Mobile payment is required to support the small-medium retailers to run their business online. The authors conducted this research to identity factors influencing user's intention to use mobile payment from a retailer's perspective in Indonesia. The target of the respondents in this study are online retailers that have been using or will be using mobile payment applications as online payment transactions method. The authors managed to collect 671 respondents during the two months period of online questionnaire in social media. The data from the questionnaire was analyzed with CB-SEM method using AMOS 21.0 software. The result from data processing shows that the factors influencing intention to use mobile payment from the retailers' perspective are government regulations, trust on platform, retailer's engagement, brand value, network externalities, and retailer's satisfaction. In this research, trust on platform directly affects retailer's satisfaction and has the highest correlation value among other factors.
