In the article, the authors draw attention to the fact that all input and output signals, as well as the internal parameters of control systems, always have random variations. Technological random deviations have parameters for construction materials and electronic components and devices. In addition, the ambient temperature randomly influences the control systems, mechanical effects from the installation object, as well as temporary aging, wear and other factors. The authors draw attention to the insufficient number of publications devoted to the system discussion of probabilistic methods for studying control systems. In this article, the authors not only systematized the methods for studying random variations in the parameters of control systems, but also set forth their unified approach to solving the most frequently encountered problems of studying accuracy, stability, serial seriality and parametric reliability in the case of gradual failure of control systems. However, this result is provided at the expense of appearance novel bifurcations and states about bifurcation points. Usually, in pulse system dynamics such phenomena mean either beginning or development of tendencies towards emergencies. In dynamics of HDS-regulators such unambiguity in conclusions is absent. At the same time, the necessary methods to estimate and classify novel nonlinear phenomena from the operating viewpoint are absent. Here we discuss this issue. In this connection we attract the computer-based bifurcation analysis specialized for dynamical systems with variable structures, the HDS-model with built-in spike effects caused by commutations, and modified bifurcation diagrams used to show intermittency-like effects. Thus, the integrated analytics becomes to be oriented to the operating evolution with bifurcation effects, where transient and stationary stages are uninterruptedly estimated. Many different nonlinear modeling techniques have been suggested in the last years and a significant progress has been made in measurement tools. However, as the number of measured points increases, traditional verification approaches based on simple comparison between measured and simulated data become inefficient and time consuming. Moreover, in order to avoid inconsistent errors, every new nonlinear modeling technique should be verified for convergence and repeatability of the results being obtained before real applications. In this paper a simple approach to verify the convergence of the automatic nonlinear modeling technique will be discussed. First, we describe mathematically the circuit of the boost converter open loop, introducing a method for obtaining a model of the system under study using the state-space method. For the sake of convenience, we used controller canonical form of the state-space equations. Then we simulate it Matlab/Simulink using both the transfer function of the converter and the state-space model. After that, we switch to a closed loop modeling of the boost converter. A comparative analysis of the converter’s models created using both transfer functions and state-space method shows a good performance and applicability to control system synthesis. Consequently, the control system developed provides appropriate response and desirable steady-state output voltage. Network coding is new paradigm that increases effectiveness of transmissions in a wireless network with the shared medium and MSMD. We have considered the results of the emulation with COPE-like network coding and various Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) congestion control algorithms in wireless networks. In emulated scheme two nodes stream data to each other through bottleneck relay node. The position of the spacecraft is regulated by a short pulse switching by correcting engines. This requires highly accurate measurement of the range to a spacecraft located in a geostationary orbit. The article describes a method for measuring the range not only by rangefinder, but also by command signals of the tracking, telemetry and command subsystem of a spacecraft, which allows for continuous measurement. Due to the fact that the reserves for improving the accuracy of measuring the range of a spacecraft, with known limitations as part of a single ground station, are almost exhausted, one of the perspective ways to solve this problem has been proposed. It consists of using several satellite earth stations, which are stationary located at various known locations on the Earth's surface and which receive any signal transmitted by a spacecraft located in a geostationary orbit. This method eliminates the using of special ranging signals and antennas of large diameter. For high-precision range measurement, synchronization of generators of a satellite earth stations by time signals transmitted by GLONASS or GPS navigation satellites is required. In addition, the using of various types of signals for determining the range, when measuring the delay time or phase difference, is considered. The power amplifier has following parameters: voltage range - up to 200 V; power consumption - up to 200 W; maximum load current - up to 100 A; maximum frequency – 200 kHz; overall dimensions – 100x100x40 mm and weight -$ sim 200,mathrm {g}($ without heat sink). Mobile near-field magnetic communication systems equipped with such amplifier are able to provide a voice communication range up to 150 m. The systems can be employed in constructing of various underwater and underground communication networks, for example, in mines or for divers. Results of near-field communication system field testing with the developed non-linear power amplifier are shown. Fitting coefficients for the temperature-dependent Caughey-Thomas equation and the Arora model were obtained. Experimental mobility data reported in the literature served as the basis for the model development. It was shown that Arora model is much more suitable for modeling of hole mobility in 6H-SiC in a wide range of doping concentrations and temperatures than widely used temperature-dependent Caughey-Thomas model. As far as we know, the fitting coefficients of the Arora model for hole mobility in 6H-SiC has not been reported until now. The developed mobility model was then applied to simulate a number of 6H-SiC material properties, which are critical for the design of thermoresistive sensors. Doping and temperature dependencies of resistivity and temperature coefficient of resistivity were obtained.
