The significance of this research lies in rejecting the suspicion that Ibn Hibban was described with leniency in documenting the narrator’s accusation of changing the wording of the transmission of the hadith from someone who spoke to us or told us into a formula that blurred others or delusional information so that it was heard while he actually did not hear it. One of the most important objectives of this research is to find a scientific and specialized study of the narrators accused of this change in Sahih Ibn Hibban, and to clarify their status. This results in the correction of their hadiths in his Sahih and the discussion of those accused of discussing, such as Ibn Juri. The researcher followed historical “retrospective” approach in understanding the terminology of the hadith in which the imams contested with Ibn Hibban, such as the definition of Deception, its applications; and the critical analytical approach to discuss the sayings and rules that Ibn Hibban and the most scholars said in matters of al-Jarh and al-Tadeel, and to discuss the validity of the offender’s claim and accuse Ibn Hibban of insufficiency in his method of correctness and its degree, in accepting the narrators accused of deception. As for the most distinguished results, it was found that Ibn Juraij used to mislead the deception of the Sheikhs, only this has been proven from his sheikh Ibrahim bin Abi Yahya. The science of Al-Jarḥ wa Taʿdīl is a very subtle and sensitive branch of Usūl al ḥadīth (the science of ḥadīth) which deals with acceptance or rejection of Prophetic narrations, based on the trustworthiness and weaknesses of ḥadīth narrator. Since the beginning of Islamic history, Muslim women have constantly taken a prominent part in narration, preservation, and memorization of ḥadīth, these efforts continued for a long time and there were numerous distinguished female scholars of ḥadīth who were treated with great honor. This study aims to investigate the contribution of these muḥaddithāt (female scholars of ḥadīth) in ḥadīth narration and specifically the significant role of Aisha (R.A.) in the field of Al-Jarḥ wa Taʿdīl. This study also aims to put forth the contribution of muḥaddithāt in ḥadīth narration during the early centuries of Islam parallel to their role in Al-Jarḥ and Taʿdīl of narrators. Therefore, this article is aimed to produce methods of interaction in dealing with this phenomenon from Sunnah Nabawiyyah. The article collects and analyzes the data using a qualitative method. There are five methods of interaction identified; 1. It is demolishing the political hegemony using the hadith that requires justice and disallow oppression between the government and the civilian, 2. Prioritizing loyalty towards the religion rather than political party according to the hadith that stresses the loyalty to the Muslim, how to express loyalty to corrupted Muslim and none to non-Muslim, 3. Interaction with the Malay as a race that is lenient to Islam based on the hadith exhibit the difference of human behavior and how the prophet SAW react to a particular situation, 4. Did not structure a new political party since it will cause the dispersion according to the hadith that forbid the recitation of Al Quran if it causes fatal disagreement, 5. For instance, Hadith that narrated by Bukhary: “Day of Judgment will not rise until tow sects, off one claim, have fought” was interpreted with deferent approaches, that complicated the issue and created confusion among younger generation who were quickly driven by ostensible interpretation, and their hopes and dreams were attached to a fanciful Islamic caliphate created by political interests. Today, Islamic countries from far east to north of Africa, are facing a great ordeal. This ordeal is not derived from individuals or Islamic groups and its methods of Da’wah, but is relevant to an approach interprets the prophetic traditions In order to conform with the foundations of some organizations. The country is not without Muslim countries of non-Muslims of different religions, especially the Christians, and hence the problem arises in the knowledge of how best to deal with the perception that they are the people of the book. This research aims to know how to deal with the Prophet peace be upon him through his dealings with the Christians Najran in his reign peace be upon him. As well as aims to reveal the charters that took place between the Prophet and the Christians of Najran. This research was followed by an inductive analytical method through induction and analysis of texts from modern and biographies. The results found that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to deal with them and give them the right to live, equality, and so on. This indicates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was greedy to invite them into Islam. And also because of this policy prevailed security and stability in the region and the safest of the safest of the Christians because of the wisdom of the Prophet peace be upon him. Â Keadaan Malaysia yang unik sebagai sebuah negara berbilang bangsa adalah konteks yang menarik untuk dibincangkan. The goverment claimed the the exploding population make the burden of the state will be more and more. In this study, researchers will attempt to study the reproduce generatuon Hadist depend on Gadamer hermeneutical perceptions, namely: First the reader or reviewer must be aware that the reader has its own horizon. Second, the readers have prejudice and hipotesa before reviewing, have assumptions as well. but the assumption must accept to be criticized and even modified according to the text content. Third, called the hermeneutic circle, which combines the horizon of the text with the horizon of the reader because certainly every text naturally has horizon when the text was born. Fourth, the application of the values of the texts studied in the present context. The formulation of the issues raised in this study are: How the application of Gadamer's hermeneutical theory in understanding the Hadist. From this formulation of the problem the researchers found several things in between are: First, the message contained that hadith Rasulullah eager to have a lot of people on the Day of Judgment so that he will be proud of the number of Muslims.
