One of the effects is psychological pressure. This study aimed to explore the experience of nurses in managing emotions while involved in Covid-19 care. This research was a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out using interview guidelines which was then analyzed using data content analysis. Total sample 7 participants. The results showed 3 outcome themes, namely emotional status when involved in Covid-19 treatment: scared, anxiety and stress. The theme of the support system is: hospital management, colleagues, family and the theme of coping and self care style: distraction, improving spiritually and professionally at work. The study was conducted to determine the differences in birth outcomes between Regular and Irregular antenatal care (ANC). This was an analytical observational study using a prospective cohort approach involving 44 pregnant women, who were recruited between January and April 2022 at the Barana Health Center, Jeneponto Regency. The research instrument used was the observation sheet. Data analysis used analytical test (Mann-Whitney and unpaired T test). There was a significant difference between regular and irregular ANC with length of stage I (multipara and grande multipara) p-value=0,040, baby's birth weight (p-value=0,047), baby's body length (p-value=0,009), and baby's chest circumference (p-value=0,009) (p-value<0,05). Whereas in regular and irregular ANC with the length of the first stage (primipara) (p-value=0,958) and the newborn head circumference (value=0,141) illustrates that there was no significant difference (p-value>0,05). Pregnant women with regular ANC tend to have birth outcomes with a longer first stage (multipara and grande multipara), weight, body length, and chest circumference of normal newborns compared to pregnant women with irregular ANC.","PeriodicalId":408003,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan (JIKA)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130375879","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The success of treatment depends on patient compliance itself, where non-adherence causes problems in quality of life. Patients who are not compliant in control will eventually be followed by stopping treatment, this will have an impact on the patient's quality of life. The purpose of this study was to analyze dietary adherence and physical activity with recurrence in coronary heart disease patients. This research is a quantitative study using an analytic survey research method with a cross-sectional study design approach, sampling by total sampling with a total sample of 42 respondents who were outpatients at the heart polyclinic. The results showed the value of dietary adherence (p=0.001), physical activity (p=0.000). So it is said that there is a relationship between dietary adherence and physical activity with recurrence in patients with coronary heart disease at the Heart Polyclinic at the Kolonodale Hospital. It is hoped that people with coronary heart disease will comply more with the recommended dietary patterns and physical activity patterns so that they can reduce the recurrence rate.","PeriodicalId":408003,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan (JIKA)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117068364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
