This research is an explanatory research using quantitative methods. The respondents were 29 employees of the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registry Office. The result of this research is the correlation coefficient value of education and training on employee performance using Kendall Tau is 0.438 with a coefficient of determination of 19.18%. The correlation coefficient value of work motivation on employee performance using Kendall Tau is 0.634 with a coefficient of determination of 40.19%. The concordance coefficient of training and work motivation on employee performance is 0.65 sig (0.000) <(0.01). The coefficient of determination of training and work motivation on employee performance is 42.25%. This problem certainly requires the role of the Semarang City Social Service to improve the welfare of the disabled community. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of the Semarang City Social Service in improving the welfare of people with disabilities and their driving and inhibiting factors. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interview, documentation and literature study. Determination of the subject in this study was done by purposive sampling method. The theory used is the role theory according to Jam Ife and Frank Tesoriero covering facilitative, educational, representative and technical roles. The results of the research conducted are that the role of the Semarang City Social Service in improving the welfare of the disabled community is quite good. The role that is not well implemented is the four role indicators, namely the facilitative role. Karang Jahe Beach also has various problems in the function of implementing tourism object management such as cleanliness of facilities, availability of trash cans and parking spaces that are not wide. This study aims to determine how the implementation function of the management of Karang Jahe Beach tourism object in Kabupaten Rembang. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with observation, interviews and documentation techniques to obtain research results. The results of the study indicate that the implementation function has not run well. Problems in the implementation function, namely cleanliness in the place of business, obstacles in managing gazebo facilities, and providing uneven training to management members. The quality of tourism object management resources and budget is an inhibiting factor in the implementation of tourism object management. Public services are involved in such problems as the duration of the management of documents and infrastructure facilities are not adequate in serving the community. Disdukcapil Kabupaten Pati as one of civil registration provider in Pati regency has many problem accordin to Ombudsman’s Reports. This study aims to discover on how the quality of civil registration service and what factors are supporting and obstructing. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. The data source in this study was obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Informant selection techniques are done using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The quality of service is measured using five dimensions of Zeithaml theory, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The measurement quality of service is also influenced by the supporting factors / obstructing (Moenir). This study obtained the results, there are four dimensions tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance that have not run well, there is only one dimension of empathy has been run well. The results of the study can be explained that there are four of six factors that initiative the quality civil registration services (awareness, rules / procedures, organization, and income). The policy is considered capable of overcoming the stunting problem by 70%. In Semarang City, even though this policy has been implemented, the stunting rate in Semarang City still shows an increase. So there is still a question about the role of stakeholders in the implementation of sensitive nutrition intervention policy in the Semarang City. The purpose of this research is to identify stakeholders in implementing sensitive nutrition intervention policy in Semarang City and analyzing its role. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interview and literature study. The theory used in this research is role of stakeholders by Nugoroho. The results showed that the stakeholders in implementing sensitive nutrition intervention policy in Semarang City were the Health Office, Fisheries Service, Education Service, Food Security Service, Population Control and Family Planning Service, DP3A, Bappeda, Puskesmas, Posyandu, IDI, physiotherapist, psychologist, community and private. StakeholdersThese roles are divided into five, namely policy creator, implementor, coordinator, facilitator, and accelerator. In fact, their voices, ideas, and gender roles are often ignored. Thus, in order to support women’s right the United Nations through CEDAW encourages the achievement of 30% quota of women’s representation in legislative institution as the entrance of women’s interests in the policy-making process. Furthermore, the UN recommendation has been ratified by Indonesian government to produce the guidelines to spur women’s political participation through Ministerial Women Empowerment and Child Protection Regulation 07/2013 on Increasing Women’s Political Participation in Legislative. Nevertheless, the emergence of this affirmative policy has not been able to attain the target of least 30% representation in the legislative institution, including the House of Representatives of Central Java 2019-2024. Further, this research emphasizes about the factual condition of women’s political representation and why the women’s political representation enhancement policy still yet spur the women’s representation rate in the House of Representatives of Central Java 2019-2024. By using descriptive-qualitative method and System Theory basis, the author tries to scrutinize more deeply about the reality in the field based on four main factors: policy cognition, socio-culture, human resources, and political factor. This study was prepared with the aim of describing work ability, work motivation, and work performance of the employees of the DPRD Secretariat of Central Java Province; determine the magnitude of the influence of work ability on the work performance of the Secretariat of the DPRD of Central Java Province; determine the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on the work performance of the Secretariat of the DPRD of Central Java Province; find out together the magnitude of the influence of work ability and work motivation on the work performance of the employees of the DPRD Secretariat of Central Java Province. The theory used in this research is Gibson's theory for work ability, Wijono's theory for work motivation, Sutrisno's theory for work performance. The method used in this research is explanative quantitative. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely Reliability Test and Validity Test, Kendall Tau Correlation Coefficient, Kendall W Concordance Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that the overall work ability variable (X1) was good with an average of 2.76, the work motivation variable (X2) was overall good with an average of 2.76, the work performance variable (Y) was overall good with an average of 2. an average of 2.66, work ability affects work performance by 73.3%, work motivation affects work performance by 73%, work ability and work motivation simultaneously affect work performance by 76.8%. The independent variable that most dominantly affects the work performance of the DPRD Secretariat of Central Java Province is the work ability variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The population in this study were visitors to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan subdivision Semarang Pemuda, with a total sample of 50 visitors. Data analysis techniques to determine respondents' perceptions of communication, competence, and service quality use frequency distribution tables, while to determine the magnitude of the influence of communication and competence on service quality using crosstab analysis, Kendall tau rank correlation coefficient, Kendall concordation coefficient, and determination coefficient with assistance SPSS IBM 25. The results of this study indicate the following: (1) there is a significant and positive relationship and influence between communication variables and service quality with a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 5.99).
