As a city, Pekalongan City still faces problems in the form of waste and garbage pollution. Where Pekalongan is a city of batik and the batik industry is the main supporter of the community's economy. It is known that the government's efforts to overcome these problems have not been able to overcome the problem optimally. For this reason, the existence of the Komunitas Peduli Kali Loji (KPKL) as one of the Non-Governmental Organizations is important. The Komunitas Peduli Kali Loji (KPKL) has an involvement to assist the government in overcoming environmental problems in Pekalongan City, as a result of the very critical condition of the river. Based on this involvement, the researchers wanted to see how the relationship between KPKL and the Government (City, Regency, Province and Central). So this research was conducted to describe and analyze the relationship between KPKL and the Government in the context of handling the problem of batik waste and garbage in the Pekalongan City River. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, field observations, documentation and literature study. The concept of good governance is present as one way out in solving problems from several demands in the community, and is expected to be able to to overcome any problems that arise in the process of public service. Through UP4 (Public Service Complaint Management Unit) complaints from various OPDs (Regional Apparatus Organizations) through various media channels that are integrated in stages, the implementation of autonomy can run properly and can be handled quickly, transparently, and accountably in accordance with the authority of each organizer. . The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of UP4 (Public Service Complaint Management Unit) in public service complaints in Kendal Regency and to find out the factors constraining UP4 (Public Service Complaint Management Unit) in public service complaints in Kendal Regency. The research method is descriptive qualitative, with data analysis methods according to Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the UP4 (Public Service Complaint Management Unit) in Kendal Regency had not been running effectively, seen using indicators of input, process and output. The factor constraining UP4 is limited resources, which causes the community to not receive timely responses to complaints. Complaints based online, complaint reports should also be transparent through online media. Semarang in handling this outbreak implement the Restrictions on Community Activities through Semarang Mayor Regulation Number 28 of 2020. This policy limits people's activities outside the home, including in traditional markets. Close interactions between traders and buyers in traditional markets makes the transmission of COVID-19 cannot be avoided. A poor compliance with health protocol makes traditional markets need special attention in this policy implementation. This research aims to determine the level of target compliance and to figure factors that affect the target compliance with Semarang Mayor Regulation Number 28 of 2020 in Karangayu market. This study used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The result showed that both Karangayu market’s traders and buyers are quiet comply with the policy. The large number of residents, both natives and immigrants, causes many changes, one of which is the production of waste. Effective waste management is absolutely necessary so that the waste produced can be managed properly. With effective management, it is hoped that Semarang will become a clean city. This problem received a response from the government through the Environmental Service so that it was followed up. One of them is waste management at the Jatibarang TPA. This study uses the theory of effectiveness from several experts and uses the reference to the effectiveness criteria proposed by Gibson. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method conducted through interviews and also documentation. The results of the study indicate that the waste processing at the Jatibarang TPA is quite effective. Adjustment of needs with waste management innovations that are continuously improved so that problems can be resolved. The main obstacle felt was regarding funding for several facilities and infrastructure, the overwhelming need with the funds provided was felt to have not been fulfilled. Until early 2021, the percentage of public green open space in Magelang City has only reached 16% of total area of Magelang City. This is because there are still limited human resources and finances. The government of Magelang City still dominates in the management of public green open space and doesn’ t empower other stakeholders. To accelerate the achievement of the target of public green open space in Magelang City need collaboration between government with private and civil society. The collaboration of them in the process of formulating, implementing, and evaluating public policies is known as collaborative governance. The objectives of this study are (1) to identify the stakeholders in the Public Green Open Space Policy in Magelang City, (2) to analyse the role of each stakeholders in the Public Green Open Space Policy in Magelang City, (3) to analyse Collaborative Governance in the Public Green Open Space Policy in Magelang City. