and milk, the researchers found that the hadiths about Prophetic medicines are not all absolutely general in nature and mean obligatory orders because there are certain qarinah that deny them. Al-Tirmidhī has mentioned several hadīths related to the various Qur’anic Sciences such as Al-Waḥy (Revelation), Asbāb Al-Nuzūl (The Contexts and Occasions of the Revelation of the Qur´ān), the science of Gharīb Al-Qur’ān (Words and Phrases in the Qur´ān that Sound Obscure), al-Qirā´at (Methods of Recitation) and Suwar (the Chapters of the Holy Qur’ān) and Al-Nāsikh Wa Al-Mansūkh (Abrogation of the Qur´ān), and their number reached more than a hundred. This research calls for further study specializing in the studies of the al-Qur’ān and al-Sunnah, proficiency in Qur’anic Sciences and everything related to The Science of Interpretation. Both of these references are preserved their originality in written and memorized form. However, the process of memorizing the Qur’an becomes easier compared to the process of memorizing hadith because Allah S.W.T has made it easier for the Quran to be read, memorized and studied as compared to hadith. To know the authenticity of a hadith requires sanad, matan and narrator which musalsal to the Prophet S.A.W. Thus, memorizing a hadith is more complicated than memorizing the Qur'an. Therefore, to facilitate the memorization process requires a unique method that can help students remember and memorize the hadith. Among the methods used in the process of memorizing hadith is by using the method of naẓam. This study was conducted to identify the effectiveness of the method of naẓam in the process of memorizing and improving the memorization of hadith subjects among students of Ma'had Tahfiz by using qualitative methods. In this study, 10 hadiths of the Prophet related to the responsibility of children to parents, pillars of Islam, pilgrimage, prohibition of Allah in changing His creation, the importance of intention in ibadah, doubt in determining the number of rak'at in salah, love of the prophet, the provisions of slaughter, qurban, adab giving and answering salam were selected and studied on 20 form 4 students of Mahad Tahfiz Science and Technology Darul Ehsan Port Klang. The research instruments used were secondary data and Pre and Post Test.
