These algorithms were implemented by using blocks of nonlinear transformation of discriminators with feed-forward and with approximation of the optimal amplitude transfer characteristic for broadband and narrowband channels to process signals influenced by non-Gaussian noise with unknown distribution of instantaneous values or with its envelope. The mathematical formulas were obtained, allowing us to determine both the values of optimal settings for blocks of nonlinear transformation with the amplitude transfer characteristic in the form of a generalized polynomial and the value of the maximum coefficient of noise suppression corresponding to them. It is shown that the proposed algorithms have energy losses resulting from the losses caused by the mismatch of the accepted model of optimal amplitude transfer characteristic and the losses within the mentioned model due to limiting the volume of learning sampling.","PeriodicalId":408993,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125738894","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The coreless transformer placed on a separate chip has a stacked structure with two adjacent planar copper windings in two layers separated by a silicon dioxide insulator. The transceiver utilizes a pulse edges encoding technique for transmitting signals through the insulation barrier. The proposed digital isolator has a feature in the topology of the elements, which ensures tolerance to the effects of ionizing radiation, as well as the small size of transformers, which makes it possible to create multichannel integrated circuits in small-sized packages. The tested prototype of the digital isolator provided a data transfer rate of more than 30 Mbps. As much as 2.5 kV isolation voltage is achieved between the coils of transformer.","PeriodicalId":408993,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130063803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The filter is developed in the standard process of 130 nm silicon-germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS. The schematic and layout of the filter have been developed, the experimental prototype has been sent into production. Its area does not exceed 0.96 mm2, the area of filters core is not more than 0.23 mm2. Modeling of the schematic and the layout of the active tunable bandpass filter with voltage gain control is performed in Cadence software. As a result of modeling, the following characteristics of the developed filter has been measured: the consumption current is less than 51 mA; voltage gain is adjusting from 0 to 21.5 dB; the lower cut-off frequency of 97.8 MHz ± 2.2 MHz; the upper cut-off frequency is tuning from 0.5 GHz to 3.0 GHz; the input voltage standing wave ratio in bandwidth is not more than 1.597; the output voltage standing wave ratio in bandwidth does not exceed 1.941; the noise figure of the IP block in bandwidth is less than 9.9 dB; noise figure of the experimental prototype in bandwidth is not more than 15.4 dB. It has been found that the filter ensures safe these characteristics in the operation temperature range from -60 °C to + 100 °C. This is fully consistent with the technical requirements. Wide ranges of bandwidth tuning, voltage gain controlling, operating temperatures, small area and current consumption gives the opportunity to use the filter in any electronic systems.","PeriodicalId":408993,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON)","volume":"08 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128046780","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of the work, a model of using the Internet of Things technology (LPWAN) in hard-to-reach areas was developed, information presentation methods were identified that allow solving the problem of collecting information from remote sensors located in the absence of traditional communication channels and a practical check of the results obtained. The paper uses simulation modeling to study the applicability of different methods of presenting information in the case of transmitting IoT data over low-speed satellite communications channels. The method proposed in the paper allowed the use of the Internet of things technology in remote areas using the SBD satellite short message service. Such devices are being more and more used, which increases the variety of controlled objects. This list includes all new objects of robotics and technological setups, which have much more complex mathematical models. One of the most urgent problems in this area is control of non-stationary objects. Parameters of mathematical model of these objects are given with some uncertainty, but not in fixed values, i.e. by only intervals of their possible changes. If the intervals are too wide, adaptive systems have to be designed, but if they are not too wide, then one can try to find a universal regulator setting that will be sufficiently effective for all ratios of the model parameters within the acceptable intervals of their changes. The paper proposes a new method of the numerical optimization of regulator for finding such a setting for the worst object model that is for the worst combination of all variable parameters. Finding the worst model is also carried out by a numerical optimization method, in which a combination of model parameters is found where the best regulator gives the worst result. The problem is proposed to solve in several optimization cycles with alternation of objective functions. The technique has been well illustrated by a numerical example.","PeriodicalId":408993,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON)","volume":"2012 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114451095","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
