However, it could be risen by trending technology utilization, namely Financial Technology (Fintech), in which mobile payment (m-payment) is one of the instruments. Therefore, the objective of our research is to examine financial literacy and mobile payment usage as financial inclusion determinants. The model of this research involved three indicators of financial literacy and two variables of TAM to indicate m-payment usage as technology adoption. We used primary data by spreading the questionnaire to 100 respondents, in which using the Slovin formula to decide this research sample. Multiple linear regression is employed for data analysis using SPSS 23. The results proved that financial knowledge, financial behavior, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use of mobile payments have a positive impact and statistically significant to financial inclusion. Meanwhile, a negative impact and statistically insignificant financial attitudes to financial inclusion are proved as well. Overall, better financial literacy and high usage of mobile payment may increase financial inclusion, especially in the Jabodetabek area. Information technology is a tool for learning a process commonly known as e-learning. However, many factors must influence the success of the learning process in this form. So this study aims to determine the success factors of e-learning systems at universities in the distance learning process. This research develops using the successful model of IS Delone and McLean as the basis of the model combined with instructor activity and motivation. The research method is quantitative with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. Data collection techniques with snowballs through a questionnaire with Google form conducted online; the respondents generated 234 valid. Results of research, produce factors that are considered in the development of e-learning including (1) System Quality greatly affects User Satisfaction, (2) Service Quality affects System Quality, System Use, and User Satisfaction (3) Information Quality affects System Use (4) Instructor influences System Use (5) User characteristics affect Motivation (6) User characteristics affect User Satisfaction (7) Individual Impact is influenced by User Satisfaction and System Use. The methods may vary for each university, but most of the modern universities today use a Learning Management Systems (LMS). The LMS application is widely used by the lecturers and students of Bina Nusantara University called BINUMAYA. The system was originally created as a website application, but now its mobile version is also available and is widely used by amongst the students and the lecturers. However, the existing student version of the mobile application have two separate applications, that function almost identically with the official BINUMAYA system. We are interested in finding out the students' perceptions about the two applications. Therefore, we ran a user survey on BINUS students that were randomly selected by convenience sampling. Respondents were asked several questions related to performance, trustworthiness and preferability using the applications. The data collected was analysed using the two mean difference tests for each variable. It has been research yet the notion about digital literacy review which showed the big picture using data from all countries. This research aims to study the status of international digital literacy research that is indexed by Scopus using scientometric mapping. The study has carried out scientometric methods and analyzed research data using the analyze search results service from Scopus and the VOSviewer application. The research data of 2,749 documents published from 1997 to 2019 were obtained from the Scopus database. The results showed an increasing trend in the number of digital literacy publications at the international level each year. Most countries, affiliation, and authors in digital literacy research were the United States, Monash University, and Marsh, J. The most intensive subject areas and sources of publications in digital literacy research are computer science and the ACM international conference proceeding series. There were two collaborative researchers' patterns in digital literacy research. Several cases had been reported due to the usage of a fake transcript. One modus of using fake transcript is to enter a higher level of education and job promotion. The new technology found called Blockchain believes in solving the problem. Characteristics of Blockchain Technology such as secured, immutable, distributed, transparent seem to be matched with transcript document requirement. Therefore, the research tries to create a process model of the university teaching and learning process. Several studies have been done; however, no detailed process shown especially for teaching and learning activities. The research question is, how are teaching, and learning activities can be supported by Blockchain Technology? Weighbridge is an embedded system that is connected to the computer via the RS-232 port. Used to measure the weight of products like CPO (Crude Palm Oil), Kernel and Shell. Some problems caused by weighbridges system in Palm Oil Industry such as incorrect of Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) suppliers are often occurring, then incorrect selection of the FFB area, not saving weighing data, incorrect entry of the FFB sorting data, and incorrect selection of the sales contract. Therefore, the aim of the development is a more optimal system for solving these five problems and increasing the accuracy of the weighbridge. The research methodology used is the system development life cycle using a prototype model because it is more flexible and active, so that users can see, feel, and experience the development process, and repair errors relatively quickly. Mobile payment is required to support the small-medium retailers to run their business online. The authors conducted this research to identity factors influencing user's intention to use mobile payment from a retailer's perspective in Indonesia. The target of the respondents in this study are online retailers that have been using or will be using mobile payment applications as online payment transactions method. The authors managed to collect 671 respondents during the two months period of online questionnaire in social media. The data from the questionnaire was analyzed with CB-SEM method using AMOS 21.0 software. The result from data processing shows that the factors influencing intention to use mobile payment from the retailers' perspective are government regulations, trust on platform, retailer's engagement, brand value, network externalities, and retailer's satisfaction. In this research, trust on platform directly affects retailer's satisfaction and has the highest correlation value among other factors.