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach with Collaborative Governance theory by Ansell and Gash. The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction using Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in Semarang City. The research method used is quantitative explanatory, with a research sample of 100. Sampling techniques using Probability Sampling techniques, especially using Simple Random Sampling techniques. The analysis techniques in this study are Validity test, Reliability test, Kendall Tau Correlation, and Determination Coefficient. The results showed that the quality of service to community satisfaction had a correlation of 0,316, with a significance level of 0.01. The value of the contribution of service quality to community satisfaction is 9.98%, so there are 90.02% of other variables that affect the variable of community satisfaction outside of the service quality variable. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the quality of service to community satisfaction of the community of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) users in Semarang City. Based on this, the researchers conducted research related to collaborative governance and the success factors in the development of the Desa Wisata Kemetul. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of collaborative governance and the factors that support its success in the development of the Desa Wisata Kemetul. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The main research subjects are stakeholders related to purposive sampling technique. The research site is in Desa Wisata Kemetul with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews, related documents and audio-visual materials. The results of the study show thatfaces collaborative governance stillmany obstacles, this is evidenced by the analysis ofmodel collaborative governance Ansell and Gash's, such as: strictness of rules, understanding of shared vision and mission, lack of commitment and participation. This is because domestic violence is the most common type of violence in Semarang from 2016-2020. In order to prevent the increasing number of domestic violence, the role of various government stakeholders, public and private institutions is needed. The implementation of these roles consists of roles as policy creator, coordinator, facilitator, implementor & accelerator. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Determination of the subject using purposive sampling, data quality using source triangulation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the role of stakeholders has been running quite well, but it is not optimal, this can be seen from the discovery of problems 1) the high number of domestic violence in Semarang 2) lack of community commitment & DP3A to prevent domestic violence 3) lack of funds in carrying out socialization at below level. The results of the identification of stakeholders are divided into a) government stakeholders who carry out the roles of policy creator, coordinator, facilitator & implementor. In carrying out this role, it was found that the cause of the high number of domestic violence was due to economic factors, patriarchal culture, Semarang City as a complex city. b) community institutional stakeholders as facilitators & implementors found the cause of the high number of domestic violence due to the awareness factor of Semarang City residents to report c) private stakeholders as accelerators have carried out their roles well through CSR. Efek jangka panjang dari stunting dapat mengancam kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Di Kabupaten Kudus, stunting menjadi salah satu isu prioritas pembangunan kesehatan. Adapun salah satu daerah yang memiliki angka stunting cukup tinggi adalah Desa Medini di Kecamatan Undaan. Desa Medini adalah desa dengan angka stunting tertinggi di Kecamatan Undaan. Langkah yang diambil oleh pemerintah untuk menangani stunting adalah dengan mengoptimalkan peran posyandu. Salah satu peran yang dinilai dapat membantu menangani stunting di Desa Medini adalah peran posyandu dalam memberikan penyuluhan dan konseling kesehatan gizi yang tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan Ibu balita agar terjadi perubahan perilaku yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran posyandu untuk menangani stunting dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Menggunakan data primer dari hasil wawancara pada Petugas Gizi UPT Puskesmas Undaan, Pembina Posyandu dan Ibu balita dan observasi. Data sekunder berupa jurnal penelitian, buku, dan dokumen terkait diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan. Ditemukan bahwa peran posyandu dalam memberikan penyuluhan dan konseling kesehatan gizi lebih bersifat preventif. Peran tersebut dinilai belum maksimal karena kualitas sumber daya yang masih kurang, tingkat pendidikan kader, kemampuan penyampaian materi penyuluhan oleh kader yang belum memadai, penyampaian informasi yang belum menyeluruh dan belum dipahami secara utuh oleh Ibu balita. Adapun beberapa hambatan lainnya adalah seperti anggaran posyandu untuk menangani stunting yang terbatas, masih terdapat sarana prasarana yang belum terpenuhi dan kualitas kader posyandu yang masih membutuhkan pembinaan yang lebih intens. Data collection techniques were carried out using literature study and interview methods. Determination of informants in the interview technique is to use purposive sampling. Human resource planning at the State Administration Institute from the results of the author's research analysis, it can be concluded that the process has been running quite well. This can be seen from the application of Governmental Regulations No. 11 of 2017, Head of LAN Regulation Number 2 of 2019 concerning HR Management and Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 3 of 2020. The obstacles faced in the recruitment process for LAN employees are technical problems and data integration.
