The best thing about k-NN is that it accepts changes with improved version. Despite many advantages of the k-NN, it is also facing many issues. These issues are: distance/similarity calculation complexity, training dataset complexity at classification phase, proper selection of k, and get duplicate values when training dataset is of single class. This paper focuses on only issue of distance/similarity calculation complexity. To avoid this complexity a new distance formula is proposed. The CF-DWF formula is only strings. The CF-DWF is no applicable for other data types. The F1-Score and precision of CF-DWF with k-NN are higher than traditional k-NN. The proposed similarity formula is also efficient than Euclidean Distance (E.D) and Cosine Similarity (C.S). The addition of reinforcement learning (RL) based network management agents can improve Quality of Service (QoS) by reconfiguring the network layer protocol parameters in response to observed network performance conditions. This paper presents a closed-loop approach to tuning the parameters of the protocol of network layer based on current and previous network state observation for user and channel interference, specifically by modifying some parameters of Ad-Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol for Cognitive Radio Ad-Hoc Network (CRAHN) environment. In this work, we provide a self-contained learning method based on machine-learning techniques that have been or can be used for developing cognitive routing protocols. Generally, the developed mathematical model based on the one RL technique to handle the route decision in channel switching and user mobility situation so that the overall end-to-end delay can be minimized and the overall throughput of the network can be maximized according to the application requirement in CRAHN environment. Here is the proposed self-configuration method based on RL technique can improve the performance of the original AODV protocol, reducing protocol overhead and end-to-end delay for CRAHN while increasing the packet delivery ratio depending upon the traffic model. It focuses on how the vague multiple datasets evaluated based on fuzzy linguistic approaches. The method was equipped with the linguistic hedge to cope this issue during the evaluation process. The selection of midsize luxury Sporty Utility Vehicles (SUVs) has been adopted to show the applicability and practicality of the proposed method. Based on the analysis results it was found that the method is highly beneficial for the buyers in the sense that it can distinguish clearly for every single judgment made during the selection process. It also offers a unique advantage and successful dealing with the diversified and too ill-defined in terms of input data criterion. The problem involves ten data sets with different number of customers to be served and different number of disposal facilities available. A heuristic algorithm, namely Different Initial Customer from a previous study is used to solve the problem by constructing vehicles routes for the drivers with two main objectives; to minimize the total distance travelled and to minimize the total number of vehicles needed to collect the waste. The results compared well with other solutions in the literature. However, the solutions did not consider the balance of the vehicle routes constructed. Thus in this paper, we evaluate the quality of the solutions in terms of the total distance travelled assigned to each driver. First, we identify the distance travelled of each driver using Different Initial Customer procedure for the data sets. Then, we calculate standard deviation (SD) of each solution in order to analyze the drivers' workload. Low SD value indicates small workload difference between drivers. Besides the overall rankings, the universities are also ranked by subjects serving as comprehensive guide to discover the specialist strengths of universities worldwide by highlighting top 200 universities for a range of 30 individual popular subjects. Data for this ranking purpose consist four variables namely the academic reputation, employer reputation, citation per paper and H-index citations. In this ranking, universities are ranked according to their overall score calculated from linear combination of the aforementioned variables and their respective weightings. As the existing ranking technique based on overall score appears to be simple and since the rankings data are of multivariate nature, therefore it is possible to use multivariate statistical technique like cluster analysis. Agglomerative hierarchical cluster analysis of top 200 QS ranked universities by Mathematics subject area 2014 has been performed to obtain natural clustering of the universities in an objective manner. The agreement between cluster analysis and existing QS rankings is verified and it is suggested that the distance between universities can be used as an alternative measure to rank universities. Twenty-two articles were reviewed and analyzed from various journals and conference proceedings that were published on Cloud Computing adoption, acceptance, and diffusion. Findings revealed that there are growing numbers of studies in the adoption of Cloud Computing from different perspectives, yet there is a lack of theoretical and empirical studies in the field. Findings also indicated that there are only few articles evaluated the organizational perspective of Cloud Computing adoption in SMEs, while the majority of studies discussed operational and technical issues. However, the computation of the estimator is not simple especially for large sample size due to the complexity of the objective function i.e. minimizing covariance determinant. Recently, an alternative objective function which is simpler and faster was introduced. The objective function is to minimize vector variance, which consequently will generate the estimator known as minimum vector variance (MVV). In this paper, a simulation study was conducted to compare the computational efficiency of the two estimators with regards to the number of operations in the computation of objective function and also iterations of the algorithm to convergence. The literatures show lack of study on e-SQ in Malaysian universities. This gap should be considered because universities suffer from a continuous rivalry to attract students not only to achieve high income, but also to improve the universities ranking. This research aims to fill this gap by defining the significant dimensions for measuring e-service quality in higher education in Malaysia to help universities to enhance their e-services to exceed their competitors and achieve high tuition-based returns. Nine dimensions are proposed for evaluating e-services in Malaysian universities. These dimensions are selected from the common scales of e-service quality as they can affect the students' perceives and expectations towards the services. Moreover, the selected dimensions are covered all the aspects of e-service quality in higher education in terms of their variation and their contents. A pilot study based on structured questionnaire is conducted with the students of five universities to collect the data necessary for the research. EFA analysis is conducted by using SPSS software package to analyze the data and come out with the new e-SQ dimensions. The parameters involved are ice thickness, ice temperature and ice velocity. This model is proposed by Bueler (2012)[1]. It corresponding roughly to the two-dimensional European Ice Sheet Modeling Initiative (EISMENT) experiment and the thermomechanical coupling equation. Thus, the expression of thermomechanical coupling equations is quite simplified. The numerical discretization scheme for the model is explicit and Crank-Nicholson methods. The efficiency of the finite difference methods such as implicit, explicit and Crank-Nicholson methods for solving the partial differential equation (PDE) of thermomechanical ice sheet modeling is also determined.
