One of the progs being developed is moringa oleifera. Moringa leaves contain a variety of nutrients, including protein, ß-carotene, vitamin C, iron, zinc, and calcium. Combining jelly with vegetables is one way to help parents deal with their children who don't like vegetables. This study looked at how adding moringa leaf flour to pudding affected the amount of calcium, iron, and zinc, as well as organoleptic testing. This type of study is an actual experiment with four (four) treatments of adding moringa leaf powder and a fully randomized design, namely 0 g, 3 g, 5 g and 7 g. Data analysis utilizing the Mann Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests. 25 moderately trained panelists underwent organoleptic testing, and the amounts of Ca, Fe, and Zn were measured at the Baristand Padang. According to the study's findings, pudding with 3g of moringa leaf flour added was the best treatment when combined with Ca 116,53 mg, Fe 2,05 mg, and Zn 5,17 mg. Therefore, it can be inferred that adding moringa leaf flour to pudding has an impact on the organoleptic tests, Ca, Fe, and Zinc levels.","PeriodicalId":408003,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan (JIKA)","volume":"1 11","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132547027","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The number of inhabitants in this study was all pregnant ladies who completed Antenatal Consideration (ANC) at the Manuju Wellbeing Center, Manuju Area, Gowa Rule for the period August 2022 upwards of 43 individuals. The example was third-trimester pregnant ladies at the Manuju wellbeing focus utilizing the purposive testing procedure utilizing the Slovin equation, comprising 35 subjects. The chi-square analysis method was used in conjunction with the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) in the instrument. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test, which yielded a p-value of p-value=0,02 and a correlation coefficient of 0,691, demonstrated that there was a significant correlation between the level of anxiety experienced by pregnant women in the third trimester and the husband's support during the period of adaptation to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the desire to have a normal (vaginal) delivery is not an easy thing because many pregnant women feel worried, anxious, and anxious about the delivery process. The goal of normal delivery care is to strive for survival and achieve a high degree of health for both mother and baby through integrated and complete efforts and minimal intervention so that the principles of safety and quality of service can be maintained at an optimal level. The purpose of this study was to find out the difference in the application of semi-sitting and lithotomy positions in multiparous mothers to the length of the second stage at PMB Rismawati. This research was a quantitative study using static group comparison experimental research methods The sample in this study were 30 multiparous mothers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample in this study was part of the population of multiparous mothers. The results of the man withney test obtained a p-value of 0,370, this value was greater than 0,05 so it can be concluded that there is no difference in the lateral and semi-sitting positions for the duration of the second stage of labor because each position has its own advantages when applied.","PeriodicalId":408003,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan (JIKA)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126228937","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Readiness in facing labor is one of the indicators of the successful labor process. There are four things that need to be prepared before experiencing childbirth such as physical, psychological, financial, and cultural readiness. Primigravidas often have disturbing thoughts when facing labor and mostly bear difficulties in preparing for childbirth due to their lackness of birth experience. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education through audio-visual media on readiness when facing childbirth for primigravidas. This research used a pre-experimental study with one group pretest and posttest design. The research sample included 43 primigravidas in the third trimester taken by total sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and analyzed by using paired t-test. This study showed that there was a significant difference in the readiness of primigravidas when facing childbirth (p-value=0,000) before and after being given health education through animated videos. Health education through animated video media for childbirth preparation is one way that can be applied to provide health education to primigravidas. Based on the results, it is recommended that health education through animated videos for childbirth preparation be used to increase the readiness of mothers in facing childbirth.","PeriodicalId":408003,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan (JIKA)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126453067","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
