The data was taken from a questionnaire consisting of 8 questions with 2 choices, namely no and yes to determine the readiness of lecturers and students in facing the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that lecturers have a positive view of lecturers and students in facing the challenges of industry 4.0 at the Al-Qolam Islamic Institute. This phenomenon can be found in spontaneous speech, the researcher wants to know and describe the non-fluency in spontaneous speech used by fourth semester English students at UIN FAS Bengkulu. The form of research is a qualitative descriptive. It has the spontaneous speech object of the fourth semester English students of UIN FAS Bengkulu. Researchers collected data in several steps; first, he gave the topic to the students, the second the students were instructed to speak the given topic, the next time was 5 minutes, the last was recording the students speaking. After that, the researcher analyzed it in several steps; First, he transcribed the students' speech, classified the types of non-fluency, coded the non-fluency, analyzed all the data, interpreted and concluded. The results of this study indicate that there are still many students who make mistakes in speaking spontaneously. Students make more mistakes in repairing, especially in repetition. Paying attention to vocabulary changes in speech is very important to tell them how to speak well. The researcher concludes that in spontaneous speech that the four types of non-fluency (unfilled pause, filled pause, ritual speech unit, and correction) proposed by the fourth semester English students of UIN FAS Bengkulu by sentences in spontaneous speech. 1. There are 28 non-fluency in the unfilled pause, 2. There are 46 non-fluency in the filled pause, 3. There are 2 non-fluency in the ritual speech unit, 4. There are 57 non-fluency in the improvement. Student management can be started from planning, student admission, grouping, recording attendance of students, fostering student discipline, regulating student transfer, graduation and ending with the implementation of the program. In addition, student management is part of a variety of other managerial activities, therefore student management can run well if it considers several aspects, namely; a) the role of the teacher is expected to be responsive in determining various policies in the field of student affairs, b) student services must be based on needs, taking into account the characteristics of students c) student management is expected to create orderly and pleasant learning situations so that students’ personalities grow and develop, d) effectiveness student management requires funding and adequate facilities. This research was conducted on 32 year old children. This study was an action research with Kemmis and Taggart models consisting of 4 stages namely (plan, action, observation and reflection). This study consisted of 2 cycles, with each cycle as many as four meetings. Data collection techniques are using observation, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data analysis is carried out with statistical descriptions to compare pre cycles to the second cycle. The stages of qualitative analysis are data reduction, display data and verification. The results showed that there was an increase in English vocabulary mastery through the VCD media method. But in its implementation, teachers lack the use of students’ metacognotive abilities. Of course in bringing up this metacognitive ability requires a learning approach. One of the approaches is open-ended, which refers to the principle that the process, results, and path to getting answers are all open. This article will discuss the literature review of the open-ended approach in generating students’ metacognitive abilities in learning. The responses collected with non-test techniques, were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results indicated educational game gain a positive response and greatly needed by academics. Pembahasan tentang pendidikan ini akan tetap menjadi suatu perbincangan yang aktual, karena hanya pendidikanlah sarana satu-satunya bagi manusia untuk mengembangkan fitrah dasar yang diberikan Tuhan kepadanya (QS. Al A’raf : 172)Al Quran sebagai kitab suci yang diwahyukan Allah untuk menunjukkan manusia kepada kehidupan yang baik, dengan maksud tersebut Al Quran memuat berbagai petunjuk, keterangan, prinsip, hukum serta konsep-konsep tentang pendidikan.
